Zestaw mebli kuchennych Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw mebli kuchennych skladajacy sie z trzech szafek stojacych i trzech szafek wiszacych, przy czym szerokosc kazdej z wiszacych szafek jest identyczna co szerokosc, bezposred- nio pod nia usytuowanej, stojacej szafki. W sklad szafek wiszacych wchodza: wezsza szafka posiadajaca szerokosc wynoszaca ok. 60% szerokosci modulo- wej oraz szafka-witryna i szersza szafka posiadajace modulowe szerokosci. Szafki wiszace: szafka - witryna i szersza szafka o szerokosci modulowej po- siadaja odchylne w kierunku „ ku górze" drzwi unoszone silownikami. Nato- miast, podzestaw szafek stojacych stanowia: wezsza szafka o szerokosci ok. 60% szerokosci modulowej oraz szafka dwudrzwiowa i szafka-komoda posia- dajace modulowe szerokosci. Przedmiot wzoru zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia zestaw w widoku od frontu, fig.2 - zestaw w widoku ogólnym, fig.3 - wiszace szafki z uniesionymi drzwiami do górnego polozenia - w widoku z boku i fig.4 - fragment A z fig. 1 przedstawiajacy naroze frontu mebli zestawu z uwidocznionym obrzezem z tworzywa sztucznego.Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego - Wiszace szafki: szafka - witryna i szersza szafka o szerokosciach modu- lowych posiadaja drzwi odchylne w kierunku „ ku górze" sterowane silow- nikami. - Wiszaca szafka-witryna posiada szklane drzwi o szerokosci modulowej i wysokosci wynoszacej ok. 50% wysokosci szafek wiszacych, przy czym szklane drzwi stanowi piaskowana szyba z metalowa ramka o ksztalcie poziomo usytuowanego prostokata. - Dolne czesci drzwi wiszacych szafek posiadaja, usytuowane poziomo, metalowe uchwyty w postaci wydluzonych relingów. - Szuflady i drzwi wszystkich szafek stojacych posiadaja metalowe uchwyty o ksztalcie poziomo usytuowanego prostopadloscianu. - Wszystkie trzy stojace szafki posiadaja metalowe nózki, których wysokosc wynosi ok. 10 % szerokosci modulowej mebli zestawu. - Fronty wszystkich drzwi szafek i szuflad mebli wchodzacych w sklad zesta- wu posiadaja cienkie obrzeza z tworzywa sztucznego, które w widoku od frontu maja postac obramowania o ksztalcie prostokata o szerokosc kilku milimetrów, a zachodzac swa pozostala szerokoscia na boki tych frontów, calkowicie te boki pokrywaja (fig. 1, 2, 3, i 4).Fig.1Fig. 2 Fig. 3 Fig.4 PL PLKitchen Furniture Set The subject of the industrial design is a kitchen furniture set consisting of three base cabinets and three wall-hung cabinets, with the width of each wall-hung cabinet being identical to the width of the base cabinet directly below it. The wall-hung cabinets include: a narrower cabinet with a width of approximately 60% of the modular width, a display cabinet and a wider cabinet with modular widths. The wall-hung cabinets: the display cabinet and the wider cabinet with modular widths, have upward-hinged doors lifted by actuators. Meanwhile, the base cabinet subset consists of: a narrower cabinet with a width of approximately 60% of the modular width, a two-door cabinet, and a chest of drawers with modular widths. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the set in a front view, Fig. 2 - the set in a general view, Fig. 3 - hanging cabinets with doors raised to the upper position - in a side view and Fig. 4 - fragment A from Fig. 1 showing the corner of the furniture front of the set with a visible plastic rim. Essential features of the industrial design - Hanging cabinets: a cabinet-display unit and a wider cabinet with modular widths have doors that swing upwards and are controlled by motors. - The hanging cabinet-display unit has glass doors with a modular width and a height of approx. 50% of the height of the hanging cabinets, wherein the glass door is a sandblasted glass pane with a metal frame in the shape of a horizontally arranged rectangle. - The lower parts of the doors of the wall-mounted cabinets have horizontally arranged metal handles in the form of elongated rails. - The drawers and doors of all the floor-standing cabinets have metal handles in the shape of a horizontally arranged cuboid. - All three floor-standing cabinets have metal legs, the height of which is approximately 10% of the modular width of the furniture set. - The fronts of all the cabinet doors and drawers of the furniture included in the set have thin plastic edging, which, when viewed from the front, has the form of a rectangular frame, a few millimeters wide, and extends its remaining width to the sides of these fronts, covering these sides completely (Fig. 1, 2, 3, and 4).
