Zarówno górna czesc zabudowy (jednodrzwiowa zamknieta szafka) jak i dolna (szafka szufladowa) wykonczone zostaly cieniowanymi listwami ramiakowymi oraz czterema uchwytami, jednym pionowo zamontowanym oraz trzema poziomo. - Witryna pozioma dwudrzwiowa „90" - „Fig." 1B, sklada sie z dwóch identycznej wielkosci przeszklonych frontów otwieranych ku górze. Sa one wykonczone specjalna listwa ramiakowa oraz dwoma poziomo zamontowanymi uchwytami. - Szafka nad okapowa „60" - „Fig."1C, to z kolei szafka z jednym pelnym frontem drzwiowym otwieranym ku górze. Element ten sluzy dodatkowo jako 1mocowanie okapu, co zostalo uwidocznione na ilustracji. Front szafki wykonczony jest cieniowana listwa ramiakowa oraz jednym zamontowanym poziomo uchwytem. - Szafka waska „20" - „Fig." 1D, stanowi uzupelnienie calego zestawu, stanowiac takze element dekoracyjny niz uzytkowy. Jest to jednak szafka odrebna, a jej górna plaszczyzne stanowi blat. Posiada ona trzy szuflady, dwie dolne tej samej wysokosci oraz górna stanowiaca 1 /2 wysokosci szuflad dolnych. Wszystkie fronty szufladowe zostaly wykonczone cieniowanymi listwami ramiakowymi oraz trzema poziomo zamontowanymi uchwytami. - Szafka jednodrzwiowa „60" prawa - „Fig." 1F, moze pelnic dwie funkcje, jako szafka pelna lub tez zabudowa pod plyte grzewcza, co zostalo uwidocznione na zalaczonej ilustracji. It belongs to the group of case furniture. In the illustrations attached to the description it consists of elements conventionally marked as: built-in oven and drawer cabinet "60" - "Fig." 1A, horizontal two-door display cabinet "90" - "Fig." 1B, cabinet above the hood "60" - "Fig." 1C, narrow cabinet "20" right - "Fig." 1D, two-door cabinet "80" - "Fig." 1E, drawer cabinet "90" - "Fig." 1F, single-door cabinet "60" right - "Fig." 1G, narrow pull-out cabinet "20" - "Fig." 1H and two-door cabinet for a built-in sink "80" - "Fig." 1I. The rear walls of all the above-mentioned elements constitute a closed surface, corresponding in size to the front surface of each, and are made of fiberboard. The side walls of each element are made of furniture board in the same color as their fronts. - Oven unit with drawer unit "60" - "Fig." 1A is the tallest element of the entire furniture set. It forms a whole with three symmetrically separated sections. Viewed from above, it is a single-door, closed cabinet that opens to the left. The central section is the oven unit. The lower section is a drawer unit with three drawers - the lower two are identical in size, and the upper one is lower, representing 1/2 the height of the lower drawers. The sides of the unit are finished in the same color as the front. Both the upper part of the unit (single-door closed cabinet) and the lower part (drawer cabinet) are finished with shaded slats and four handles, one vertically mounted and three horizontally mounted. - The horizontal two-door display cabinet "90" - "Fig." 1B, consists of two identically sized glass fronts that open upwards. They are finished with a special slat and two horizontally mounted handles. - The "60" over-eaves cabinet - "Fig." 1C, in turn, is a cabinet with one full door front that opens upwards. This element also serves as a mounting for the hood, as shown in the illustration. The cabinet front is finished with shaded slats and one horizontally mounted handle. - The "20" narrow cabinet - "Fig." 1D, complements the entire set, acting as a decorative rather than functional element. Inside the cabinet there is one shelf placed halfway up. In the illustration it opens to the right. The front is finished with a shaded slatted frame. - Two-door cabinet "80" - "Fig." 1E, is a typical cabinet consisting of two identical vertical fronts. They are finished with shaded slatted frame and two vertically mounted handles. - Drawer cabinet "90" - "Fig." 1E, in its shape corresponds to the lower part of the oven unit. However, it is a separate cabinet, and its upper surface is the countertop. It has three drawers, the two lower ones of the same height and the upper one being 1/2 the height of the lower drawers. All drawer fronts are finished with shaded slatted frame and three horizontally mounted handles. - Single-door cabinet "60" right - "Fig." 1F, can serve two functions: as a full cabinet or as a built-in unit for a hob, as shown in the attached illustration. The front is finished with a shaded frame strip and a vertically mounted handle. - Narrow cabinet "20" - "Fig." 1H, is a pull-out element of a kitchen furniture set. It is finished with a shaded frame strip and a horizontally mounted handle. - Two-door cabinet for a built-in sink "80", this is an element intended for mounting a sink. A characteristic feature of the cabinet, like other elements, is the method of finishing - a shaded frame strip and two vertically mounted handles. 9 Essential features of an industrial design; The essence of an industrial design is the new spatial shaping of individual elements of the set, manifested in their shape, line layout, and color scheme, aimed at achieving aesthetic goals. The subject of the industrial design is illustrated in the attached illustrative material – drawings and photographs attached to the application, representing the submitted industrial design. The characteristic features of the presented industrial design, giving it its unique and original qualities, are contained in its style, which evokes classic furniture, richly finished with an emphasis on detail. Combined with its color scheme, these details create the visual impression of exclusive furniture. A crucial distinguishing feature of the kitchen set is the finish of its individual elements. Primarily, the shaded frame strip gives the furniture a sense of "massiveness" and emphasizes its original style. Furthermore, the metal handles and square feet, matching the color of the furniture, give the entire set a unique design. The functionality of the kitchen set as a whole and the individual elements is another feature that is crucial for the industrial design registration. Another factor that determines the originality of a kitchen set is the aluminum strips mounted around the perimeter of the doors, giving them a unique visual impression while protecting their edges from damage. Furthermore, additional elements and accessories that give it a unique look, such as horizontally mounted metal handles and adjustable square metal feet, enhance the aesthetic and functional value of the kitchen set's components. Its shape, color, the type of materials used in its construction, and the method of finishing are also important for the registration of an industrial design.
