ZESTAW MEBLI SYSTEMOWYCH Przedmiotem zglaszanego wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw mebli systemowych oznaczonych jako BodzioSystem. Nalezy on do grupy mebli skrzyniowych. W prezentowanych na zdjeciu oraz rysunku wersji sklada sie on z pieciu segmentów w sklad których wchodza elementy umownie oznaczone jako : szafa dwudrzwiowa 90 (rys. „Fig." 2A), nadstawka nad szafke rtv 140 (rys. „Fig." 2B), szafka rtv 140 (rys. „Fig." 2C), witryna 90 (rys. „Fig." 2D) oraz pól szafa 45 prawa (rys. „Fig." 2E). Tylna czesc opisywanego zestawu stanowi w przypadku szafy, pól szafy oraz witryny zamkniete plaszczyzny majace ksztalt pionowo ulozonych prostokatów, a w przypadku szafki rtv jest to poziomo ulozony prostokat. Elementem o nieregularnym ksztalcie sciany tylnej, tj. czesciowo zabudowanym jest nadstawka nad szafke rtv, która w rzucie z tylu jest plaszczyzna przypominajaca odwrócona litere L. Wszystkie sciany tylne sa zabudowane plyta pilsniowa. Wszystkie elementy zestawu zostaly wykonane z plyty wiórowej laminowanej o grubosci 16 mm, natomiast wience górne oraz blaty z plyty o grubosci 22 mm. Plaszczyzna frontowa mebli zostala wykonana w kolorze Limba, natomiast plaszczyzny boczne, pólki otwarte oraz blat w kolorze orzechu. Czesci frontowe szuflad oraz drzwiczek sa plaskie (proste), bez elementów zdobniczych, takich jak np. listwy ramiakowi. Cecha charakterystyczna prezentowanego zestawu mebli jest jego kolorystyka, a scislej wystepowanie dwóch silnie kontrastujacych barw czesci frontowych oraz bocznych lacznie z pólkami i blatem szafki rtv (rys. „Fig. 2C"). Cechy te wplywaja nie tylko na oryginalnosc calego zestawu BODZIO SYSTEM, ale decyduja takze o jego walorach wizualnych oraz estetycznych. Kazdy zposzczególnych elementów systemu zostal wyposazony w zaleznosci od typu w pionowo lub poziomo zamontowany aluminiowy uchwyt oraz stopki o przekroju kwadratu. Szafa dwudrzwiowa 90 (rys. „Fig." 2A) jest typowa szafa dwudrzwiowaz umieszczonym wewnatrz drazkiem na ubrania. Nadstawka nad szafke rtv 140 (rys. „Fig." 2B) zostala wyposazona w swej prawej czesci w cztery otwarte pólki o identycznych wymiarach, wykonane w kolorze orzechu, kontrastujacym z pozostala czescia frontowa zestawu mebli. Plaszczyzna górna nadstawki jest zakonczona wiencem o grubosci 22mm, do którego podwieszona jest pionowa witryna, której drzwiczki otwierane sa ku górze, co zostalo uwidocznione na fotografii „Fig." 1. Glebokosc nadstawki jest nieco mniejsza od pozostalych elementów i stanowi okolo 2/3 ich wartosci. Szafka rtv 140 (rys. „Fig." 2C) stanowi podstawe do osadzenia nadstawki, a scislej czesc stanowiacy segment pólkowy nadstawki. W swej bryle jest zblizona jest do poziomego prostokata. W czesci srodkowej szafki znajduja sie dwie poziome pólki o identycznych gabarytach. Poza tym szafka posiada dwie wysuwane szuflady oraz proporcjonalna do nich czesc zamykana drzwiczkami. W czesci tej znajduje sie pólka umieszczona w polowie wysokosci szafki. Od plaszczyzny górnej, szafka jest zamknieta blatem o grubosci 22 mm, który stanowi podstawe i przestrzen do usytuowania sprzetu rtv. Ze wzgledu na swa funkcjonalnosc oraz kolorystyke element w sposób zdecydowany podkresla cech uzytkowe oraz estetyczne calego zestawu. Witryna 90 (rys. „Fig." 2D) wyposazona zostala w dwoje przeszklonych pionowych drzwiczek. Wewnatrz witryny znajduja trzy rozmieszczone symetrycznie pólki, co widac na zalaczonej fotografii. W czesci dolnej elementu znajduja sie trzy szuflady, które stanowia okolo 1/3 jego wysokosci. Szyby zastosowane w drzwiczkach witryny maja strukture szkla delikatnie przydymionego, przepuszczajacego swiatlo. Ostatnim elementem zestawu jest pól szafa 45 prawa (rys. „Fig." 2E). W swej stylistyce i ksztalcie nawiazuje do szafy dwudrzwiowej, stanowiac jej polowe szerokosci. W zaleznosci od ukladu systemu moze miec byc ona otwierana na prawa lub lewa strone. Wewnatrz pól szafy znajduje sie drazek na ubrania. Charakterystyczne dla calego zestawu mebli systemowych BodzioSystem jest wyposazenie zewnetrznych krawedzi drzwiczek szafek oraz witryn w aluminiowe listwy, co zostalo uwidocznione na fotografii „Fig." 1. Z jednej strony podkreslaja one stylistyke poszczególnych mebli oraz calego zestawu. Ponadto, dzieki takiemu rozwiazaniu znacznie ograniczone jest ryzyko mechanicznego uszkodzenia elementów najbardziej narazonych a takze zwieksza sie ich zywotnosc w codziennej eksploatacji.Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowe, przestrzenne uksztaltowanie poszczególnych elementów zestawu. Przejawiajace sie w ich ksztalcie. Ukladzie, linii, kolorystyce, zmierzajace do osiagniecia celów estetycznych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym - rysunku oraz fotografii zalaczonych do wniosku, przedstawiajacy zestaw mebli systemowych BodzioSystem. Cechami charakterystycznymi prezentowanego wzoru przemyslowego nadajacymi mu specyficzne i oryginalne walory sa zawarte w jego stylistyce, która nawiazuje do wzoru mebli nowoczesnych i bardzo funkcjonalnych. Niezwykle istotnym aspektem jest takze kolorystyka zestawu, której oryginalnosc przejawia sie w zastosowaniu koloru dla elementów frontowych w barwie Limba (barwie jasnej) oraz boczne plaszczyzny a takze otwarte elementy zestawu w kolorze orzechu (barwie ciemnej). Kontrastowanie tych barw powoduje, ze linia calego zestawu mebli jest bardziej wyeksponowana. Jest to jedna z istotniejszych cech oryginalnosci prezentowanego wzoru przemyslowego. Kolejnym, wizualnym wyróznikiem zestawu mebli jest kolor oraz grubosc korony górnej mebli, który sprawia wrazenie jej masywnosci i ze wzgledu na barwe kontrastujaca z czescia frontowa powoduje podkreslenie bryly poszczególnych elementów zestawu. Funkcjonalnosc prezentowanego zestawu mebli systemowych przejawia sie w mozliwosci dowolnej mozliwosci konfiguracji elementów zestawu oraz zastosowania ich w niemal kazdej aranzacji wnetrza. Elementy zestawu moga uzupelniac takze game mebli mlodziezowych, pokojowych oraz innych w zaleznosci od indywidualnych potrzeb uzytkownika. Funkcjonalnosc i stylistyka mebli jest dodatkowo podnoszona przez zastosowanie ergonomicznych uchwytów oraz innych akcesoriów dodatkowych, jak np. aluminiowe stopki z mozliwoscia ich pionowej regulacji. Czynnikiem decydujacym o oryginalnosci zestawu kuchennego sa takze zastosowane listwy aluminiowe zamocowane na obwodzie zewnetrznymdrzwiczek, nadajac im niepowtarzalne wrazenie wizualne, zabezpieczajac ich krawedzie przed uszkodzeniem. Istotnym argumentem dla zastrzezenia wzoru przemyslowego jest takze jego ksztalt, kolor, rodzaj zastosowanych materialów do jego wykonania oraz wykonczenia. Twórca zestawu mebli systemowych o nazwie BodzioSystem zwraca takze uwage na ksztalt poszczególnych elementów jako elementów pojedynczych oraz zestawu mebli jako calosci w róznych konfiguracjach i zestawieniach, istotnych dla procedury zastrzezenia. Zamierzeniem autora zglaszanego wzoru przemyslowego bylo uzyskanie nowoczesnego, fiinkcjonalnego oraz estetycznego zestawu mebli systemowych.„Fig." 1„Fig." 2 PLSYSTEM FURNITURE SET The subject of the submitted industrial design is a set of system furniture marked as BodzioSystem. It belongs to the group of cabinet furniture. In the versions presented in the photo and drawing, it consists of five segments, which include elements conventionally designated as: two-door wardrobe 90 (fig. "Fig." 2A), TV cabinet top 140 (fig. "Fig." 2B), TV cabinet 140 (fig. "Fig." 2C), display cabinet 90 (fig. "Fig." 2D), and right half-wardrobe 45 (fig. "Fig." 2E). The rear part of the described set in the case of the wardrobe, half-wardrobe, and display cabinet is constituted by closed surfaces in the shape of vertically arranged rectangles, and in the case of the TV cabinet, it is a horizontally arranged rectangle. The rear wall extension above the TV cabinet is an irregularly shaped element, meaning it is partially built-in. The rear wall is a plane resembling an inverted letter L. All rear walls are built-in with fiberboard. All elements of the set are made of 16 mm thick laminated particleboard, while the top panels and countertops are made of 22 mm thick board. The front surface of the furniture is finished in Limba, while the side surfaces, open shelves, and countertop are walnut. The fronts of the drawers and doors are flat (straight), without decorative elements such as frame moldings. A characteristic feature of the presented furniture set is its color scheme, or more precisely, the presence of two strongly contrasting colors on the front and side panels, including the shelves and the TV cabinet countertop (Fig. 2C). These features not only contribute to the originality of the entire BODZIO SYSTEM set, but also determine its visual and aesthetic qualities. Each individual element of the system is equipped, depending on the type, with a vertically or horizontally mounted aluminum handle and square feet. The 90-door two-door wardrobe (Fig. 2A) is a typical two-door wardrobe with an internal clothes rail. The 140 TV cabinet extension (Fig. 2B) is equipped on its right side with four open shelves