Biurko gabinetowe Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest biurko gabinetowe. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi oryginalna forma mebla i jego indywidualnosc polegajaca na oryginalnosci projektu, ksztalcie calosci, sposobie polaczenia nóg z blatem oraz bardzo wysokiej jakosci wykonczenia. Biurko gabinetowe to jedno brylowy element w formie grubego, owalnego blatu (1) o wymiarach 175 na 80cm, podpartego na zintegrowanych i polaczonych z blatem nogach (2) o wysokosci 80cm. Korpus (3) blatu to wysoki na 17 cm owalny w obrysie blok o prostopadlej do powierzchni blatu sciance. Od strony wewnetrznej (fig. 12) korpus posiada w srodkowej, najwezszej czesci owalu, podciecie (4) w którym to, znajduje sie szuflada - piórnik (5).Po obu, zewnetrznych stronach wyciecia, znajduja sie schowane w korpusie szuflady (6). Przejscia miedzy róznymi wysokosciami wciecia w korpusie przechodza skosnie, plynnymi, zaokraglonymi na naroznikach liniami. Spód korpusu (8) (powierzchnia równolegla do blatu od spodu) jest zamkniety i obudowany tak, ze tworzy zamkniete pudlo którego dolny ksztalt okresla podciecie (8) wykonane w korpusie od strony wewnetrznej biurka. Tworzy w ten sposób obudowy bocznych szuflad i podniesienie w czesci srodkowej do spodu szuflady, piórnika (5) ale nie zmienia ksztaltu frontu (fig. 8) biurka który pozostaje jako dwie równolegle linie tworzone przez górna krawedz blatu i dolna krawedz korpusu. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego 1/ Konstrukcja i materialy Cala konstrukcja mebla wykonana jest z gietej i klejonej warstwowo sklejki. Korpus posiada wewnetrzny szkielet skladajacy sie z owalnego blatu, zeber, owalnej opaski zewnetrznej i spodniej obudowy tworzacych razem forme zamknietego pudelka. Nogi wykonane sa z wielu warstw klejonej sklejki. W korpus wcinane sa elementy stalowej inkrustacji (14). Blat biurka (la) jest tapicerowany skóra licowa. Cala krawedz skórzanego blatu jest otoczona listwa z charakterystyczna przerwa od wewnetrznej srodkowej strony (ld). Szuflady (6)wykonane sa jako korytka ze sklejki drewnianej osadzonej na mechanizmach z otwieraczem dociskowym .Szuflada-piórnik (5) jest wysuwana na prowadnicach drewnianych frezowanych w bokach szuflady. Noga przez caly przekrój od dolnej krawedzi blatu az dodolu ma przekrój owalny (15a) i szczególny i charakterystyczny jest ksztalt przejscia nogi w blat.Koncówki nóg od biurka posiadaja wzmocnienie w postaci owalnych, dopasowanych do przekroju nogi stopek (12). 2/Wykonczenie Calosc biurka jest lakierowana i polerowana na wysoki polysk. Wszelkie inkrustacje metalowe (13,14) sa mocowane w korpusie przed lakierowaniem .Daje to gladka, równa w polysku powierzchnie. Blat biurka (la) wykanczany jest miekka skóra licowa, matowa i naklejona na blat korpusu. Wnetrza i zewnetrza szuflad bocznych (10) wylozone sa aksamitnym materialem. Szuflada piórnik (5), posiada lakierowane tak jak reszta biurka przegródki (11), front, spód i boki a dno szuflady (17) wylozone jest aksamitnym materialem. W srodkowej przegródce piórnika znajduje sie wyhaftowany monogram projektanta „R. Majkut" (18). Stalowe stopki nózek (12) sa polerowane na wysoki polysk. The essence of the industrial design is the furniture's unique form and its individuality, which lies in its original design, overall shape, the way the legs connect to the top, and the very high quality of its finish. The industrial design is illustrated in the drawings attached to the application, which depict the executive desk in various views/figures. The body (3) of the tabletop is a 17 cm high oval block with a wall perpendicular to the tabletop surface. On the inside (fig. 12), the body has a recess (4) in the central, narrowest part of the oval, containing a drawer – a pencil case (5). On both outer sides of the recess, there are drawers (6) hidden within the body. The transitions between the different heights of the recesses in the body run diagonally, with smooth lines, rounded at the corners. The bottom of the body (8) (the surface parallel to the underside of the tabletop) is closed and enclosed to form a closed box, the bottom shape of which is defined by an undercut (8) made in the body on the inside of the desk. This creates housing for the side drawers and a raised central section to the bottom of the drawer and the pencil case (5), but does not change the shape of the desk front (fig. 8), which remains as two parallel lines formed by the top edge of the tabletop and the bottom edge of the body. Significant features of the industrial design: 1/ Construction and materials: The entire furniture structure is made of bent and layer-glued plywood. The body has an internal framework consisting of an oval top, ribs, an oval outer band, and a bottom casing, together forming a closed box. The legs are made of multiple layers of glued plywood. Steel inlay elements (14) are cut into the body. The desk top (la) is upholstered in full-grain leather. The entire edge of the leather top is surrounded by a strip with a distinctive break on the inner center side (ld). The drawers (6) are made of plywood trays mounted on mechanisms with a pressure opener. The pencil drawer (5) slides out on wooden guides milled into the drawer sides. The leg, from the bottom edge of the top to the bottom, has an oval cross-section (15a), and the shape of the transition from the leg to the top is unique and distinctive. The ends of the desk legs are reinforced with oval glides (12), matching the leg's cross-section. 2/Finish: The entire desk is varnished and polished to a high gloss. All metal inlays (13,14) are mounted in the body before varnishing. This creates a smooth, even, glossy surface. The desk top (la) is finished with soft, matte grain leather glued to the top. The insides and outsides of the side drawers (10) are lined with velvet material. The pencil case drawer (5) has varnished compartments (11), front, bottom, and sides, like the rest of the desk, and the bottom of the drawer (17) is lined with velvet material. The central compartment of the pencil case features the designer's embroidered monogram "R. Majkut" (18). The steel legs (12) are polished to a high gloss. The entire piece is finished in the same color. 3/Decoration The decoration of the desk is its inlay (14) on the sides of the body and the monogram (13) on the front of the body.
