Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw mebli kuchennych. Istota wzoru przejawia sie w oryginalnym ksztalcie mebli wchodzacych w sklad zestawu, jak równiez w ukladzie linii i kolorystyce ozdobnych listew umieszczonych na ich scianach czolowych. Znane sa rozmaite zestawy mebli kuchennych zawierajace w swoim skladzie róznorodne szafki i szuflady, jak równiez róznego typu obudowy meblowe sprzetu AGD przydatnego w domowych kuchniach. Np. z opisu wzoru zdobniczego nr 10987 znany jest zestaw mebli kuchennych charakteryzujacy sie tym, ze plyty drzwiczek pokryte sa okleina w kolorze rustikal, zas ich obrzeza i obrzeza szuflad maja naklejki pokryte okleina w kolorze ciemnego debu rustikal. Natomiast, na czolowych powierzchniach górnych wienców wszystkich szafek i nadstawek znanego zestawu znajduja sie wystajace listwy o przekroju prostokatnym w kolorze kontrastujacym z kolorem jasnych elementów znanych mebli.Przedmiot wzoru zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia zestaw w widoku od przodu, fig. 2 - zestaw w widoku z góry i fig. 3 - zestaw w widoku z boku. Zestaw mebli kuchennych wedlug wzoru zawiera szafki wiszace, niskie szafki stojace przykryte wspólnym blatem i wysoka szafe stojaca, która stanowi lacznik pomiedzy niskimi szafkami stojacymi i szafkami wiszacymi. W sklad szafek wiszacych wchodza: szafka dwudrzwiowa o szerokosci wynoszacej 2/3 szerokosci modulowej, szafka - witryna i dwudrzwiowa szafka - obie o modulowej szerokosci. Niskie szafki stojace zestawu stanowia dwudrzwiowe szafki osadzone na cokole, przy czym, ich szerokosc odpowiada szerokosci zawieszonych ponad nimi szafek wiszacych. Górna czesc wysokiej szafy stojacej o szerokosci pólmodulowej stanowi szafka - witrynka, oddzielona od blatu skrzyniowa wneka, natomiast dolna jej czesc stanowi szafka z szufladami. Przednia sciane szafki - witrynki stanowia przeszklone jednoskrzydlowe drzwi, przy czym ich szyba ma ksztalt usytuowanego pionowo prostokata ozdobionego szprosami o ksztalcie litery H i obramowana jest prostokatna ramka. Wiszaca szafka - witryna ma przeszklone dwie scianki czolowo - boczne i czolowa scianke, która stanowia jednoskrzydlowe drzwi, przy czym scianki czolowo - boczne i czolowa scianka tej szafki tworza wykusz. Jednoskrzydlowe drzwi szafki - witryny maja szybe o ksztalcie prostokata obramowana prostokatna ramka i ozdobiona szprosami o ksztalcie litery H, natomiast jej scianki czolowo - boczne maja szyby o ksztalcie pionowo usytuowanego prostokata ozdobione poprzecznymi, pionowo usytuowanymi szprosami. Ponadto, wewnetrzne krawedzie wszystkich skrzydel drzwi mebli zestawu, wykonczone sa pionowymi softowymi obrzezami w kolorze kontrastujacym z kolorem przednich scian mebli zestawu wedlug wzoru, przy czym wszystkie szyby mebli zestawu obramowane sa, dodatkowo, prostokatnymi ramkami wykonanymi z listewek w kolorze identycznym z kolorem softowych obrzezy krawedzi drzwi.Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Górna czesc wysokiej szafy stojacej o szerokosci pólmodulowej stanowi szafka - witrynka, oddzielona od blatu skrzyniowa wneka, natomiast dolna jej czesc stanowi szafka z szufladami. Jednoskrzydlowe drzwi szafki - witryny maja szybe o ksztalcie prostokata obramowana prostokatna ramka i ozdobiona szprosami o ksztalcie litery H, natomiast jej scianki czolowo - boczne maja szyby o ksztalcie pionowo usytuowanego prostokata ozdobione poprzecznymi, pionowo usytuowanymi szprosami. Ponadto, wewnetrzne krawedzie wszystkich skrzydel drzwi mebli zestawu, jak równiez wszystkie szyby mebli zestawu wykonczone sa pionowymi softowymi obrzezami w kolorze kontrastujacym z kolorem przednich scian mebli zestawu wedlug wzoru, przy czym wszystkie szyby mebli zestawu obramowane sa, dodatkowo, prostokatnymi ramkami wykonanymi z listewek w kolorze identycznym z kolorem softowych obrzezy krawedzi drzwi.Fig. 1Fig.2 Fig.3 PL PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a set of kitchen furniture. The essence of the design is reflected in the unique