Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw szaf, w sklad którego wchodzi szafa trzydrzwiowa, szafa dwudrzwiowa, bontierka, serwantka, biblioteka, biblioteka segmentowa, wytwarzane z drewna stara technologia, w której wszystkie elementy laczone sa ksztaltowo na czopy, gniazda i kolki, nadajac meblom indywidualny charakter i piekno. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest przestrzenne uksztaltowanie poszczególnych mebli wyrózniajace sie zarówno walorami zdobniczymi, jak i zaletami uzytkowymi oraz ergonomicznymi zwiazanymi z wygoda w korzystaniu z mebli wykonanych z naturalnego ekologicznego materialu, jakim jest drewno, bez udzialu w nim metali i tworzyw sztucznych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonych rysunkach i na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym. Zestaw szaf wykonanych z drewna z faktura powierzchni charakterystyczna dla obrobionego drewna, z widocznym na powierzchni ukladem sloi ma cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego w postaci budowy korony mebla przedstawionej poprzez opis zarysów zewnetrznych zestawionych skladowych jej elementów. Przyjmujac elementy te od góry, korone tworza: górna pozioma lukowa listwa przechodzaca do plaskiej listwowej powierzchni, laczacej sie dolna krawedzia z powierzchnia o zarysie wydluzonej litery „S", zakonczona u podstawy waska zamykajaca listwa. Czolowe naroza mebli maja na calej wysokosci mebli lukowa gladka powierzchnie zakonczona po obu stronach podwójnymi rowkowymi ofrezowaniami.Dolna czesc mebli stanowi pozioma trawersa z lukowymi zaobleniami na narozach, do której od strony dolnej zamocowane sa elementy podporowe mebli, powierzchniowe lub plytowe jak uwidoczniono na rysunkach fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3, fig. 4, fig. 5. fig. 6 i fig. 7 oraz w materiale ilustracyjnym na zdjeciach fig. 8, fig. 9, fig. 10, fig. 11, fig. 12 i fig. 13. PL PLThe industrial design is for a set of wardrobes, including a three-door wardrobe, a two-door wardrobe, a dressing table, a display cabinet, a bookcase, and a sectional bookcase. All elements are manufactured from wood using traditional techniques, where all elements are joined together with mortises, tenons, and dowels, giving the furniture its individual character and beauty. The essence of the industrial design is the spatial shaping of the individual pieces, distinguished by both decorative qualities and functional and ergonomic advantages related to the comfort of use of furniture made from a natural, ecological material, namely wood, without the use of metals or plastics. The subject of the industrial design is illustrated in the attached drawings and illustrative material. A set of cabinets made of wood with a surface texture characteristic of processed wood, with a visible grain pattern, possesses essential features of industrial design in the form of a furniture crown structure, presented by describing the external outlines of its components. Taking these elements from above, the crown is formed by: an upper horizontal arched strip, which flows into a flat, strip-like surface, connecting at the lower edge to a surface with the outline of an elongated "S," terminating at the base with a narrow, closing strip. The front corners of the furniture have a smooth, arched surface along the entire height of the furniture, finished with double grooved millings on both sides.
