Znane sa rozmaite zestawy mebli skrzyniowych, w sklad których wchodza np. szafy dwudrzwiowe, szafy jednodrzwiowe, szafy wnekowe, szafy - witryny, szafy - barki, szafy z szufladami posiadajace najczesciej ksztalt prostopadloscianu. Z opisu zgloszenia wzoru uzytkowego nr 98791 znany jest zestaw segmentów meblowych, którego srodkowy segment zakonczony jest w górnej czesci daszkiem, przy czym dwie plaszczyzny daszku tworza kat rozwarty. Przednia sciane srodkowego segmentu znanego zestawu stanowia przeszklone drzwiczki zamocowane na zawiasach umocowanych do listew rozszerzajacych sie „ku dolowi". Przylegajace do srodkowego segmentu: szafka z barkiem i szafka trzydrzwiowa znanego zestawu stanowia 4 / 5 wysokosci srodkowego segmentu. Natomiast wysokosc skrajnych szaf znanego zestawu odpowiada wysokosci dolnych zakonczen obu plaszczyzn daszku srodkowego segmentu. Dolna czesc wszystkich szafek znanego zestawu stanowia szafki z szufladami. Ponadto, z opisu wzoru zdobniczego nr Rz 14720 znany jest zestaw mebli skladajacy sie z trzech dwupoziomowych oraz dwóch skrajnych szaf. Segment srodkowy znanego zestawu stanowi szafka dolnaz trzema szufladami usytuowanymi jedna nad druga oraz nadstawka majaca postac przeszklonej witryny. Plaszczyzna czolowa i czolowo - boczna witryny tworza wykusz, któiy, w widoku z góry, ma ksztalt odwróconego trapezu. Górne zwienczenie witryny znanego zestawu ma, równiez w widoku od przodu, ksztalt trapezu, którego górna, mniejsza podstawa usytuowana jest powyzej poziomej linii stanowiacej górne zwienczenie pozostalych mebli wchodzacych w sklad znanego zestawu. Przedmiot wzoru zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia zestaw - w widoku ogólnym, fig.2 - zestaw - w widoku od przodu i fig.3 - zestaw - w widoku z góry. Zestaw mebli skrzyniowych wedlug wzoru zawiera szafe - witryne stanowiaca centralny, najwyzszy mebel zestawu i usytuowane po jej obu stronach: szafe - barek z dwiema prostopadlosciennymi skrzyniowymi wnekami usytuowanymi bezposrednio nad i pod barkiem oraz szafe z szuflada z trzema prostopadlosciennymi wnekami, przy czym dwie z nich usytuowane sa bezposrednio pod szuflada, a jedna z nich - nad szuflada usytuowana w srodkowej czesci tej szafy. Górne czesci zarówno szafy - barku, jak i szafy z szuflada stanowia szafki dwudrzwiowe. Ponadto, szafa - witryna posiada zwienczone, w górnej czescia trapezowym wybrzuszeniem przeszklone drzwi przestajace tym wybrzuszeniem poza górny zarys mebli zestawu, przy czym szklane plyty drzwi, stanowiace wzajemnie swoje lustrzane odbicie maja ksztalt zblizony do ksztaltu rombu usytuowanego pionowo, którego naroza: górne i dolne znajdujace sie przy kacie ostrym sa zakonczone owalem, i, przy czym, górne naroza szklanych plyt, drzwi sa wzajemnie do siebie zbiezne, natomiast ich dolne naroza sa wzajemnie polozone do siebie rozbieznie. Natomiast, skrajne meble zestawu wedlug wzoru stanowia: szafa dwudrzwiowa z szafka - nadstawka z dwoma drzwiczkami i szafa jednodrzwiowa z szafka nadstawka jednodrzwiowa. Wszystkie meblowe drzwi szaf zestawu, jak równiez szuflady maja ozdobne wykonczenia, w postaci prostokatnych, w widoku od przodu, obramowan wykonanych z szerokich, wypuklych listew.Zestaw bedzie dostepny na rynku pod nazwa „HUGO" Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Centralny, najwyzs2y mebel zestawu stanowi szafa - witryna, której podstawe stanowi szafka z szufladami. Po jednej stronie szafy - witryny znajduje sie szafa - barek z dwiema prostopadlosciennymi wnekami a po drugiej stronie - szafa z szuflada i trzema prostopadlosciennymi wnekami, przy czym górne zwienczenie tych szaf stanowia dwudrzwiowe szafki. Szafki dwudrzwiowe stanowia, równiez, podstawy obu szaf. Szafa - witryna posiada przeszklone drzwi stanowiace, wzajemnie, swoje lustrzane odbicie, przy czym szklane plyty drzwi maja ksztalt zblizony do ksztaltu pionowo usytuowanego rombu, którego naroza: górne i dolne znajdujace sie przy kacie ostrym sa zakonczone owalem, przy czym górne naroza sa wzajemnie do siebie zbiezne, a dolne - rozbiezne. Drzwi szafy - witryny zwienczone sa, w górnej czesci, trapezowym wybrzuszeniem przestajacym poza górny zarys mebli zestawu. Wszystkie meblowe drzwi zestawu, jak równiez wszystkie szuflady maja ozdobne wykonczenia w postaci prostokatnych, w widoku od przodu, obramowan wykonanych z szerokich, wypuklych listew ( Fig. 1,2,3).Fig. 1Fig. 2Fig. 3 PL PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a set of cabinet furniture. The essence