Komoda Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest komoda, która ma postac prostopadlosciennej szafy. Dolna czesc komody wedlug wzoru stanowi dwu- drzwiowa szafka posadowiona na postumencie zaopatrzonym w cztery nózki, przy czym postument swoimi gabarytami przestaje nieco poza przedni i boczne obrysy dwudrzwiowej szafki. Górna czesc komody wedlug wzoru stanowi sze- roka szuflada, przy czym szerokosc szuflady jest równa szerokosci dwudrzwio- wej szafki, na której jest posadowiona. Górne zwienczenie komody wedlug wzo- ru stanowi profilowana plyta przestajaca nieco, podobnie jak postument dwu- drzwiowej szafki, poza obrys szuflady i, usytuowanej pod nia, dwuskrzydlowej szafki. Oba fronty skrzyde l drzwi dwudrzwiowej szafki i przednia czesc szerokiej szuflady posiadaja, w widoku od przodu, prostokatne obramowania wykonane z ozdobnych listew. Przedmiot wzoru zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia komode - w widoku od przodu, fig. 2 - odmiane Ikomody, fig.3 - odmiane II komody, fig.4 - odmiane HI komody, fig.5 - odmia- ne IV komody, fig.6 - odmiane V komody i fig.7 - odmiane VI komody, przy czym wszystkie odmiany komody przedstawiono, równiez, w widoku od przodu. Wykaz odmian wzoru przemyslowego 1. The subject of the industrial design is a chest of drawers in the form of a rectangular wardrobe. The lower part of the chest of drawers, according to the design, is a two-door cabinet placed on a pedestal equipped with four legs, with the pedestal extending slightly beyond the front and side contours of the two-door cabinet. The upper part of the chest of drawers, according to the design, is a wide drawer, the width of the drawer being equal to the width of the two-door cabinet on which it is placed. The upper top of the chest of drawers, according to the design, is a profiled board extending slightly beyond the contours of the drawer and the two-door cabinet below it, similarly to the pedestal of the two-door cabinet. Both fronts of the two-door cabinet and the front of the wide drawer have, when viewed from the front, rectangular frames made of decorative moldings. The subject of the design is shown in the attached photographs, in which fig. 1 shows the chest of drawers - in a front view, fig. 2 - variant I of the chest of drawers, fig. 3 - variant II of the chest of drawers, fig. 4 - variant HI of the chest of drawers, fig. 5 - variant IV of the chest of drawers, fig. 6 - variant V of the chest of drawers and fig. 7 - variant VI of the chest of drawers, with all variants of the chest of drawers also being shown in a front view. List of variants of the industrial design 1. The chest of drawers shown in fig. 2, constituting variant I of the industrial design, has three wide drawers situated above a two-door cabinet mounted on a pedestal with four legs, with its upper topping being a profiled board whose dimensions, like the pedestal, exceed the front outline and both side outlines of the two-door cabinet and the wide drawers. 2. The chest of drawers, version II of the industrial design, shown in Fig. 3, has the form of a cuboid cabinet divided vertically into two equal parts: a single-door cabinet and a cabinet with drawers, each resting on a four-leg pedestal. The top of the chest of drawers, version II, is a profiled board, which, like the pedestal, extends beyond the front outline and both side outlines of the cuboid cabinet composed of the single-door cabinet and the cabinet with drawers. 3. The chest of drawers, version III of the industrial design, shown in Fig. 4, has the form of a cuboid cabinet divided vertically into three parts resting on a common pedestal: a central section, which is a cabinet with drawers, and two side sections, which are single-door cabinets. The upper top of the chest of drawers, which constitutes variant El of the design, is a profiled board which, like the pedestal, extends, when viewed from the front, beyond the front outline and side outlines of the cuboid wardrobe composed of a cabinet with drawers and single-door cabinets. 4. The chest of drawers, which constitutes variant IV of the industrial design, shown in Fig. 5, has the form of a cuboid wardrobe divided vertically into three parts placed on a common pedestal: a wider central part consisting of two drawers situated on a small two-door cabinet, with both side parts consisting of single-door cabinets. The upper top of the chest of drawers constituting design variant IV is a profiled board which, like the pedestal, extends slightly, in a front view, beyond the front edge and beyond the side outlines of the cuboid wardrobe composed of a cabinet constituting its central part and single-door side cabinets. 5. The chest of drawers constituting design variant V shown in Fig. 6 has the form of a cuboid wardrobe divided vertically into three parts, placed on a common pedestal: a wider central part, which is a horizontally positioned single-door cabinet situated above drawers placed one above the other and having the same width as the single-door cabinet, and two side parts, which are elongated single-door cabinets. The upper top of the chest of drawers constituting design variation V is a profiled board which, like the pedestal, extends, in a frontal view, beyond the front outline and side outlines of the cuboid wardrobe composed of a central section with a horizontally positioned single-door cabinet above the drawers and elongated single-door cabinets constituting its side sections. 6. The chest of drawers constituting design variation VI shown in Fig. 7 has the form of a cuboid wardrobe consisting of a cabinet constituting design variation V and a top cabinet consisting of two side, single-winged display cabinets separated by a cabinet with cuboid recesses and a small, two-door cabinet situated beneath these recesses. The upper top of the chest of drawers constituting the VIth design variant is a profiled board which, similarly to the pedestal and the board constituting the upper top of the chest of drawers constituting the Vth design variant, extends, in a front view, beyond the front outline and beyond the side outlines of the chest of drawers. Essential features of the industrial design - The base of the chest of drawers according to the pattern is a pedestal placed on four legs, and its top is a profiled board, where both the pedestal and the board topping the chest of drawers according to the pattern protrude slightly, in a front view, beyond the front outline and side outlines of the cabinets forming the chest of drawers. - All fronts of the doors of the wardrobes and chest of drawers, as well as the fronts of each drawer of the chest of drawers according to the pattern, in a front view, have rectangular frames made of decorative strips (fig. 1 - 7).
