Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw mebli Lotus przeznaczony do wyposazenia pomieszczen mieszkalnych, zwlaszcza salonu, jadalni, gabinetu i sypialni. Zestaw mebli sklada sie z dwóch jednodrzwiowych komód, dwóch dwudrzwiowych komód, dwóch czterodrzwiowych komód, stolika kawowego, dwóch czterodrzwiowych witryn i szafy dwudrzwiowej. Description of the industrial design The subject of the industrial design is a Lotus furniture set intended for furnishing living spaces, especially the living room, dining room, study and bedroom. The furniture set consists of: from two single-door chests of drawers, two two-door chests of drawers, two four-door chests of drawers, a coffee table, two four-door showcases and a two-door wardrobe.

Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac mebli przejawiajaca sie w zastosowaniu oryginalnego wykonczenia i zdobnictwa, które nadaja meblowi swoisty indywidualny charakter zmierzajacy do podniesienia cech estetycznych, przez co mebel uzyskuje korzystne cechy zdobnicze i uzytkowe. The essence of an industrial design is a new form of furniture manifested in its use original finishing and decorations that give the furniture a unique individual character aimed at improving the aesthetic features, thanks to which the furniture acquires beneficial decorative features and utilitarian.

Meble do sypialni wedlug wzoru przemyslowego przeznaczone sa do wielokrotnego odtwarzania w produkcji przemyslowej. Bedroom furniture with an industrial design is intended for repeated use reproduction in industrial production.

Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku zbiorczym, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia komode czterodrzwiowa z pelnymi drzwiami w widoku ogólnym, fig. 2 - komode czterodrzwiowa czesciowo przeszklona w widoku ogólnym, fig. 3 - stolik kawowy w widoku ogólnym, fig. 4 - komode RTV jednodrzwiowa w widoku ogólnym, fig. 5 - witryne czterodrzwiowa dwustronnie przeszklona w widoku ogólnym, fig. 6 - witryne czterodrzwiowa jednostronnie przeszklona w widoku ogólnym, fig. 7 - szafe dwudrzwiowa w widoku ogólnym, fig. 8 - komode dwudrzwiowa z pelnymi drzwiami i czterema szufladami w widoku ogólnym, fig. 9 - komode jednodrzwiowa z pelnymi drzwiami i czterema szufladami w widoku ogólnym i fig. 10 - komode dwudrzwiowa dwustronnie przeszklona i czterema szufladami w widoku ogólnym. Indywidualna cecha wyrózniajaca jest rozwiazanie funkcji uchwytu w drzwiach i szufladach poprzez zastosowanie obustronnie wykonanego wyciecia w drzwiach i sciankach bocznych szuflad tworzacych „tunel”, który na zakonczeniach jest zaokraglony. Widoczna czesc mebli w wycieciu tworzy listwa w ksztalcie rynienki bedaca tlem wyciecia, która zamontowana jest na calej wysokosci mebla i jest w kolorze ciemniejszym w stosunku do jasniejszego koloru calych mebli. Wyciecia te spelniaja funkcje uchwytów dla drzwi i szuflad. Czesci dolne wszystkich mebli wchodzacych w sklad zestawu tzn. podstawa i prostokatne stopki, maja kolor ciemniejszy tj. kolor rynienki tworzacej tlo wyciecia. Important features of an industrial design The LOTUS furniture set is characterized by the fact that it has an original two-tone color, while decorative and distinctive elements are made in a darker color than the lighter one body and front door. The individual distinguishing feature is the solution of the handle function in doors and drawers by using cutouts on both sides of the door and the side walls of the drawers creating a "tunnel" which is rounded at the ends. Visible part of the furniture in the cut-out is formed by a gutter-shaped strip constituting the background of the cut-out, which is mounted it is along the entire height of the furniture and is darker in color compared to the lighter color of the entire piece furniture. Uksztaltowania te wystepuja we wszystkich meblach wchodzacych w sklad zestawu, pozwalajac uzyskac bardzo indywidualny i wyrózniajacy charakter calego zestawu. These shapes appear in all the furniture included in the set, allowing for a very individual and distinctive character of the entire set.
