Istota zestawu meblowego jest jego kolorystyka i uklad konstrukcyjny, nadajace meblom oryginalny wyglad. Zestaw mebli kuchennych pokazany jest na zalaczonej fotografii i rysunkach. The essence of the furniture set lies in its color scheme and structural layout, which give the furniture its unique appearance. The lower section also opens upwards and is equipped with a door with a horizontal handle located in the lower part of the door. The door front is divided horizontally into three parts: the upper and middle sections of equal width, and the lower section, which is narrower. The upper section is made of a board finished in a lava color with distinct lines imitating longitudinal cut wood grain. The middle section is made of frosted milky glass. The lower section is made of laminated wood-based board with distinct lines imitating longitudinal cut wood grain in a Sonoma oak color, as shown in the attached photograph, Fig. 1, and drawing, Fig. 2, item 2.5. The upper cabinet 60 (fig. 2, item 2.6), wall-mounted, cuboid, divided horizontally in half into two parts. The upper section opens upward and is equipped with a door with a horizontally positioned handle located in the lower part of the door. The door is made of laminated wood-based board with distinct lines imitating the longitudinal cuts of Sonoma oak wood grain, as shown in the attached photograph (Fig. 1) and drawing (Fig. 2, item 2.6). The lower section also opens upwards and features a door with a horizontal handle located at the bottom of the door. The door front is divided horizontally into three sections: an upper and middle section of equal width, and a narrower lower section. The upper section is made of board finished in a lava color with distinct lines imitating the longitudinal cuts of wood grain. The middle section is made of frosted, milky glass. The lower section is made of laminated wood-based board with distinct lines imitating longitudinally cut wood grain in Sonoma oak, as shown in the attached photograph, Fig. 1, and drawing, Fig. 2, item 2.6. The upper 90-inch cabinet (fig. 2, item 2.7) is wall-hung, cuboid, divided horizontally in half into two parts. The upper section opens upward and features a door with a horizontally positioned handle in the lower part of the door. The door is made of laminated wood-based board with distinct lines imitating longitudinally cut wood grain in Sonoma oak, as shown in the attached photograph, Fig. 1, and drawing, Fig. 2, item 2.7. The lower section also opens upward and features a door with a horizontally positioned handle in the lower part of the door. The door front is divided horizontally into three parts: an upper and middle section of equal width, and a narrower lower section. The upper section is made of a board finished in a lava color with distinct lines imitating longitudinal cut wood grain. The middle section is made of frosted glass in a milky color. The lower section is made of a laminated wood-based board with distinct lines imitating longitudinal cut wood grain in a Sonoma oak color, as shown in the attached photograph, Fig. 1, and drawing, Fig. 2, item 2.7. The 40-piece lower drawer cabinet (fig. 3, item 3.1), freestanding, cuboid, with a base with undercuts on the front and sides. The cabinet consists of three drawers of varying depths. The top drawer is shallow, with the middle and bottom drawers being the same depth. The drawers are equipped with handles. The cabinet structure, side walls, and drawer fronts are made of laminated wood-based board with distinct lines imitating the longitudinal cut of the wood. The cabinet side walls and the fronts of the middle and bottom drawers are finished in Sonoma oak, while the top drawer front and base are finished in lava. The top of the cabinet is topped with a light pear countertop, the same color as the adjacent oven unit, as shown in the attached photograph, Fig. 1, and drawing, Fig. 3, item 3.1. The bottom cabinet 60, the oven unit (Fig. 3, item 3.2), is a typical unit for household appliances such as an electric or gas cooker. In the lower part of the unit, there is a drawer with a handle, and beneath it is a lava-colored base with an undercut on the front. The Sonoma oak-colored drawer front and lava-colored base are made of laminated wood-based board with distinct lines imitating the longitudinal cut of wood grain, as shown in the attached photograph, Fig. 1, and drawing, Fig. 3, item 3.2. The 11+41 corner cabinet (fig. 3, item 3.3), a free-standing lower cabinet, opens to the left, has a front wall that folds at a right angle and is made of two-segment PL 19838 4 hinged doors, consisting of a narrow section and a wide section with a handle positioned horizontally at the top of the wide section. The door is mounted with the narrower section on hinges attached to the oven unit. The two-segment hinged doors are made of laminated wood-based board with distinct lines imitating longitudinally cut wood grain. The door front features a lava-colored strip on the