Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw mebli przeznaczony do wyposazenia pomieszczen mieszkalnych, zwlaszcza salonu i gabinetu, który sklada sie z witryny wysokiej, witryny niskiej, komody, szafki RTV, stolika kawowego i pólki. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, kolorystyce oraz zastosowaniu oryginalnego wykonczenia elementów mebli, które nadaja meblowi swoisty oryginalny wyglad zmierzajacy do podniesienia cech estetycznych, przez co mebel uzyskuje korzystne cechy zdobnicze i uzytkowe. Komplet mebli wedlug wzoru przemyslowego przeznaczony jest do wielokrotnego odtwarzania w produkcji przemyslowej. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku zbiorczym, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia witryne wysoka w widoku ogólnym, fig. 2 – witryne niska w widoku ogólnym, fig. 3 – komode w widoku ogólnym, fig. 4 – szafke RTV w widoku ogólnym, fig. 5 – stolik kawowy w widoku ogólnym i fig. 6 – pólke w widoku ogólnym. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Zestaw mebli charakteryzuje sie tym, ze meble maja oryginalne polaczenie barwy jasnej zblizonej do bialej z dekoracyjna barwa popielata – sosny kanion. Na pelnych frontach drzwi, zarówno jasnych jak i popielatych wykonane jest poziome frezowanie oraz widoczne sa pionowe odstepy – przerwy, pomiedzy zewnetrznymi elementami mebli nawiazujace do frezowanych frontów drzwi. Witryna ma boczne pogrubiacze, które sa jednoczesnie nogami, a drzwi centralnie wyposazone sa w poziome uchwyty. Niska witryna pokazana na zalaczonym rysunku na fig. 2 i fot. 2 w pionie podzielona jest na dwie czesci, przy czym jedna czesc ma pelne drzwi, a druga czesc w srodku jest przeszklona, natomiast na górze i na dole ma pelne fronty w kolorze popielatym – sosna kanion oraz w tym samym kolorze ma ozdobny gruby górny wieniec sprawiajacy wrazenie podwójnego wienca unoszacego sie nad witryna. Na pelnych frontach drzwi zarówno jasnych jak i popielatych wykonane jest poziome frezowanie oraz widoczne sa pionowe odstepy – przerwy, pomiedzy zewnetrznymi elementami mebli nawiazujace do frezowanych frontów drzwi. Widoczny jest pionowy odstep – przerwa, pomiedzy wysuwana szuflada, a zewnetrznymi bocznymi pogrubiaczami, które sa jednoczesnie nogami. Pólke uwidoczniona na zalaczonym rysunku na fig. 6 i fot. 6 tworzy pozioma deska na koncu której umieszczone sa dwie szuflady. Pólka wykonana jest w kolorze jasnym zblizonym do bialego, a szuflady maja grube ozdobne blaty w kolorze popielatym – sosna kanion. The essence of an industrial design is the new form of the object, manifested in the shape, color scheme, and the use of original finishes on furniture components, which give the furniture a distinctive, original appearance aimed at enhancing its aesthetic qualities, thus providing the furniture with beneficial decorative and functional properties. A furniture set based on an industrial design is intended for repeated reproduction in industrial production. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached collective drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a general view of a tall display case, Fig. 2 – a general view of a low display case, Fig. 3 – a general view of a chest of drawers, Fig. 4 – a general view of a TV stand, Fig. 5 – a general view of a coffee table, and Fig. 6 – a general view of a shelf. To better illustrate the industrial design, we have also attached photographs showing a furniture set corresponding to the same numbers from Fig. 1 to Fig. 6. The essential features of the industrial design: The furniture set are characterized by an original combination of a light color close to white with a decorative ash hue – canyon pine. A distinctive feature is the use of a decorative thick top in the low units and a thick top ring in the tall ash hue – canyon pine, giving the impression of double elements floating above the furniture. A significant noticeable feature of the furniture is the milled fronts of the solid doors and the wide vertical gaps—gaps between the furniture's exterior elements, echoing the milled door fronts. Another distinctive feature of the furniture is the side bolsters, which also function as legs, as shown in the drawing from Fig. 1 to Fig. 6 and photographs from Photo 1 to Photo 6. This design is present in all the furniture pieces in the set, allowing for a highly individual character. The tall display case shown in the attached drawing in Fig. 1 and Photo 1 has two doors, one of which is solid, while the other is glazed in the center. The top and bottom doors feature solid fronts in ash-gray canyon pine, and a decorative, thick top panel in the same color, giving the impression of a double wreath floating above the display case. The solid door fronts, both light and ash gray, feature horizontal milling and visible vertical gaps—gaps between the furniture's exterior elements—reminiscent of the milled door fronts. The display case has side bolsters that double as legs, and the central door is equipped with horizontal handles. The low display case shown in the attached drawing in Fig. 2 and Photo 2 is vertically divided into two parts, one with solid doors and the other with a glazed center section. It features solid fronts in ash gray—canyon pine—at the top and bottom, and a decorative, thick top crown in the same color, giving the impression of a double crown floating above the display case. The solid door fronts, both light and ash gray, feature horizontal milling and visible vertical gaps—gaps between the furniture's exterior elements, echoing the milled door fronts. The display cabinet has side extensions that double as legs, and the doors are fitted with horizontal handles at the top. The chest of drawers, shown in the attached drawing in Fig. 3 and Photo 3, is vertically divided into three sections, with the two outer sections having solid doors, and the middle section consisting of three vertically arranged drawers at the bottom, and two smaller horizontal drawers above them. The chest of drawers is finished in a light color close to white, and features a thick, decorative top in ash gray—canyon pine—and the drawer fronts are finished in the same color. The solid door fronts are milled and visible vertical gaps—gaps between the chest of drawers' exterior elements. The sideboard has side panels that double as legs, and the doors and drawer fronts are equipped with horizontal handles. The TV cabinet shown in the attached drawing in Fig. 4 and Photo 4 has two solid doors on the sides and two vertically arranged drawers inside, above which is an open partition. Vertical gaps are visible between the cabinet's exterior elements. The cabinet has side panels that double as legs, and the doors and drawer fronts are equipped with horizontal handles. The low coffee table shown in the attached drawing in Fig. 5 and Photo 5 is made in a light color close to white, with a thick, decorative top in ash-gray canyon pine. The drawer front, with its cut-out handle, fills half the space under the tabletop in the same color. A vertical gap is visible—the gap between the pull-out drawer and the outer side extensions, which also serve as legs. The shelf shown in the attached drawing in Fig. 6 and Photo 6 is formed by a horizontal board, at the end of which are two drawers. The shelf is made in a light color close to white, and the drawers have thick, decorative tops in ash-gray canyon pine.
