Istota wzoru przejawia sie w oryginalnym ksztalcie mebli wchodzacych w sklad zestawu, jak równiez w charakterystycznym ukladzie linii utworzonym przez ozdobne listewki stanowiace element wykonczeniowy czolowych scian mebli zestawu. Znane sa rozmaite zestawy mebli skrzyniowych, w sklad których wchodza np. szafy dwudrzwiowe. szafy jednodrzwiowe, szafy wnekowe, szafy - witryny, szafy barki itp. Poszczególne meble znanych zestawów posiadaja róznorodne ksztalty, przy czym, w wiekszosci, maja ksztalt prostopadloscianu. Np. z opisu wzoru zdobniczego Rz 14752 znany jest zestaw meblowy, którego witryna, w widoku z góiy, ma zarys trapezu, natomiast boczne witryny mebli znanego zestawu posiadaja ramki o ksztalcie prostokata z zaokraglonymi krawedziami. Górny bok prostokata utworzonego przez ramki ma postac luku. Jeden regal znanego zestawu posiada dwie jednodrzwiowe szafki, pozioma i pionowa oraz otwarta pólke. Ponadto, pionowe szafki posiadaja rzezbienia w ksztalcie prostokatów o zaokraglonych krawedziach, których górny bok ma postac trzech luków oraz ornament przypominajacy kwiat. Natomiast szafka pozioma znanego zestawu posiada rzezbienie w ksztalcie prostokata o zaokraglonych krawedziach, którego boczne krawedzie maja postac trzech luków oraz ornament przypominajacy kwiat. Natomiast z opisu wzoru zdobniczego Rz 14727 znany jest zestaw meblowy, którego witryna, w widoku z góry, ma ksztalt odwróconego trapezu,a na powierzchni czolowej i powierzchniach bocznych ma ramki w ksztalcie prostokata o zaokraglonych krawedziach, przy czym górny bok prostokata ma postac nieregularnego, pofalowanego luku. Witryny boczne znanego zestawu posiadaja, w widoku z góry, ksztalt trójkatów, a na powierzchniach czolowych maja ramki w ksztalcie prostokata o zaokraglonych krawedziach, którego górny bok ma, równiez, postac nieregularnego, pofalowanego luku. Przedmiot wzoru zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia zestaw - w widoku ogólnym, fig.2 - zestaw w widoku od przodu i fig. 3 - zestaw w widoku z góry. The essence of the design is reflected in the original shape of the furniture comprising the set, as well as in the characteristic line arrangement created by decorative moldings that constitute the finishing element of the front walls of the set. Various sets of cabinet furniture are known, including, for example, two-door wardrobes, single-door wardrobes, built-in wardrobes, display cabinets, bar cabinets, and so on. The individual pieces of furniture within the known sets have a variety of shapes, with the majority being cuboid-shaped. For example, the description of ornamental design Rz 14752 describes a furniture set whose display cabinet, viewed from above, has a trapezoidal outline, while the side cabinets of the known set have rectangular frames with rounded edges. The upper side of the rectangle formed by the frames is in the form of an arc. One shelf in the known set has two single-door cabinets, one horizontal and one vertical, and an open shelf. Furthermore, the vertical cabinets feature carvings in the shape of rectangles with rounded edges, the upper side of which is in the form of three arcs and an ornament resembling a flower. The horizontal cabinet in the known set, on the other hand, features a carving in the shape of a rectangle with rounded edges, the side edges of which are in the form of three arcs and an ornament resembling a flower. Furthermore, the description of ornamental pattern Rz 14727 describes a furniture set whose display case, viewed from above, has the shape of an inverted trapezoid, and on the front and side surfaces, rectangular frames with rounded edges, the upper side of the rectangle being in the form of an irregular, undulating arc. The side panels of the known set are triangular in plan view, and the front surfaces have rectangular frames with rounded edges, the upper side of which is also in the form of an irregular, wavy arc. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the set in general view, Fig. 2 the set in front view, and Fig. 3 the set in top view. The cabinet furniture set according to the pattern consists of a two-door wardrobe with an extension, a bar wardrobe with an extension and three cabinet niches, a display cabinet with a cabinet niche located at the bottom, a wardrobe with two cabinet niches and a cabinet above them that is approximately twice the height of the extensions, and a semi-modular wardrobe with shelves covered with mirrored doors. All cabinets in the set according to the pattern are identical in height. The bar wardrobe, the display wardrobe, the wardrobe with a double-height cabinet, and the semi-modular wardrobe in the set according to the pattern are slightly less deep than the two-door wardrobe with an extension. All are placed on cabinet bases, with the depth of the cabinet bases being greater than the depth of these cabinets and less than the depth of the two-door wardrobe and its extension. The cabinet/bar cabinet's box alcoves are located: one between the cabinet and the extension, and the other two are located directly below the cabinet, above the base cabinet. Both the cabinet/bar cabinet and the base cabinet below it have bay windows, with the bay windows' front walls being wider than the two front/side walls, which are positioned at an obtuse angle. All edges of the front walls of the furniture doors of the two-door wardrobe and its extension, the bar wardrobe and its extension, and the base cabinet, the front wall of the base cabinet, the doors of the double-height cabinet, and the doors of the base cabinets: the wardrobe with the double-height cabinet and the semi-modular wardrobe are finished with decorative strips forming a rectangle, the two upper corners of which are cut off. The set, according to the pattern, will be marketed under the name "KONRAD". Essential Features of the Industrial Design: All cabinets in the set according to the design: a two-door cabinet with an extension, a bar cabinet with an extension, a display cabinet, a cabinet with a double-height cabinet, and a semi-modular cabinet with base cabinets are identical in height. The depth of the cabinets in the set equipped with base cabinets is slightly less than the depth of the two-door cabinet and its extension, while the depth of the base cabinets is greater than the depth of the aforementioned cabinets and less than the depth of the two-door cabinet and its extension. The display cabinet and its base cabinet have bay windows, with the front walls of these bay windows being wider than the width of the front and side walls arranged at an obtuse angle.
