Naleza one do grupy mebli skrzyniowych i stanowia uzupelnienie zestawu mebli systemowych okreslonych jako BodzioSystem. W zaprezentowanym na zdjeciu oraz rysunku wersji sklada sie on z pieciu elementów w sklad których wchodza elementy umownie oznaczone jako : pól witryna prawa 45 (rys. „Fig." 2A), regal pólkowy 90 (rys. „Fig." 2B), witryna prawa z szufladami 45 (rys. „Fig." 2C), regal pólkowy z frontem 90 (rys. „Fig." 2D) oraz komoda 90 (iys. „Fig." 2E). Tylna czesc wszystkich elementów ma charakter zamknietej (pelnej) plaszczyzny w swym ksztaltach zblizonych pionowo ulozonych prostokatów o róznej szerokosci i wysokosci w zaleznosci od konkretnego elementu. Sciany tylne wszystkich elementów sa zabudowane plyta pilsniowa. Kazdy z prezentowanych na fotografii mebli zostal wykonany z plyty wiórowej laminowanej o grubosci 16 mm, natomiast wience górne oraz dolne maja grubosc 22 mm co powoduje, ze sa one nieco bardzie wyeksponowane. Wszystkie te elementy zostaly wykonane w kolorze orzech. Zarówno plaszczyzny frontowe jak i boczne maja jednolita strukture i barwe. Czesci frontowe szuflad oraz drzwiczek sa plaskie (proste), bez elementów zdobniczych, takich jak np. listwy ramiakowe. Cecha charakterystyczna prezentowanych elementów podobnie jak w przypadku zestawu podstawowego BodzioSystem jest zastosowanie na zewnetrznych krawedziach czesci frontowych drzwiczek oraz szuflad listew aluminiowych (za wyjatkiem regalu pólkowego), które podkreslaja linie mebli oraz podnosza ich walory estetyczne oraz uzytkowe oraz stanowia wyrazne nawiazanie do zastosowanych akcesoriów tj. aluminiowych uchwytów oraz stopek.Witryna prawa 45 (rys. „Fig." 2A) zostala wyposazona w drzwiczki górne przeszklone, które zostaly wyposazone w listwy aluminiowe zarówno na zewnetrznych jak i ich wewnetrznych krawedziach. Wewnatrz przeszklonej czesci witryny znajduja sie dwie symetrycznie rozmieszczone pólki, co mozna zauwazyc na fotografii. Czesc dolna witryny jest otwierana za pomoca drzwiczek pelnych, które takze zostaly wyposazone w aluminiowa listwe zewnetrzna. Czesc ta stanowi okolo 1/3 wysokosci calej witryny. Witryna ta zostala takze wyposazona w dwa pionowo zamontowane uchwyty aluminiowe. Regal pólkowy 90 (rys. „Fig." 2B) jest klasycznym regalem na ksiazki, wyposazonym w cztery poziome pólki tworzac piec przegród z których dolna ma wysokosc dwukrotnie wieksza od pozostalych. Jest to jedyny mebel z prezentowanych, który nie posiada ozdobnych listew aluminiowych. Witryna prawa 45 z szufladami (rys. „Fig." 2C) zostala wyposazona w drzwiczki przeszklone z listwami aluminiowymi zarówno w zewnetrznej jak i wewnetrznej ich krawedzi. Wewnatrz przeszklonej czesci witryny znajduja sie dwie symetrycznie umieszczone pólki, co zostalo uwidocznione na zalaczonej fotografii. W czesci dolnej witryny znajduja sie szuflady o identycznych gabarytach, wyposazone takze w aluminiowe listwy oraz w pionowo zamontowany uchwyt aluminiowy na drzwiczkach oraz dwa poziome uchwyty na szufladach. Kolejnym meblem z prezentowanej serii jest regal pólkowy z frontem 90 (rys. „Fig." 2D). Jego funkcjonalnosc oraz oryginalnosc przejawia sie w tym, iz w polowie szerokosci mebla znajduje sie czesc zamknieta frontami, a scislej drzwiczkami lewymi oraz dwoma szufladami, natomiast druga czesc stanowi regal z trzema pólkami. Plaszczyzny frontowe drzwiczek jak i szuflad zostaly wyposazone w ozdobne listwy aluminiowe, co stanowi bardzo ciekawe polaczenie z klasyczna nie ozdobiona czescia regalowa. Ostatnich z prezentowanych mebli jest komoda 90 (rys. „Fig. 2E). Jest to typowa komoda cztero szufladowa, wykonczona w swej górnej i dolnej czesci wiencami o grubosci 22 mm. Zewnetrzne frontowe krawedzie zostaly wyposazone w ozdobne listwy aluminiowe oraz w cztery poziomo zamontowane uchwyty. Charakterystyczne dla przestawionych elementów mebli systemowych BodzioSystem jest wyposazenie zewnetrznych krawedzi drzwiczek szafek oraz witryn w aluminiowe listwy, co zostalo uwidocznione na fotografii „Fig." 1. Podkreslaja one stylistyke poszczególnych mebli bedacych uzupelnieniem zestawu mebli systemowych BodzioSystem. Ponadto, dzieki takiemu rozwiazaniu znacznie ograniczone jest ryzyko mechanicznego uszkodzenia elementów najbardziej narazonych na nie a takze zwieksza sie ich zywotnosc w codziennej eksploatacji.Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego : Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowe, przestrzenne uksztaltowanie poszczególnych elementów zestawu. Przejawiajace sie w ich ksztalcie, ukladzie, linii, kolorystyce, zmierzajace do osiagniecia celów estetycznych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym - rysunku oraz fotografii zalaczonych do wniosku, przedstawiajacy elementy dodatkowe zestawu mebli systemowych BodzioSystem. Cechami charakterystycznymi prezentowanego wzoru przemyslowego nadajacymi mu specyficzne i oryginalne walory sa zawarte w jego stylistyce, która nawiazuje do wzoru mebli nowoczesnych i bardzo funkcjonalnych. Istotnym aspektem prezentowanego wzoru przemyslowego jest takze jego kolorystyka (kolor orzech), która bardzo korzystnie koresponduje z zastosowanymi elementami zdobniczymi (listwami aluminiowymi) oraz akcesoriami. Jest to jedna z istotniejszych cech oryginalnosci prezentowanego wzoru przemyslowego. Kolejnym, wizualnym wyróznikiem zestawu mebli jest grubosc korony górnej mebli, która podkresla bryle mebla oraz sprawia swoiste wrazenie jego masywnosci. Funkcjonalnosc prezentowanych elementów systemowych przejawia sie w mozliwosci dowolnej konfiguracji elementów zestawu oraz zastosowania ich w niemal kazdej aranzacji wnetrza. Elementy zestawu moga uzupelniac takze game mebli mlodziezowych, pokojowych oraz innych w zaleznosci od indywidualnych potrzeb uzytkownika. Funkcjonalnosc i stylistyka mebli jest dodatkowo podnoszona przez zastosowanie ergonomicznych uchwytów oraz innych akcesoriów dodatkowych, jak np. aluminiowe stopki z mozliwoscia ich pionowej regulacji. Czynnikiem decydujacym o oryginalnosci zestawu kuchennego sa takze zastosowane listwy aluminiowe zamocowane na obwodzie zewnetrznym drzwiczek, nadajac im niepowtarzalne wrazenie wizualne, zabezpieczajac ich krawedzie przed uszkodzeniem. Istotnym argumentem dla zastrzezenia wzoru przemyslowego jest takze jego ksztalt, kolor, rodzaj zastosowanych materialów do jego wykonania oraz wykonczenia. Twórca zestawu mebli systemowych o nazwie dodatkowe elementy mebli systemowych BodzioSystem zwraca takze uwage na ksztalt poszczególnych elementów jako elementów pojedynczych oraz jako game uzupelniajaca mebli do zestawu podstawowego mebli systemowychBodzioSystem. Zamierzeniem autora zglaszanego wzoru przemyslowego bylo uzyskanie nowoczesnego, funkcjonalnego o oryginalnej stylistyce.„Fig." 1„Fig." 2 PL PLADDITIONAL ELEMENTS OF A SYSTEM FURNITURE SET The subject of the submitted industrial design are additional elements of a system furniture set. They belong to the group of cabinet furniture and complement the system furniture set referred to as BodzioSystem. In the version presented in the photo and drawing, it consists of five elements, which include elements conventionally designated as: a right half display cabinet 45 (fig. "Fig." 2A), a shelf unit 90 (fig. "Fig." 2B), a right display cabinet with drawers 45 (fig. "Fig." 2C), a shelf unit with a front 90 (fig. "Fig." 2D), and a chest of drawers 90 (fig. "Fig." 2E). The back part of all the elements has the character of a closed (solid) plane in its shape resembling vertically arranged rectangles of varying width and height depending on the specific element. The back walls of all elements are covered with fiberboard. Each of the furniture pieces shown in the photo is made of 16 mm thick laminated particleboard, while the top and bottom panels are 22 mm thick, making them more visible. All these elements are finished in a walnut finish. Both the front and side surfaces have a uniform texture and color. The fronts of the drawers and doors are flat (straight), without decorative elements such as slats. A characteristic feature of the presented elements, similar to the basic BodzioSystem set, is the use of aluminum strips on the outer edges of the front doors and drawers (with the exception of the shelf unit), which emphasize the furniture lines and enhance their aesthetic and functional values, and constitute a clear reference to the accessories used, i.e. aluminum handles and feet. The right display case 45 (fig. "Fig." 2A) is equipped with a glazed upper door, which is equipped with aluminum strips on both the outer and inner edges. Inside the glass part of the display case, there are two symmetrically placed shelves, as can be seen in the photo. The lower part of the display case is opened using a solid door, which is also equipped with an outer aluminum