shape of the furniture pieces included in the set, as well as in the arrangement of lines and the color scheme of the decorative moldings placed on their front panels. Various kitchen furniture sets are known, including various cabinets and drawers, as well as various types of furniture housings for household appliances useful in home kitchens. For example, the description of ornamental design no. 10987 describes a set of kitchen furniture characterized by door panels covered with a rustic-colored veneer, while the door and drawer edges feature stickers covered with a dark rustic oak-colored veneer. Meanwhile, the front surfaces of the upper rims of all the cabinets and extensions in the known set feature protruding rectangular moldings in a color contrasting with the light-colored elements of the known furniture. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the set from the front, Fig. 2 - the set from the top, and Fig. 3 - the set from the side. The kitchen set according to the design includes wall-mounted cabinets, low base cabinets covered with a common countertop, and a tall base cabinet that acts as a link between the low base cabinets and the wall-mounted cabinets. The wall-mounted cabinets include a two-door cabinet with a width of 2/3 of the modular width, a display cabinet, and a two-door cabinet – both with modular widths. The low-rise cabinets in the set are two-door units mounted on a plinth, with their width matching the width of the wall-hung cabinets above them. The upper section of the tall, semi-modular-width wall-hung cabinet is a display cabinet, separated from the countertop by a chest-shaped recess, while the lower section is a drawer cabinet. The front wall of the display cabinet is a single-leaf glazed door, with the glass in the shape of a vertical rectangle decorated with H-shaped mullions and framed by a rectangular frame. The wall-hung display cabinet has two glazed front and side walls and a front wall, which is a single-leaf door, with the front and side walls and the front wall of this cabinet forming a bay window. The single-leaf cabinet/display cabinet doors feature rectangular glass, framed with a rectangular frame and adorned with H-shaped muntin bars. Its front and side walls feature vertically arranged rectangular glass, adorned with vertically arranged muntin bars. Furthermore, the inner edges of all the door panels in the set are finished with vertical soft edging in a color contrasting with the color of the front walls of the set, as per the design. Additionally, all the glass panels in the set are framed with rectangular frames made of slats in a color identical to the soft edging of the door edges. Significant features of the industrial design: The upper section of the tall, semi-modular-wide free-standing cabinet is a display cabinet, separated from the top by a box-like recess, while the lower section is a drawer cabinet. The front wall of the display cabinet consists of a single-leaf glazed door, with the glass in the shape of a vertical rectangle decorated with H-shaped muntins and framed by a rectangular frame. The hanging display cabinet has two glazed front and side walls and a front wall, which constitutes a single-leaf door, with the front and side walls and the front wall of this cabinet forming a bay window. The single-leaf display cabinet door has rectangular glass framed with a rectangular frame and decorated with H-shaped muntins, while its front and side walls have vertically arranged rectangular glass decorated with vertically arranged transverse muntins. Moreover, the inner edges of all door leaves of the furniture set, as well as all glass panes of the furniture set are finished with vertical soft edges in a color contrasting with the color of the front walls of the furniture set according to the pattern, and all glass panes of the furniture set are additionally framed with rectangular frames made of strips in a color identical to the color of the soft edges of the door edges.