of the design is reflected in the original shape of the furniture pieces included in the set, as well as in the distinctive line arrangement created by decorative moldings that finish the front walls of the set. Various sets of cabinet furniture are known, including two-door wardrobes, single-door wardrobes, built-in wardrobes, display cabinets, bar cabinets, and drawer cabinets, most often in a cuboid shape. The description of utility model application no. 98791 describes a set of furniture segments whose central segment is topped with a roof, with the two surfaces of the roof forming an obtuse angle. The front wall of the middle segment of the known set consists of a glass door mounted on hinges attached to strips that expand "downwards." The cabinet with a bar and the three-door cabinet of the known set, adjacent to the middle segment, constitute 4/5 of the height of the middle segment. The height of the outer cabinets of the known set corresponds to the height of the lower ends of both planes of the middle segment's roof. The lower parts of all the cabinets of the known set are cabinets with drawers. Furthermore, the description of decorative pattern no. Rz 14720 describes a furniture set consisting of three two-level and two outer cabinets. The middle segment of the known set consists of a lower cabinet with three drawers placed one above the other and an extension in the form of a glass display case. The front and side surfaces of the display cabinet form a bay window, which, when viewed from above, has the shape of an inverted trapezoid. The upper finial of the display cabinet of the known set, also viewed from the front, has the shape of a trapezoid, the upper, smaller base of which is situated above the horizontal line constituting the upper finial of the remaining furniture pieces in the known set. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the set in general view, Fig. 2 in front view, and Fig. 3 in top view. The cabinet furniture set, as designed, includes a display cabinet, the central, tallest piece of furniture in the set, flanked by a bar cabinet with two rectangular recesses directly above and below the cabinet, and a drawer cabinet with three rectangular recesses, two of which are located directly below the drawer, and one of which is above the drawer, located in the center of the cabinet. The upper sections of both the cabinet and the drawer cabinet are double-door units. The display cabinet, the drawer cabinet, and the drawer cabinet are placed on base units, with the base units of the cabinet and the drawer cabinet being double-door units, while the base of the display cabinet is a drawer unit. Furthermore, the wardrobe/display unit features a glazed door topped with a trapezoidal bulge at the top, extending beyond the upper outline of the set's furniture. The glass door panels, mirroring each other, are shaped similarly to a vertically oriented rhombus, with the upper and lower corners at the acute angle tipped with an oval. The upper corners of the glass door panels converge, while their lower corners diverge. The outermost pieces of the set, according to the model, consist of a two-door wardrobe with a two-door cabinet and a single-door cabinet. All of the set's cabinet doors and drawers feature decorative finishes, featuring rectangular frames (viewed from the front) made of wide, convex moldings. The set will be available commercially under the name "HUGO." Essential features of the industrial design: The central, tallest piece of furniture in the set is a display cabinet, the base of which is a drawer unit. On one side of the display cabinet is a bar cabinet with two rectangular alcoves, and on the other side is a drawer cabinet and three rectangular alcoves, with two-door cabinets forming the tops of these cabinets. The two-door cabinets also form the bases of both cabinets. The wardrobe/display cabinet has glass doors that are mirror images of each other, with the glass door panels shaped like a vertically oriented rhombus, with the upper and lower corners at the acute angle ending in an oval, with the upper corners converging and the lower corners diverging. The wardrobe/display cabinet doors are topped with a trapezoidal bulge at the top that extends beyond the upper outline of the furniture set. All furniture doors in the set, as well as all drawers, are decoratively finished with rectangular frames (from the front view) made of wide, convex strips (Fig. 1, 2, 3).
