ZESTAW MEBLI SYSTEMOWYCH „SENATOR" Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw mebli systemowych znajdujacy zastosowanie jako wyposazenie pokoju dziennego i jadalni. Zestaw mebli sklada sie z. szerokiej, waskiej i niskiej witryny, szafy, regalu szerokiego, komody szerokiej, barku, szafki wiszacej, szafki RTV i panelu wiszacego. SET OF SYSTEM FURNITURE "SENATOR" The subject of the industrial design is a set of system furniture that can be used as an equipment for a living room and a dining room. The furniture set consists of a wide, narrow and low display cabinet, a wardrobe, a wide bookcase, a wide chest of drawers, a bar, a hanging cabinet, and a TV cabinet and hanging panel.

Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie oraz elementach zdobienia, które nadaja meblowi swoisty indywidualny charakter zmierzajacy do podniesienia cech estetycznych przez co mebel uzyskuje korzystne cechy zdobnicze i uzytkowe. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the object manifested in the shape and elements of decoration, which give the furniture a specific individual character, aiming at increasing the aesthetic features, thanks to which the furniture acquires favorable decorative and functional features.

Zestaw mebli systemowych wedlug wzoru przemyslowego przeznaczony jest do wielokrotnego odtwarzania w produkcji przemyslowej. A set of system furniture according to the industrial design is intended for multiple reproduction in industrial production.

Cechy Istotne wzoru przemyslowego Zestaw mebli systemowych charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma oryginalna barwe w kolorze ciemny dab oraz ozdobne ramiaki okleinowane folia finish w kolorze aluminium. Caly zestaw mebli wyposazony jest w pretowe uchwyty wykonane z tworzyw w kolorze aluminium. Meble posadowione sa na okraglych stopkach wykonanych z tworzywa w kolorze czarnym. W zestawie uzyto elementów dekoracyjnych w postaci klipsowego oswietlenia diodowego. Witryna szeroka pokazana na fig. 1 podzielona jest na trzy czesci i ma barwe w kolorze ciemny dab. Dwie boczne czesci maja pelne drzwi, za którymi umieszczone sa pólki. Srodkowa czesc stanowia przeszklone drzwi wykonane z hartowanego szkla, które wpuszczone sa w ozdobny ramiak w kolorze aluminium. Witryna ma pretowe poziome uchwyty umieszczone centralnie na kazdej czesci i wykonane z tworzywa w kolorze aluminium, a na szklanych pólkach z tylu zamocowane jestklipsowe oswietlenie diodowe. Mebel posadowiony jest na okraglych stopkach wykonanych z tworzywa w kolorze czarnym. The wide display case shown in Fig. 1 is divided into three parts and is colored dark oak. Szafa przedstawiona na fig. 2, ma dwoje pelnych drzwi w kolorze ciemnego debu, a centralnie zamocowane sa dwa pretowe poziome uchwyty wykonane z tworzywa w kolorze aluminium. Mebel posadowiony jest na okraglych stopkach wykonanych z tworzywa w kolorze czarnym. The wardrobe shown in Fig. 2 has two full doors in dark oak color, and centrally mounted two horizontal rod handles made of aluminum-colored plastic. Regal szeroki uwidoczniony na fig. 3, sklada sie z dwóch jednakowych otwartych czesci z pólkami oddzielonych od siebie scianka dzialowa. Regal jest w kolorze ciemnego debu. W srodkowej czesci regalu znajduja sie dwie szufladki wyposazone w pretowe poziome uchwyty umieszczone centralnie na kazdej szufladce i wykonane z tworzywa w kolorze aluminium. Mebel posadowiony jest na okraglych stopkach wykonanych z tworzywa w kolorze czarnym. The wide bookcase shown in Fig. 3, consists of two equal open parts with shelves separated by a partition wall. The regal is dark oak. In the central part of the shelf there are two drawers equipped with horizontal horizontal handles placed centrally on each drawer and made of aluminum-colored plastic. Mebel posadowiony jest na okraglych stopkach wykonanych z tworzywa w kolorze czarnym. The wide chest of drawers shown in Fig. 4, consists of three parts in the color of dark oak. Two side sections have full doors, while the middle section has four vertically positioned drawers. Pretzel horizontal handles made of aluminum-colored plastic are placed centrally on the drawers and at the top on the full door. The furniture is placed on round feet made of black plastic.