strip. This part constitutes approximately 1/3 of the height of the entire display case. This display case is also equipped with two vertically mounted aluminum handles. The 90-shelf unit (Fig. 2B) is a classic bookcase, equipped with four horizontal shelves creating five compartments, the lower one of which is twice as high as the others. It is the only piece of furniture presented that does not have decorative aluminum strips. The right 45-sided display case with drawers (Fig. 2C) is equipped with glass doors with aluminum strips on both the outer and inner edges. Inside the glass part of the display case, there are two symmetrically placed shelves, as shown in the attached photo. The lower part of the display case contains drawers of identical dimensions, also equipped with aluminum strips, a vertically mounted aluminum handle on the door, and two horizontal handles on the drawers. Another piece of furniture from the presented series is a shelf unit with a 90° front (Fig. 2D). Its functionality and originality are demonstrated by the fact that halfway across the width of the unit there is a part closed with fronts, or more precisely, with a left door and two drawers, while the other part is a shelf unit with three shelves. The front surfaces of both the doors and drawers are equipped with decorative aluminum strips, which creates a very interesting combination with the classic, undecorated shelf unit. The last of the presented pieces of furniture is the 90 chest of drawers (Fig. 2E). It is a typical four-drawer chest of drawers, finished in 22 mm thick panels at the top and bottom. The outer front edges are equipped with decorative aluminum strips and four horizontally mounted handles. A characteristic feature of the presented BodzioSystem furniture elements is the aluminum strips on the outer edges of the cabinet doors and display cabinets, as shown in photograph "Fig." 1. They emphasize the style of the individual pieces of furniture that complement the BodzioSystem furniture set. Furthermore, this solution significantly reduces the risk of mechanical damage to the most vulnerable elements and increases their durability in everyday use. Essential features of the industrial design: The essence of the industrial design is the new, spatial shape of the individual elements of the set. Manifested in their shape, layout, lines, and colors, they aim to achieve aesthetic goals. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached illustrative material – a drawing and photograph attached to the application, depicting additional elements of the BodzioSystem furniture set. The characteristic features of the presented industrial design, giving it its specific and original qualities, are contained in its style, which refers to the design of modern and highly functional furniture. Another important aspect of the presented industrial design is its color scheme (walnut), which corresponds very favorably with the decorative elements (aluminum strips) and accessories. This is one of the most significant features of the presented industrial design's originality. Another visual distinguishing feature of the furniture set is the thickness of the top, which emphasizes the shape of the furniture and creates a distinct impression of its massiveness. The functionality of the presented system components is evident in the possibility of freely configuring the set elements and incorporating them into almost any interior design. The set elements can also complement a range of furniture for teenagers, living rooms, and other spaces, depending on the individual needs of the user. The functionality and style of the furniture are further enhanced by the use of ergonomic handles and other accessories, such as vertically adjustable aluminum feet. The aluminum strips mounted around the outer perimeter of the doors also contribute to the originality of the kitchen set, giving them a unique visual impression and protecting their edges from damage. The shape, color, and the materials used in its construction and finish are also important arguments for registering an industrial design. The creator of the set of system furniture called additional elements of BodzioSystem system furniture also pays attention to the shape of individual elements as individual elements and as a complementary furniture set to the basic set of BodzioSystem system furniture.
