Uzupelnieniem zestawu jest zabudowa stojaca lodówki 60. Tylna czesc opisywanej kuchni (w widoku calego zestawu), stanowi dwie zamkniete plaszczyzny - jedna z nich dla rzedu szafek górnych, a druga dla rzedu szafek dolnych. Maja one ksztalt poziomo ulozonych prostokatów, z tym, ze powierzchnia sciany dla szafek dolnych ma powierzchnie wieksza niz plaszczyzna szafek górnych. Wszystkie elementy zestawu mebli kuchennych zostaly wykonane z plyty wiórowej laminowanej o grubosci 16 mm. Tyl kazdego z segmentów jest zamkniety plyta pilsniowa. Fronty szuflad oraz drzwiczek sa plaskie, (proste), bez elementów zdobniczych, takich jak np. listwy ramiakowe. Cecha charakterystyczna prezentowanego zestawu mebli jest jego kolorystyka, a scislej wystepowanie dwóch kontrastujacych ze soba kolorów czesci frontowych szafek, co zdecydowanie wplywa nie tylko na oryginalnosc zestawu mebli, aletakze decyduje o jego walorach wizualnych. Kazdy z elementów zostal wyposazony w poziomo zamontowany, aluminiowy uchwyt. Szafka górna 60 - jednodrzwiowa (rys.„Fig."2A), jest typowa szafka skrzyniowa, jednodrzwiowa, otwierana na lewa strone, wewnatrz wyposazona w jedna pólke w polowie wysokosci szafki (kolor : jasna limba). Szafka górna 40 - witryna (rys. ,,Fig."2B), jest szafka której drzwiczki sa przeszklone i otwierane na lewa strone (kolor : ciemna grusza). Szafka górna 30 - jednodrzwiowa lewa (rys. „Fig." 2C), jest szafka jednodrzwiowa, otwierana na lewa strone, z umieszczona wewnatrz pólka umieszczona w polowie jej wysokosci (kolor : jasna limba). Szafka górna 60 - okapowa, (rys. „Fig." 2D), jest szafka otwierana ku górze. Sluzy do zamocowania okapu elektrycznego (kolor : ciemna grusza). Szafka górna 20 (rys. „Fig." 2E) - jest to szafka otwarta z jedna pólka zamontowana w polowie jej wysokosci (kolor : ciemna limba). Szafka górna 80 (rys. „Fig." 2F), to szafka dwudrzwiowa, której funkcja jest mozliwosc zamontowania w jej wnetrzu suszarki, (ociekarki) do naczyn (kolor: jasna limba). Szafka górna 40 witryna (rys. ,,Fig."2G), jest szafka identyczna jak wyzej opisana, z ta róznica ze jej drzwiczki otwierane sa na prawa strone (kolor : ciemna grusza). Szafka górna 90 - witryna (rys. „Fig." 2H) to najbardziej charakterystyczny element z calego zestawu prezentowanych mebli. Sklada sie ona z dwóch poziomo zamontowanych drzwiczek otwieranych do góry. Owe drzwiczki sa przeszklone szyba o strukturze szyby dymionej ( fot. „Fig." 1H). Drzwiczki sa przytwierdzone do górnej plaszczyzny za pomoca zawiasów, natomiast ich zabezpieczeniem przed samoczynnym zamykaniem sa wysiegniki teleskopowe zamontowane od strony wewnetrznej witryny. Dzieki nim mozliwe jest utrzymywanie otwartych drzwiczek witryny na zadanej wysokosci. Powierzchnia samej szyby to okolo 80% calej plaszczyzny drzwiczek. W prezentowanej na zdjeciu wersji szerokosc witryny wynosi 90 cm. (kolor : jasna limba). Szafka dolna 60 (rys. „Fig." 2J), to szafka jednodrzwiowa otwierana na lewa strone i jak wszystkie pozostale szafki dolne przykryta jest blatem (kolor : jasna grusza). Szafka dolna 40 (rys. „Fig." 2K), to szafka otwierana równiez na lewa strone, (kolor : ciemna grusza). Szafka dolna 30 (rys. „Fig." 2L), jest typowa jednodrzwiowa szafka otwierana na prawa strone, w której wnetrzu znajduje sie pólka, umieszczona w polowie jej wysokosci (kolor : jasna limba). Zabudowa piekarnika 60 (rys. „Fig." 2L) jest przeznaczona wylacznie do zabudowania sprzetem AGD, tj. kuchni elektrycznej lub gazowej. W dolnej czesci szafki (zabudowy) znajduje sie wysuwana szuflada (kolor : ciemna grusza).Szafka dolna 20 otwarta (rys. „Fig." 2M) jest to element nawiazujacy do szafki górnej 20, z ta róznica iz posiada dwie pólki dzielaca szafke na trzy równe czesci (kolor : ciemna grusza). Szafka dolna 80 - zlewozmywakowa dwudrzwiowa (rys. „Fig." 2N), to typowa szafka sluzaca do zamontowania na niej zlewu. Jest to szafka dwudrzwiowa, bez pólki wewnetrznej, Plaszczyzna blatu, która przykrywa szafke od góry posiada owalny otwór pod zlew (kolor : limba jasna). Szafka dolna 40 - szufladowa (rys. ,,Fig."20), sklada sie z trzech szuflad, z których dwie, srodkowa i dolna maja taka sama wielkosc i powierzchnie, natomiast szuflada górna