Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw mebli, skladajacy sie z dwudrzwiowej szafy z nadstawka, segmentu - barku, segmentu - witryny, segmentu z dwiema szatkami - dolna nizsza i górna wyzsza rozdzielonymi duza, skrzyniowa wneka i jednodrzwiowej szafy z nadstawka. Dolne czesci segmentu z barkiem i segmentu z dwiema szafkami stanowia szafki - podstawy majace postac dwudrzwiowych szafek, a w przypadku segmentu - witryny - szafy z szufladami. Szafki segmentu - barku rozdzielone sa dwiema malymi skrzyniowymi wnekami, natomiast segment - witryna zamkniety jest od frontu dwuskrzydlowymi drzwiami majacymi postac szyb umieszczonych w ramkach o ksztalcie prostokata wykonanych z profilowanych listew. Przedmiot wzoru zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonej fotografii i rysunku, na których fig. 1 przedstawia zestaw - w widoku od czola, a fig.2 - zestaw - w widoku ogólnym.Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego - Szafa dwudrzwiowa z nadstawka, segment - witryna i szafa jednodrzwiowa z nadstawka posiadaja nieco wieksza wysokosc od wysokosci segmentu - barku i segmentu z dwudrzwiowymi szafkami z duza skrzyniowa wneka i, ponadto, w odróznieniu od tych segmentów, w górnych czesciach posiadaja wience wykonane z listew o ksztalcie, w widoku od czola, odwróconego trapezu. - Segment - barek i segment z dwudrzwiowymi szafkami z duza skrzyniowa wneka i segment - witryna posiadaja nieco mniejsze glebokosci od glebokosci dwudrzwiowej szafy z nadstawka i jednodrzwiowej szafy z nadstawka, przy czym glebokosc segmentu - witryny jest wieksza od glebokosci segmentu - barku i segmentu z dwudrzwiowymi szafkami z duza, skrzyniowa wneka. - Wszystkie drzwiczki szafek wchodzacych w sklad zestawu, jak równiez czola szuflad segmentu - witryny otoczone sa ramka o ksztalcie prostokata wykonana z listew, których boki sa nieznacznie zfazowane, a szerokosc listew wynosi, w przyblizeniu, 8% szerokosci kazdego segmentu zestawu (fig. 1 i 2).Fig. 1Fig.2 PL PLThe industrial design is for a furniture set consisting of a two-door wardrobe with a top unit, a bar section, a display cabinet section, a section with two wardrobes—a lower lower unit and a higher upper unit separated by a large, chest-shaped recess—and a single-door wardrobe with a top unit. The lower parts of the bar section and the two-cabinet section are base cabinets in the form of two-door cabinets, while the display cabinet section is a cabinet with drawers. The cabinets in the bar section are separated by two small chest-shaped recesses, while the display cabinet section is closed at the front with double-leaf doors in the form of glass panels set in rectangular frames made of profiled strips. The subject of the design is shown in the attached photograph and drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the set - in a frontal view, and Fig. 2 - the set - in a general view. Essential features of the industrial design - The two-door wardrobe with an extension, the display unit segment and the single-door wardrobe with an extension are slightly higher than the height of the bar section and the segment with two-door cabinets with a large chest recess and, moreover, unlike these segments, their upper parts have rims made of strips in the shape of an inverted trapezoid, seen from the frontal view. - The bar segment and the two-door cabinet segment with a large chest recess and the display cabinet segment have slightly smaller depths than the two-door cabinet with an extension and the single-door cabinet with an extension, while the display cabinet segment's depth is greater than the bar segment and the two-door cabinet segment with a large chest recess. - All cabinet doors in the set, as well as the drawer fronts of the display cabinet segment, are surrounded by a rectangular frame made of slats whose sides are slightly beveled, and the width of the slats is approximately 8% of the width of each segment of the set (Fig. 1 and 2).