top, equal in width to the height of the top drawer of the 40" base cabinet (fig. 3, item 3.1), while the remaining lower section of the front is Sonoma oak. The top of the cabinet is topped with a light pear countertop, the same color as the adjacent built-in cabinets, as shown in the attached photograph (fig. 1) and drawing (fig. 3, item 3.3). The 90" base cabinet (fig. 3, item 3.4), two-door, freestanding, cuboid, has a drawer in the top running the full width of the cabinet, a door in the middle that opens on both sides, and a recessed base in the bottom. The drawer front, door leaf, and base are made of laminated wood-based board with distinct lines imitating longitudinally cut wood grain. The drawer and base are finished in lava, and the door in Sonoma oak. The drawer and door leafs are equipped with handles on the top. The cabinet is topped with a light pear countertop, shared with the adjacent built-in cabinets, as shown in the attached photograph, Fig. 1, and drawing, Fig. 3, item 3.4, and with the cabinets, as shown in the attached photograph, Fig. 1, and drawing, Fig. 3, item 3.4. The lower, two-door 90° cabinet (Fig. 3, item 3.5), standing, cuboid, has a permanently installed horizontal strip in its upper section, the same width as the adjacent drawer. The central section features a door that opens on both sides, and a base with an undercut at the bottom. The front of the horizontal built-in panel, the door panels, and the base are made of laminated wood-based board with distinct lines imitating longitudinally cut wood grain. The horizontal top panel and base are finished in lava, while the doors are finished in sonoma oak. The door panels are equipped with handles on the upper side. The upper side of the cabinet is covered with a light pear countertop, the same color as the adjacent built-in cabinets. The countertop includes a recess for a washbasin, as shown in the attached photograph (Fig. 1) and drawing (Fig. 3, item 3.5). The 800 x 1300 table with stools (fig. 4, item 4.1), with a tabletop supported by four rectangular legs, features legs with the larger rectangular plane parallel to the table's length. The legs are composed of three rectangular boards of equal thickness, with the middle board being narrower than the outer boards. In the upper section of the table, the inner sides of the legs are connected by crossbars, the upper side adjoining the underside of the tabletop. The table components are made of laminated wood-based board with distinct lines imitating longitudinally cut wood grain. The tabletop, the crossbars connecting the inner sides of the legs, and the visible edges of the middle leg boards are finished in Sonoma oak, and the outer leg boards are finished in lava, as shown in the attached photograph, Fig. 1, and drawing, Fig. 4, item 4.1. Two to four stools (Fig. 4, item 4.2) have a top supported by two vertical boards positioned at the ends, which constitute the legs. In the upper section of the stools, the inner sides of the legs are connected by vertical crossbars, the top adjoining the underside of the top. The stool elements are made of laminated wood-based board, with distinct lines imitating longitudinally cut wood grain, and are finished in Sonoma oak, as shown in the attached photograph, Fig. 1, and drawing, Fig. 4, item 4.2. A significant feature of the KAMDUO kitchen furniture set is the use of contrasting Sonoma oak and lava colors, as well as the skillful use of these colors to mark individual furniture elements. By using Sonoma oak and lava, the set achieves contrasting surfaces in the form of light areas of the doors, dark surfaces of the drawer lines, and dark surfaces of the furniture base lines. The contrasting color of the table legs also provides a distinct accent against the overall table structure, giving the set a unique look. An important feature of the industrial design is also the construction of the furniture and its appropriate functional and aesthetic combination and location in the corner of the kitchen in the following order in the upper set: single-door cabinet 40, upper cabinet 60PL 19838 5 with hood, single-door cabinet 30, corner cabinet 8+38, upper cabinet 60, upper cabinet 60, upper cabinet 90 and in the lower set: lower drawer cabinet 40, built-in oven 60, corner cabinet 11+41, two-door lower cabinet 90, two-door lower cabinet 90, as well as a table and stools. An important feature of the industrial design is also the use of a distinctive design of corner cabinets with a front wall in the form of articulated two-segment doors, the use of upper cabinets with upward-opening doors with an upper part in the color of lava, a middle part made of frosted glass in the color of milk and a lower part in the color of sonoma oak, and the design of the table and stools manifested in the appropriate shape of the table legs and its connection with the top, as well as the shape of the stools, as shown in the attached photograph fig. 1 and drawings fig. 2, fig. 3 and fig. 4.