stanowi polowe wielkosci i powierzchni szuflad srodkowej i górnej. Szuflady te osadzone sa na metalowych prowadnicach i wysuwane sa dzieki plastikowym rolkom. Sa one zabezpieczone przed wypadnieciem z prowadnic. Kazda z szuflad jest wyposazona w poziomy, centralnie umieszczony uchwyt, identyczny jak w przypadku szafek górnych. Od góry szafka jest przykryta blatem. Szafka ta, jak wszystkie pozostale jest osadzona na aluminiowych, regulowanych stopkach o przekroju kwadratu (kolor : ciemna grusza). Szafka dolna 60 - szufladowa (rys. „Fig." 2P), jest szafka niemal identyczna jak opisana wyzej szafka dolna 40 szufladowa. Jedyna róznica sa gabaryty szafki, a scislej jej szerokosc (kolor : limba jasna) Szafka 60 - zabudowa lodówki (rys. „Fig." 21). Jest to najwyzszy element zestawu mebli kuchennych. Zostal on wyposazony w troje drzwiczek, z których srodkowe i dolne otwierane sa na prawa strone, a górne uchylane ku górze. Charakterystyczne dla tej zabudowy jest wykonanie je w jednym kolorze (ciemna grusza), co oprócz wizualnych walorów odróznia ja od pozostalych elementów zestawu.Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowe przestrzenne uksztaltowanie poszczególnych elementów zestawu, przejawiajace sie w ich ksztalcie, ukladzie linii, kolorystyce, zmierzajace do osiagniecia celów estetycznych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym - rysunkach oraz fotografiach zalaczonych do wniosku, przedstawiajacy zglaszany wzór przemyslowy. Cechami charakterystycznymi prezentowanego wzoru przemyslowego nadajacymi mu specyficzne i oryginalne walory sa zawarte w jego stylistyce, która nawiazuje do mebli „prostych", skromnych, bez elementów zdobniczych stanowiacych zarazem wizualne wrazenie mebli nowoczesnych i bardzo funkcjonalnych, zwracajacym na siebie uwage zastosowana kolorystyka. Niezwykle istotnym aspektem jest takze kolorystyka zestawu której oryginalnosc przejawia sie w zastosowaniu elementów frontowych o dwóch barwach, tj. o barwie jasnej (limba jasna), oraz barwy ciemnej (gruszy ciemnej), która silnie kontrastuje z czescia frontowa i dzieki temu jest ona bardziej wyeksponowana. Jest to jedna z istotniejszych cech oryginalnosci prezentowanego wzoru przemyslowego. Jest widoczne zwlaszcza w przypadku takich elementów, jak szafki dolne szufladowe 40 i 60, które oprócz róznych szerokosci wizualnie bardzo mocno kontrastuja ze soba, tworzac bardzo nowoczesny i oryginalny design. Funkcjonalnosc zestawu mebli kuchennych jako calego zestawu oraz poszczególnych elementów to kolejna cecha która ma istotne znaczenie dla zastrzezenia wzoru przemyslowego. Funkcjonalnosc ta przejawia sie w mozliwosci prawie nieograniczonej konfiguracji elementów zestawu i dowolnej aranzacji w pomieszczeniach kuchennych. Warte podkreslenia jest latwosc obslugi i korzystania z zestawu, np. szafka górna witryna o poziomo zamontowanych drzwiczkach otwieranych do góry umozliwia latwy dostep do wnetrza, a specjalne teleskopowe wysiegniki utrzymuja drzwiczki na zadanej wysokosci. Twórca zestawu mebli kuchennych bedacych przedmiotem zgloszenia, zwraca takze uwage na ksztalt poszczególnych elementów jako elementów pojedynczych, oraz zestawu mebli jako calosci w róznych konfiguracjach i zestawieniach istotnych dla procedury zastrzezenia. Zamierzeniem autora, zglaszanego wzoru przemyslowego bylo uzyskanie nowoczesnego, funkcjonalnego, oraz estetycznego zestawu mebli kuchennych, który wyróznia go tle innych tego typu zestawu.„Fig." 1„Fig." 2 PL PLKITCHEN FURNITURE SET The subject of the submitted industrial design is a kitchen furniture set. It belongs to the group of cabinet furniture. In the version presented in the photo it consists of eight upper segments, which include elements conventionally marked as: upper cabinet 60 - single-door (fig. "Fig." 2A), upper cabinet 40 display cabinet (fig. "Fig." 2B), upper cabinet 30 - single-door (fig. "Fig." 2C), upper cabinet 60 with hood (fig. "Fig." 2D), upper cabinet 20 - open (fig. "Fig." 2E), upper cabinet 60 - double-door (fig. "Fig." 2F), upper cabinet 40 - display cabinet (fig. "Fig." 2G), upper cabinet 90 - horizontal display cabinet (fig. "Fig." 2H), and lower cabinets which include: Lower cabinet 60 - single-door (fig. "Fig." 2J), lower cabinet 40 - single-door (fig. "Fig." 2K), lower cabinet 30 - single-door (fig. "Fig." 2L), lower cabinet 60 - oven unit (fig. "Fig." 2L), lower cabinet 20 - open (fig. "Fig." 2M), lower cabinet 60 - double-door (fig. "Fig." 2N), lower cabinet 40 - drawer (fig. "Fig." 20), lower cabinet 60 - drawer (fig. "Fig." 2P). The set is complemented by a free-standing refrigerator 60. The rear part of the described kitchen (in the view of the entire set) consists of two closed surfaces - one of them for a row of upper cabinets, and the other for a row of lower cabinets. They are shaped like horizontally arranged rectangles, with the wall surface area for the lower cabinets being larger than the upper cabinets. All kitchen furniture elements are made of 16 mm thick laminated particleboard. The back of each segment is covered with fiberboard. The drawer and door fronts are flat (simple), without decorative elements such as slats. A distinctive feature of this furniture set is its color scheme, or more precisely, the presence of two contrasting colors on the cabinet fronts, which significantly contributes not only to the set's originality but also determines its visual appeal. Each element is equipped with a horizontally mounted aluminum handle. Upper cabinet 60 - single-door (fig. "Fig." 2A), is a typical chest cabinet, single-door, opening to the left side, equipped with one shelf inside at half the height of the cabinet (color: light pine). Upper cabinet 40 - display cabinet (fig. "Fig." 2B), is a cabinet with glass doors and opening to the left side (color: dark pear). Upper cabinet 30 - single-door left (fig. "Fig." 2C), is a single-door cabinet, opening to the left side, with an inside shelf at half its height (color: light pine). Upper cabinet 60 - hood cabinet (fig. "Fig." 2D), is a cabinet opening upwards. It is used to mount an electric hood (color: dark pear). Upper cabinet 20 (fig. "Fig." 2E) - this is an open cabinet with one shelf mounted halfway up (color: dark Swiss pine). Upper cabinet 80 (fig. "Fig." 2F) is a two-door cabinet, the function of which is the possibility of mounting a dish drainer (color: light Swiss pine) inside it. Upper cabinet 40 - display cabinet (fig. "Fig." 2G) is a cabinet identical to the one described above, with the difference that its door opens to the right (color: dark pear). Upper cabinet 90 - display cabinet (fig. "Fig." 2H) is the most characteristic element of the entire set of presented furniture. It consists of two horizontally mounted doors that open upwards. These doors are glazed with a glass with a smoked glass structure (photo "Fig." 1H). The doors are attached to the upper surface with hinges, and telescopic arms mounted on the inside of the display case prevent them from closing automatically. These arms allow the display case door to be held open at a desired height. The glass surface alone accounts for approximately 80% of the entire door surface. The display case width shown in the photo is 90 cm (color: light Swiss pine). Base cabinet 60 (fig. "Fig." 2J) is a single-door cabinet that opens to the left and, like all other base cabinets, is covered with a countertop (color: light pearwood). Base cabinet 40 (fig. "Fig." 2K) is also a cabinet that opens to the left (color: dark pearwood). The lower cabinet 30 (fig. "Fig." 2L) is a typical single-door cabinet opening to the right, with a shelf inside, placed halfway up its height (color: light Swiss pine). The oven unit 60 (fig. "Fig." 2L) is intended solely for the installation of household appliances, i.e. an electric or gas cooker. In the lower part of the cabinet (unit) there is a pull-out drawer (color: dark pear). The lower cabinet 20, open (fig. "Fig." 2M), is an element resembling the upper cabinet 20, with the difference that it has two shelves dividing the cabinet into three equal parts (color: dark pear). The lower cabinet 80 - a two-door sink unit (fig. "Fig." 2N), is a typical cabinet for mounting a sink on it. It is a two-door cabinet, without an internal shelf. The countertop surface that covers the cabinet from above has an oval opening for a sink (color: light pine). The 