Description

Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw meblowy, skladajacy sie z sza- fy, witryny z pólkami, nadstawek i szafek oraz komody. The subject of the industrial design is a furniture set, consisting of a wardrobe, a display case with shelves, extensions, cabinets and a chest of drawers.

Zestaw meblowy wedlug wzoru odznacza sie oryginalna budowa, charaktery- zujaca sie tym, ze czesci poszczególnych elementów zakonczone sa obramowaniem z listew wyposazonych z jednej strony we wzdluzne podciecie, na którego dlugosci wykonany jest wklesly lub wypukly wzorek, jak pokazano na rysunku, fig.5 i fig 6. According to the pattern, the furniture set is characterized by an original structure, characterized by the fact that the parts of individual elements are finished with a slatted frame with a longitudinal undercut on one side, the length of which is made with a concave or convex pattern, as shown in the figure, fig. 5 and Fig 6.

Elementy zestawu maja ksztalt prostopadloscianów zwienczonych plyta w ksztalcie odwróconego, scietego ostroslupa, przy czym zewnetrzne krawedzie plyty maja wzdluznie usytuowane rowki. Odmiany wzoru przemyslowego: 1. Zestaw meblowy skladajacy sie z dwudrzwiowej szafy i nadstawki z pólkami, zamknietej przeszklonymi drzwiami, usytuowanej na szafce z szufladami, przy czym pomiedzy szafa a nadstawka umieszczona jest szafka wiszaca usytuowana nad pólka, pod która umieszczona jest szafka z szufladami, a obok witryny znajduje sie komoda, jak pokazano na rysunku, fig. 1 i fig. 3. 2. Zestaw meblowy skladajacy sie z dwudrzwiowej szafy i witryny z pól- kami, zamknietej dwoma przeszklonymi drzwiczkami, oraz z polaczo- nym z nia regalem z pólkami czesciowo zakrytymi pionowymi i po- ziomymi drzwiczkami, jak pokazano na rysunku, fig. 2 i fig. 4.Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Zestaw meblowy, wedlug wzoru charakteryzuje sie tym, ze czesci poszczegól- nych elementów zakonczone sa obramowaniem z listew ozdobnych wyposazonych z jednej strony we wzdluzne podciecie, na którego dlugosci wykonany jest wklesly lub wypukly wzorek. Elementy zestawu maja ksztalt prostopadloscianów zwienczonych plyta w ksztalcie odwróconego, scietego ostroslupa, przy czym zewnetrzne krawe- dzie plyty maja wzdluznie usytuowane rowki. W pierwszej odmianie zestaw meblowy sklada sie z dwudrzwiowej szafy i nadstawki z pólkami, zamknietej przeszklonymi drzwiami, usytuowanej na szafce z szufladami, przy czym pomiedzy szafa a nadstawka umieszczona jest, zakonczona od góry plaska plyta, szafka wiszaca, usytuowana nad pólka, pod która umieszczona jest szafka z szufladami. Obok witryny znajduje sie komoda, wyposazona w górnej czesci w szuflade, której front zakonczon y jest od dolu listwa ozdobna, natomiast w dolnej czesci umieszczone sa podwójne drzwiczki. W drugiej odmianie zestaw meblowy sklada sie dwudrzwiowej szafy oraz nieco nizszej witryny z pólkami i drzwiczkami, przykrytej od góry plyta w ksztalcie odwróconego, scietego ostroslupa. Witryna zlozona jest z nadstawki zamknietej w polowie dwoma przeszklonymi drzwiczkami z ornamentem w ksztalcie ostroslupa umieszczonego w kwadratowej ramce oraz z polaczonym z nia regalem z pólkami czesciowo zakrytymi pionowymi i poziomymi drzwiczkami, wykonczonymi listwa- mi ozdobnymi.
