Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest cokól meblowy z listwa i nózkami stanowiacy podsta- we elementów meblowych np.: szafek, komód, stolów, lózek, szaf, krzesel, witryn itp. Istota wzoru jest charakterystyczna postac, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i doborze elementów oraz zastosowanym zdobnictwie elementów. Cokól przedstawiony zostal na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym wraz z elemen- tem meblowym w widoku czolowym, fig. 3 cokól z elementem meblowym z otwartymi drzwiczkami, fig. 4 cokól w widoku perspektywicznym. Cokól meblowy z listwa i nózkami stanowiacy podstawe elementów meblowych, którego cechy istotne to czolo cokolu jest dwustopniowe i stanowi je podstawa o plaskiej powierzchni górnej i czolo- wej, na która nalozona jest listwa o grubosci licujacej z powierzchnia frontu meblowego w ten sposób ze listwa z frontem meblowym stanowia jednolita powierzchnie frontu meblowego, a dolna krawedz frontu ma zarys zgodny z górna krawedzia listwy, przy czym listwa ma zarys w czesci górnej i dolnej, zlozony z szeregu luków i zakonczona jest symetrycznie po obu stronach nózkami o zarysach luko- wych, usytuowanych pod katem w stosunku do czola listwy, jak pokazano na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 1-4. The plinth is shown in the attached illustration, which includes a frontal view of the furniture element; Fig. 3 shows the plinth with the furniture element with the door open; and Fig. 4 shows the plinth in a perspective view. A furniture plinth with a strip and legs constituting the base of furniture elements, the essential features of which are that the front of the plinth is two-stage and is made of a base with a flat top and front surface, on which a strip is placed whose thickness is flush with the surface of the furniture front in such a way that the strip with the furniture front constitutes a uniform surface of the furniture front, and the lower edge of the front has an outline consistent with the upper edge of the strip, wherein the strip has an outline in the upper and lower parts composed of a series of arcs and is terminated symmetrically on both sides with legs with arc-shaped outlines, situated at an angle to the front of the strip, as shown in the attached illustrations, Fig. 1-4.
