Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest segment meblowy, skladajacy sie sza- fy, nadstawki oszklonej, pólki, komody oraz szafki. Segment meblowy wedlug wzoru odznacza sie oryginalna budowa, charaktery- zujaca sie tym, ze czesci poszczególnych elementów zakonczone sa obramowaniem z listew z pólokraglymi krawedziami. Elementy zestawu maja ksztalt prostopadlo- scianów zwienczonych plaska plyta, przy czym fronty drzwiczek i szuflad wyposa- zone sa w poziome lub pionowe uchwyty o ksztalcie waskich, wygietych w pól- okrag, prostokatnych listew, zawierajacych plaskie odcinki mocujace. Odmiany wzoru przemyslowego: 1. Segment meblowy skladajacy sie z dwudrzwiowej szafy i nadstawki z pólkami i dodatkowa plyta górna, zamknietej szklanymi, lekko wypu- klymi drzwiami, usytuowanej na szafce z szufladami, przy czym po- miedzy szafa a nadstawka umieszczona jest pólka, a obok witryny znajduje sie komoda, jak pokazano na fotografii, fig. 1. 2. Segment meblowy skladajacy sie z dwudrzwiowej szafy i nadstawki z pólkami, zamknietej dwoma szklanymi drzwiczkami z obramowaniem, usytuowanej na szafce z szufladami, przy czym pomiedzy szafa a nad- stawka umieszczona jest pólka, a obok witryny znajduje sie komoda, jak pokazano na fotografii, fig. 2 .Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Segment meblowy, wedlug wzoru charakteryzuje sie tym, ze czesci poszcze- gólnych elementów zakonczone sa obramowaniem z listew z pólokraglymi krawe- dziami. Nadstawka zamknieta szklanymi lekko wypu- klymi drzwiami, usytuowana jest na szafce z dwiema szufladami z jednej strony wneki oraz drzwiczkami z drugiej strony, przy czym pomiedzy szafa a nadstawka umieszczona jest pólka z lukowato zakonczonymi pionowymi sciankami, zakonczo- na pólkoliscie zakonczona scianka tylna. Obok witryny znajduje sie komoda, wypo- sazona w górnej czesci w szuflade natomiast w dolnej czesci umieszczone sa po- dwójne drzwiczki. W drugiej odmianie segment meblowy sklada sie z dwudrzwiowej szafy i nad- stawki z pólkami. Nadstawka zamknieta jest podwójnymi szklanymi drzwiami, za- wierajacymi szerokie obramowanie w postaci prostokatnych listew bocznych i gór- nej listwy w ksztalcie wycinka kola. Nadstawka usytuowana jest na szafce z dwiema szufladami z jednej strony wneki oraz drzwiczkami z drugiej strony, przy czym po- miedzy szafa a nadstawka umieszczona jest pólka wiszaca z lukowato zakonczonymi pionowymi sciankami. The elements of the set have the shape of rectangular walls topped with a flat panel, while the door and drawer fronts are equipped with horizontal or vertical handles in the shape of narrow, semi-circular, rectangular slats, including flat fixing sections. Variations of an industrial design: 1. A furniture segment consisting of a two-door wardrobe and an extension with shelves and an additional top plate, closed with a glass, slightly domed door, located on a cabinet with drawers, with a shelf placed between the wardrobe and the extension, and next to the site there is a chest of drawers, as shown in the photo, fig. 1. 2. Furniture segment consisting of a two-door wardrobe and an extension with shelves, closed with two glass doors with a frame, located on a cabinet with drawers, with a wardrobe and a top box between There is a shelf and a chest of drawers next to the shop window, as shown in the photo, Fig. 2. Important features of an industrial design The furniture segment, according to the pattern, is characterized by the fact that the parts of the individual elements are finished with a slatted frame with semi-circular edges. The elements of the set have the shape of cuboids topped with a flat panel, the fronts of the doors and drawers are equipped with horizontal or vertical handles in the shape of narrow, semi-circular, rectangular slats, containing flat fastening sections. In the first version, the furniture segment consists of a two-door wardrobe and an extension with shelves, including an additional top plate, connected with a ball joint with the upper wall of the extension. The extension is closed with a slightly convex glass door, is situated on a cabinet with two drawers on one side of the recess and a door on the other side, while between the wardrobe and the extension there is a shelf with arched vertical walls and a semi-circular end rear wall. Next to the shop window there is a chest of drawers with a drawer in the upper part, and a double door in the lower part. In the second version, the furniture segment consists of a two-door wardrobe and a shelf with shelves. The top is closed with a double glass door, containing a wide frame in the form of rectangular side slats and an upper slat in the shape of a circle segment. The extension is situated on a cabinet with two drawers on one side of the recess and a door on the other side, while a hanging shelf with arched vertical walls is placed between the wardrobe and the extension.