of identical dimensions, finished in a walnut color, contrasting with the rest of the furniture set's front. The upper surface of the extension is topped with a 22mm thick rim, from which a vertical display case is suspended, the doors of which open upwards, as shown in photograph "Fig." 1. The depth of the extension is slightly smaller than the other elements and accounts for approximately 2/3 of their value. The 140 TV cabinet (Fig. 2C) provides a base for mounting the extension, and more specifically, it constitutes the shelf segment of the extension. Its shape is similar to a horizontal rectangle. The central section of the cabinet contains two horizontal shelves of identical dimensions. Furthermore, the cabinet has two pull-out drawers and a proportional section with a door. This section contains a shelf located halfway up the cabinet. From the top, the cabinet is closed with a 22 mm thick countertop, which provides a base and space for placing TV equipment. Due to its functionality and color, this element clearly highlights the functional and aesthetic features of the entire set. The 90-degree display cabinet (Fig. 2D) is equipped with two vertical glass doors. Inside the cabinet, there are three symmetrically arranged shelves, as shown in the attached photo. The lower part of the element contains three drawers, which constitute approximately 1/3 of its height. The glass used in the display cabinet doors has a slightly smoked structure, allowing light to pass through. The final element of the set is the 45-degree right half-wardrobe (Fig. 2E). In its style and shape, it refers to a two-door wardrobe, constituting half its width. Depending on the system layout, it can open to the right or left. Inside the half-wardrobe, there is a clothes rail. A characteristic feature of the entire BodzioSystem furniture system is the use of aluminum strips on the outer edges of cabinet doors and display cabinets, as shown in photograph "Fig." 1. On the one hand, they emphasize the style of the individual pieces of furniture and the entire set. Furthermore, this solution significantly reduces the risk of mechanical damage to the most vulnerable elements and increases their durability in everyday use. Essential features of the industrial design: The essence of the industrial design is the new, spatial shaping of the individual elements of the set, manifested in their shape, arrangement, lines, and colors, aimed at achieving aesthetic goals. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached illustrative material - a drawing and photographs attached to the application, showing a set of BodzioSystem furniture systems. The characteristic features of the presented industrial design, giving it a unique and original quality, are contained in its style, which evokes the design of modern and highly functional furniture. The color scheme of the set is also crucial, its originality manifesting itself in the use of Limba (a light color) for the front elements and walnut (a dark color) for the side panels and open elements of the set. The contrasting colors enhance the overall line of the furniture set. This is one of the most significant features of the presented industrial design's originality. Another visual distinguishing feature of the furniture set is the color and thickness of the top crown, which creates an impression of solidity and, due to the contrasting color with the front, highlights the shape of the individual elements. The functionality of the presented modular furniture set is evident in the possibility of freely configuring the set elements and incorporating them into almost any interior design. The set's elements can also complement a range of furniture for youth rooms, living rooms, and other spaces, depending on the user's individual needs. The functionality and style of the furniture are further enhanced by the use of ergonomic handles and other accessories, such as vertically adjustable aluminum feet. The aluminum strips mounted around the outer perimeter of the doors also contribute to the kitchen set's originality, giving it a unique visual appeal and protecting its edges from damage. The shape, color, and materials used in its construction and finish are also important arguments for registering an industrial design. The creator of the BodzioSystem furniture set also pays attention to the shape of individual elements as individual components and the furniture set as a whole in various configurations and combinations, which are crucial for the registration process.