40-drawer base cabinet (fig. "Fig." 20) consists of three drawers, two of which, the middle and bottom, are the same size and surface area, while the upper drawer is half the size and surface area of the middle and top drawers. These drawers are mounted on metal guides and are pulled out thanks to plastic rollers. They are secured against falling off the guides. Each drawer is equipped with a horizontal, centrally located handle, identical to the upper cabinets. The top of the cabinet is covered with a countertop. This cabinet, like all the others, is mounted on aluminum, adjustable feet with a square cross-section (color: dark pear). The 60-drawer base cabinet (fig. "Fig." 2P) is almost identical to the 40-drawer base cabinet described above. The only difference is the cabinet's dimensions, or more precisely, its width (color: light Swiss pine). Cabinet 60 - refrigerator unit (fig. "Fig." 21). This is the tallest element of the kitchen furniture set. It is equipped with three doors, the middle and bottom of which open to the right, while the top one opens upwards. A characteristic feature of this unit is that it is made in a single color (dark pear), which, in addition to its visual value, distinguishes it from the other elements of the set. Essential features of the industrial design: The essence of the industrial design is the new spatial shaping of the individual elements of the set, manifested in their shape, line layout, and colors, aimed at achieving aesthetic goals. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrative material - drawings and photographs attached to the application, presenting the submitted industrial design. The characteristic features of the presented industrial design, which give it specific and original qualities, are contained in its style, which refers to "simple," modest furniture, devoid of decorative elements, creating the visual impression of modern and highly functional furniture, and the color scheme draws attention. The color scheme of the set is also an extremely important aspect, the originality of which is demonstrated by the use of two-color front elements: a light color (light pine) and a dark color (dark pear), which contrasts strongly with the front part, making it more visible. This is one of the most significant features of the presented industrial design's originality. This is especially visible in the case of elements such as the 40 and 60 drawer base cabinets, which, in addition to their different widths, visually contrast strongly, creating a very modern and original design. The functionality of the kitchen set as a whole and of its individual components is another key feature for industrial design registration. This functionality is evident in the almost unlimited configuration of the set's components and the possibility of any arrangement within the kitchen. The ease of use and operation of the set is also noteworthy. For example, the upper cabinet and display case with horizontally mounted doors that open upwards allow for easy access to the interior, while special telescopic arms maintain the doors at the desired height. The aluminum strips mounted around the perimeter of the doors also contribute to the kitchen set's originality, giving them a unique visual impression while protecting their edges from damage. Furthermore, additional elements and accessories contribute to its unique appearance, such as horizontally mounted metal handles and adjustable square metal feet. These additions enhance the aesthetic and functional value of the kitchen set's components. The shape, color, type of materials used in its construction, method of manufacture, and finish are also important for the registration of an industrial design. The creator of the kitchen set subject to the application also pays attention to the shape of the individual components as individual elements, and the set of furniture as a whole in various configurations and arrangements relevant to the registration procedure. The intention of the creator of the submitted industrial design was to create a modern, functional, and aesthetically pleasing kitchen set that distinguishes it from other sets of this type.
