Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw mebli. Istota wzoru przejawia sie zarówno w oryginalnym ksztalcie mebli zestawu, jak równiez w ukladzie linii utworzonych przez ozdobne listwy mebli zestawu. Znane sa róznorodne zestawy mebli skladajace sie z rozmaitych segmentów tworzacych, po ich zestawieniu, sciany meblowe. Najczesciej, w sklad znanych zestawów wchodza: dwudrzwiowe szafy, jednodrzwiowe szafy, szafy wnekowe, szafy -witryny, szafy z szufladami, szafy barki, itp. Znany jest, na przyklad, z opisu wzoru zdobniczego nr Rz 15064 komplet mebli skladajacy sie z komody i trzysegmentowego zestawu, przy czym trzysegmentowy zestaw znanego kompletu sklada sie z regalów w segmentach skrajnych i przeszklonej witryny w segmencie srodkowym. Regaly znanego zestawu posiadaja, w srodkowej czesci, trzy uszeregowane pionowo szuflady, zas w czesci górnej i dolnej - wneki z pólkami. Powierzchnia czolowa oraz powierzchnie czolowo - boczne witryny tworza wykusz, którego podstawa ma ksztalt trapezu, natomiast powierzchnie czolowo - boczne wykuszu sa, od góry, ukosnie sciete do tylu. Na zewnetrznej powierzchni tafli szklanej drzwi witryny znanego kompletu usytuowany jest element zdobniczy w postaci dwóch lukowo wygietych i rozchodzacych sie ku dolowi listew z pozioma poprzeczka.Przedmiot wzoru zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia zestaw w widoku z frontu, fig. 2 - zestaw w widoku z boku i fig. 3 - zestaw w widoku z góry. Zestaw wedlug wzoru sklada sie z dwóch szaf skrajnych i szafy srodkowej. Szafy skrajne stanowia jednodrzwiowe szafy, przy czym jedna z tych szaf podzielona jest na dwie szafki posiadajace rózne wysokosci: stosunek wysokosci szafki górnej do wysokosci szafki dolnej wynosi, okolo, 3:2. Srodkowa szafa zestawu wedlug wzoru sklada sie z trzech czesci. Dolna czesc srodkowej szafy stanowi dwudrzwiowa szafka posiadajaca, w górnej czesci, wysuwane szuflady przykryte wspólnym blatem, zas górna czesc srodkowej szafy stanowi dwudrzwiowa szafka, której drzwi posiadaja przezroczyste szyby o ksztalcie prostokata, przy czym szyby ozdobione sa szprosami. Centralna czesc srodkowej szafy stanowi skrzyniowa wneka, która, w górnej czesci zwienczona jest listwa o ksztalcie litery C usytuowanej poziomo z wybrzuszeniem w kierunku „ku górze''. Wysokosc dwudrzwiowej szafki dolnej czesci srodkowej czesci zestawu wysokosci jest równa wysokosci dolnej szafki jednodrzwiowej skrajnej szafy, natomiast stosunek szerokosci srodkowej szafy do szerokosci szaf skrajnych wynosi, okolo, 11:7. Wszystkie szafy zestawu wedlug wzoru usytuowane sa na cokole, przy czym ich górne zwienczenie stanowi wieniec, który swoimi gabarytami przestaje nieco poza obrys szaf. Ponadto, zarówno drzwi skrajnych szaf, jak równiez drzwiczki szafek srodkowej szafy posiadaja pionowo usytuowane listwy, stanowiace ich zewnetrzny, skrajny element wykonczeniowy. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Skrajne szafy zestawu stanowia jednodrzwiowe szafy, przy czym jedna z nich podzielona jest na dwie jednodrzwiowe szafki, których stosunek wysokosci - szafki górnej do szafki dolnej wynosi okolo 3:2. Dolna czesc srodkowej szafy stanowi dwudrzwiowa szafka z szufladami przykrytymi blatem, zas jej górna czesc stanowi dwudrzwiowa szafka, której drzwi posiadaja przezroczyste szyby o ksztalcieprostokata ozdobione szprosami. Centralna czesc srodkowej szafy stanowi skrzyniowa wneka zwienczona w górnej czesci, listwa o ksztalcie litery C usytuowana poziomo z wybrzuszeniem w kierunku „ku górze". Wysokosc dwudrzwiowej, dolnej szafki srodkowej szafy zestawu wedlug wzoru jest równa wysokosci dolnej, jednodrzwiowej szafki skrajnej szafy, natomiast stosunek szerokosci srodkowej szafy do szerokosci skrajnych szaf wynosi, okolo, 11:7. Zarówno drzwi skrajnych szaf, jak równiez drzwiczki szafek srodkowej szafy posiadaja pionowo usytuowane listwy, stanowiace ich zewnetrzny skrajny element wykonczeniowy (Fig. 1,2 i 3).Fig.1Fig.2 Fig.3 PL PLThe subject of an industrial design is a furniture set. The essence of the design is manifest both in the original shape of the furniture set and in the arrangement of lines created by the set's decorative moldings. Various furniture sets are known, consisting of various segments that, when put together, create furniture walls. Most commonly, known sets include: two-door wardrobes, single-door wardrobes, built-in wardrobes, display cabinets, wardrobes with drawers, bar cabinets, etc. For example, the description of ornamental design no. Rz 15064 describes a furniture set consisting of a chest of drawers and a three-segment set, where the three-segment set of the known set consists of shelves in the outer segments and a glass display cabinet in the middle segment. The shelves of this famous set feature three vertically arranged drawers in the center, while the top and bottom sections feature recesses with shelves. The front and side surfaces of the display cabinet form a bay window, the base of which is trapezoidal, while the front and side surfaces of the bay window are diagonally cut backwards at the top. The exterior glass pane of the display cabinet door features a decorative element in the form of two arched strips with a horizontal crossbar extending downward. The design is illustrated in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the set from the front, Fig. 2 from the side, and Fig. 3 from the top. The set, according to the pattern, consists of two end units and a central unit. The outer cabinets are single-door units, with one of these units divided into two units of different heights: the ratio of the height of the upper cabinet to the height of the lower cabinet is approximately 3:2. The middle cabinet of the set, according to the pattern, consists of three parts. The lower part of the middle cabinet is a two-door unit with pull-out drawers in the upper section covered by a shared top, while the upper part of the middle cabinet is a two-door unit with doors featuring clear rectangular glass panes, the panes decorated with glazing bars. The central part of the middle cabinet is a box-shaped recess, topped in its upper part with a C-shaped strip placed horizontally with a bulge "upward." The height of the two-door cabinet in the lower part of the middle section of the set is equal to the height of the lower single-door cabinet in the outermost cabinet, while the ratio of the middle cabinet width to the width of the outer cabinets is approximately 11:7. All cabinets in the set, according to the pattern, are placed on a plinth, with their upper topping being a wreath that extends slightly beyond the cabinets' outline. Furthermore, both the outer cabinet doors and the middle cabinet doors have vertically placed strips, constituting their outer, outer finishing element. Essential features of the industrial design: The outer cabinets in the set are single-door cabinets, with one of them divided into two Single-door cabinets, whose height ratio of the upper cabinet to the lower cabinet is approximately 3:2. Both the doors of the outermost cabinets and the doors of the middle cabinets have vertically arranged strips, which constitute their outermost finishing element (Fig. 1, 2 and 3).
