Zestaw mebli sklada sie z dwóch jednodrzwiowych komód, dwóch dwudrzwiowych komód, dwóch czterodrzwiowych komód, stolika kawowego, dwóch czterodrzwiowych witryn i szafy dwudrzwiowej. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac mebli przejawiajaca sie w zastosowaniu oryginalnego wykonczenia i zdobnictwa, które nadaja meblowi swoisty indywidualny charakter zmierzajacy do podniesienia cech estetycznych, przez co mebel uzyskuje korzystne cechy zdobnicze i uzytkowe. The furniture set consists of two single-door chests of drawers, two two-door chests of drawers, two four-door chests of drawers, a coffee table, two four-door display cabinets, and a two-door wardrobe. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of furniture, manifested in the use of original finishes and ornamentation, which give the furniture a unique character aimed at enhancing its aesthetic qualities, thus providing it with beneficial decorative and functional properties. Bedroom furniture based on the industrial design is intended for repeated reproduction in industrial production. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached collective drawing, in which fig. 1 shows a four-door chest of drawers with full doors in a general view, fig. 2 - a general view of a four-door chest of drawers partially glazed, fig. 3 - a general view of a coffee table, fig. 4 - a general view of a single-door TV chest of drawers, fig. 5 - a general view of a four-door display cabinet glazed on both sides, fig. 6 - a general view of a four-door display cabinet glazed on one side, fig. 7 - a general view of a two-door wardrobe, fig. 8 - a general view of a two-door chest of drawers with full doors and four drawers, fig. 9 - a general view of a single-door chest of drawers with full doors and four drawers, and fig. 10 - a general view of a two-door chest of drawers glazed on both sides and four drawers. To better illustrate the industrial design, ten photographs are attached, with the photograph numbers corresponding to the figures representing the individual pieces of furniture included in the set, and an additional eleventh photograph explaining the individual features of the furniture set. The furniture set allows for free arrangement into various system compositions, depending on the customer's requirements and needs. The furniture set based on the industrial design will be marketed under the trade name "LOTUS." The essential features of the industrial design include the LOTUS furniture set's distinctive two-tone color, with the decorative elements being darker in color compared to the lighter body and front door. A distinctive feature is the handle function in the doors and drawers, implemented by using a double-sided cutout in the doors and drawer side walls, creating a "tunnel" that is rounded at the ends. The visible part of the furniture in the cutout is formed by a gutter-shaped strip, which serves as the background for the cutout. It is mounted along the entire height of the furniture and is darker in color than the lighter color of the rest of the furniture. These cutouts function as handles for doors and drawers. The lower parts of all the furniture pieces in the set, i.e., the base and rectangular feet, are darker in color, matching the color of the gutter that forms the background for the cutout. The originality of the furniture set is emphasized by the use of glazed corners in the chests of drawers and display cases, partially on the front and sides of the furniture, which lend a lightness to the whole. These shapes are present in all the pieces in the set, allowing for a highly individual and distinctive character for the entire set. The four-door chest of drawers with solid doors, shown in the attached drawing in Fig. 1, Photo 1, and Photo 11, has a two-tone color, divided horizontally and vertically into four sections. The body and front door are finished in a lighter color, while the decorative elements, the base of the chest of drawers, and the rectangular feet on which the chest of drawers rests are in a darker color. The handles on the chest of drawers' doors are provided by cutouts on both sides, creating a "tunnel," which is rounded at the ends. The visible parts of the chest of drawers in the cutout form a gutter-shaped strip, which serves as a background for the cutouts. These are mounted along the cutouts along the entire height of the top and bottom of the furniture and are darker in color compared to the lighter color of the entire chest of drawers. The four-door, partially glazed chest of drawers shown in the attached drawing in Fig. 2, Photo 2 and Photo 11, has a two-tone color, which is divided horizontally and vertically into four parts, with one of the upper parts having a glazed corner, i.e. partially on the front and side of the chest of drawers.PL 20564 3 The body and front door are made in a lighter color, while the decorative elements, the base of the chest of drawers, and the rectangular feet on which the chest of drawers rests are in a darker color. The coffee table shown in the attached drawing in Fig. 3, Photo 3, and Photo 11 has a two-tiered structure, where the lower part forms a two-tone cuboid-shaped coffer, to which a glass top is attached on four supports. The body of the coffer is made in a lighter color, while the decorative element, the table base, and the rectangular feet on which the table rests, are darker. A distinctive decorative element are the horizontal cutouts on both sides of the longer walls of the coffer. The cutouts create a tunnel, which is rounded at the ends. The visible parts of the cassette are formed by gutter-shaped strips attached along the cutouts to the side walls of the cassette. The single-door TV cabinet shown in the attached drawing in Fig. 4, Photo 4, and Photo 11 has a two-tone color, vertically divided into three sections, with one side section consisting of two drawers and the other of two open shelves, while the middle section is filled with a cabinet. The body and front doors of the drawers and cabinet are finished in a lighter color, while the decorative element, the base of the TV cabinet, and the rectangular feet on which the TV cabinet sits are in a darker color. A cutout on both sides of the cabinet doors and the side walls of the drawers, forming a "tunnel," serves as a handle. The visible parts of the TV cabinet in the cutout are formed by a gutter-shaped strip, which forms the background for the cutout. This strip is mounted along the cutout along the entire height of the unit and is darker in color than the lighter color of the entire TV cabinet. The four-door, double-glazed display case, shown in the attached drawing in Fig. 5, Photo 5, and Photo 11, has a two-tone color, divided horizontally and vertically into four sections, with both corners in the upper section being glazed, i.e., partially on the front and sides.