Witryna waska przedstawiona na fig. 5, w kolorze ciemnego debu podzielona jest na dwie czesci, przy czym jedna z czesci zamykana jest pelnymi drzwiami, a druga stanowi przeszklone drzwi wykonane z hartowanego szkla wpuszczone w ozdobny ramiak okleinowany folia finish w kolorze aluminium. Za nimi na szklanych pólkach z tylu zamocowane jest klipsowe oswietlenie diodowe. Pretowe poziome uchwyty wykonane z tworzywa w kolorze aluminium umieszczone sa centralnie na kazdych drzwiach witryny. Mebel posadowiony jest na okraglych stopkach wykonanych z tworzywa w kolorze czarnym.Witryna niska uwidoczniona na fig. 6, w kolorze ciemnego debu ma na dole pojedyncze pelne drzwi, a górna czesc witryny stanowia przeszklone drzwiczki wykonane z hartowanego szkla, wpuszczone w ozdobny ramiak okleinowany folia finish w kolorze aluminium. Za nimi na szklanych pólkach z tylu zamocowane jest klipsowe oswietlenie diodowe. Barek pokazany na fig. 7, w kolorze ciemnego debu sklada sie od dolu z trzech wertykalnie umieszczonych szuflad. Nad nimi znajduje sie barek zamykany uchylna klapa. Pretowe poziome uchwyty wykonane z tworzywa w kolorze aluminium umieszczone sa centralnie u góry na szufladach i barku. Mebel posadowiony jest na okraglych stopkach wykonanych z tworzywa w kolorze czarnym. Barek jest elementem nastawianym na czesci zestawu mebli. The dark oak bar shown in Fig. 7 consists of three vertically placed drawers at the bottom. Above them there is a bar which is closed with a hinged flap. Pretzel horizontal handles made of aluminum-colored plastic are placed centrally at the top of the drawers and the bar. The furniture is placed on round feet made of black plastic. The bar is an element set on parts of the furniture set.

Szafka wiszaca przedstawiona na fig. 8, w kolorze ciemnego debu sklada sie z dwóch czesci, jedna zamykana jest pelnymi drzwiczkami, a druga czesc to przeszklone drzwiczki wykonane z hartowanego szkla wpuszczone w ozdobny ramiak okleinowany folia finish w kolorze aluminium. Pretowe poziome uchwyty wykonane z tworzywa w kolorze aluminium umieszczone sa centralnie na dole drzwiczek. The hanging cabinet shown in Fig. 8, in a dark oak color, consists of two parts, one is closed with a full door, and the other part is a glass door made of tempered glass, embedded in a decorative stile, veneered with aluminum finish foil. Pretzel horizontal handles made of aluminum-colored plastic are placed centrally at the bottom of the door.

Szafka RTV uwidoczniona na fig. 9, w kolorze ciemnego debu sklada sie z trzech jednakowych czesci zestawionych horyzontalnie tworzacych szufladki, przy czym srodkowa czesc na górnym poziomie posiada wolna przestrzen. Pretowe poziome uchwyty wykonane z tworzywa w kolorze aluminium umieszczone sa centralnie u góry kazdej szufladki. Mebel stoi na okraglych stopkach wykonanych z tworzywa w kolorze czarnym.Panel wiszacy pokazany na fig. 10, wykonany w kolorze ciemnego debu sklada sie z dwudzielnej sciany tylnej, przy czym w górnej czesci w dwóch rzedach umieszczone sa po trzy przegrody na plyty CD/DVD/ ksiazki.
