PL 25006 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest biurko przeznaczone do wyposazania pomieszczen mieszkalnych lub biurowych. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac biurka przejawiajaca sie w cechach linii, konturów, ksztaltach, ukladzie elementów skladowych oraz w oryginalnym designie, nadajacych biurku oryginalny i indywidualny wyglad estetyczny. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w ksztalcie i wygladzie, zwlaszcza jego elementów skladowych, jak równiez w uksztaltowaniu przedmiotu wzoru przemyslowego. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na rysunkach i fotografiach, na których Fig. 1 przedstawia zdjecie biurka od przodu w widoku perspektywicznym, Fig. 2 przedstawia zdjecie biurka od tylu w widoku perspektywicznym. Biurko ma ksztalt prostopadloscianu o podstawie prostokata. Sklada sie ze stalowej ramy, blatu oraz pólek. Blat umieszczony jest pomiedzy dwiema nogami ramy, wykonanymi z profilu zamknietego o przekroju prostokatnym. Nogi maja ksztalt litery C o ostrych narozach, a górna i dolna czesc nogi sa prostopadle do pionowej czesci nogi. Na obu koncach zamontowane sa zaslepki. Górna powierzchnia blatu licuje z górna powierzchnia ramy. Pionowe czesci nogi sa polaczone w dolnej czesci poprzeczka. Biurko posiada dwie male pólki umieszczone pod blatem. Jedna pólka ma ksztalt prostokata i przymocowana jest po prawej stronie do górnej powierzchni dolnej czesci nogi oraz wsporników. Druga pólka ma ksztalt kwadratu i usytuowana jest w polowie wysokosci biurka po lewej stronie i przymocowana jest do wspornika znajdujacego sie w pionowej czesci lewej nogi. Wzór przemyslowy posiada 1 odmiane. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Biurko charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma ksztalt prostopadloscianu o podstawie prostokata. Sklada sie ze stalowej ramy, blatu oraz pólek. Blat umieszczony jest pomiedzy dwiema nogami ramy, wykonanymi z profilu zamknietego o przekroju prostokatnym. Nogi maja ksztalt litery C o ostrych narozach, a górna i dolna czesc nogi sa prostopadle do pionowej czesci nogi. Na obu koncach zamontowane sa zaslepki. Górna powierzchnia blatu licuje z górna powierzchnia ramy. Pionowe czesci nogi polaczone w dolnej czesci poprzeczka. Biurko posiada dwie male pólki umieszczone pod blatem. Jedna pólka ma ksztalt prostokata i przymocowana jest po prawej stronie do górnej powierzchni dolnej czesci nogi oraz wsporników. Druga pólka ma ksztalt kwadratu i usytuowana jest w polowie wysokosci biurka po lewej stronie i przymocowana jest do wspornika znajdujacego sie w pionowej czesci lewej nogi, jak pokazano na ilustracji, fig. 1 oraz fig. 2. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the desk manifested in the features of lines, contours, shapes, arrangement of components and in the original design, giving the desk an original and individual aesthetic appearance. The new and original form of the industrial design is manifested in the shape and appearance, especially of its components, as well as in the shape of the subject of the industrial design. The subject of the industrial design is shown in drawings and photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows a photo of the desk from the front in a perspective view, Fig. 2 shows a photo of the desk from the back in a perspective view. The desk has the shape of a cuboid with a rectangular base. It consists of a steel frame, a top and shelves. The top is placed between two legs of the frame, made of a closed profile with a rectangular cross-section. The legs have a C-shape with sharp corners, and the upper and lower parts of the leg are perpendicular to the vertical part of the leg. Plugs are mounted on both ends. The upper surface of the top is flush with the upper surface of the frame. The vertical parts of the leg are connected at the bottom with a crossbar. The desk has two small shelves placed under the top. One shelf is rectangular and is attached on the right side to the upper surface of the lower part of the leg and the brackets. The second shelf is square and is located halfway up the desk on the left side and is attached to the bracket located in the vertical part of the left leg. The industrial design has 1 variety. Essential features of the industrial design The desk is characterized by the fact that it has the shape of a cuboid with a rectangular base. It consists of a steel frame, top and shelves.
