Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw mebli. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac zestawu mebli, przejawiajaca sie w ich ksztalcie, cechach konturów i kolorystyce, które w odróznienie od dotychczas znanych posiadaja: - odmiennie uksztaltowana powierzchnie zewnetrzna drzwiczek, - odmienny uklad poszczególnych elementów zestawu, - oryginalny uklad szyb w witrynie. Przedmiot wzoru uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonej fotografii, na której fig. 1 - przedstawia szafe 2-drzwiowa, fig. 2 - szafke z barkiem, fig. 3 - 2-drzwiowa witryne, fig. 4 - szafke z pólkami, natomiast fig. 5 - 1-drzwiowa szafe. Jak pokazano na fotografii, fig. 1 - mebel w postaci 2-drzwiowej, glebokiej szafy, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze na zewnetrznej powierzchni drzwi szafy i znajdujacej sie nad nia 2-drzwiowej szafki - wokól krawedzi poszczególnych drzwiczek - umieszczone sa plaskie, szerokie listwy przechodzace przerzezbieniem w wezsza plaska listwe. Jak pokazano na fotografii, fig. 2 - mebel w postaci szafki z barkiem charakteryzuje sie tym, ze w jego najnizszej czesci umieszczona jest gleboka szafka 2- drzwiowa, zas nad nia, nieco plytszy barek, umieszczony pomiedzy dwoma odkrytymi pólkami. Nad barkiem umieszczona jest 2-drzwiowa szafka, podobna do tej, jaka przedstawia fotografia, fig. 1, wyzsza od szafki, która jest umieszczona najnizej. Przyczym, na zewnetrznej powierzchni drzwiczek obu szafek i barku - wokól krawedzi poszczególnych drzwiczek - umieszczone sa plaskie, szerokie listwy przechodzace przerzezbieniem w wezsza plaska listwe. Jak pokazano na fotografii, fig. 3 - mebel w postaci 2-drzwiowej witryny charakteryzuje sie tym, w jego najnizszej czesci umieszczone sa - jedna nad druga - dwie glebokie szuflady. Natomiast nad nimi, widoczna jest 2-drzwiowa przeszklona witryna, plytsza od szuflad, z umieszczona ponizej niej dodatkowa szuflada. Charakterystyczna cecha witryny jest to, ze jej szyba - o ksztalcie usytuowanego pionowo równolegloboku - posiada zaokraglone naroza i jest wkomponowana w plycine. Uklad lewych drzwi witryny stanowi symetryczne odbicie prawych drzwi. Przy czym, na zewnetrznej powierzchni szuflad i drzwi witryny umieszczone sa - wokól ich krawedzi - plaskie, szerokie listwy przechodzace przerzezbieniem w wezsza plaska listwe. Jak pokazano na fotografii, fig. 4 - mebel w postaci szafki z pólkami charakteryzuje sie tym, ze w jego najnizszej czesci znajduje sie 2-drzwiowa gleboka szafka, która jest identyczna, jak najnizsza szafka mebla przedstawionego na fotografii - fig.2, zas nad nia umieszczone sa trzy odkryte pólki, plytsze od najnizszej szafki. Pomiedzy druga, a trzecia pólka umieszczona jest szuflada, która jest identyczna, jak szuflada przedstawiona na fotografii, fig. 3, umieszczona bezposrednio pod przeszklona czescia witryny. Nad pólkami umieszczona jest szafka, która jest identyczna, jak szafka przedstawiona na fotografii, fig. 2. Przy czym, na zewnetrznej powierzchni szuflady i drzwiczek obu szafek - wokól ich krawedzi - umieszczone sa plaskie, szerokie listwy przechodzace przerzezbieniem w wezsza plaska listwe. Jak pokazano na fotografii, fig. 5 - mebel w postaci 1-drzwiowej, glebokiej szafy, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze na zewnetrznej powierzchni drzwi szafy i znajdujacej sie nad nia 1-drzwiowej szafki - wokól krawedzi poszczególnych drzwiczek - umieszczone sa plaskie, szerokie listwy przechodzace przerzezbieniem w wezsza plaska listwe. Kazdy z opisanych powyzej elementów tworzy zestaw mebli pod nazwa „Senator".Wyka z elementów zestawu mebli: 1) fig. 1 - mebel w postaci 2-drzwiowej szafy, 2) fig. 2 - mebel w postaci szafki z barkiem, 3) fig. 3 - mebel w postaci 2-drzwiowej witryny, 4) fig. 4 - mebel w postaci szafki z pólkami, 5) fig. 5 - mebel w postaci 1-drzwiowej szafy. The essence of the design is a new form of the set of furniture, manifested in its shape, contour features, and color scheme. These furniture sets, unlike previously known furniture, feature: - a differently shaped outer door surface; - a different arrangement of individual elements; - an original arrangement of glass panes in the display cabinet. The subject of the design is shown in the attached photograph, in which Fig. 1 shows a two-door wardrobe, Fig. 2 a cabinet with a bar; Fig. 3 a two-door display cabinet; Fig. 4 a cabinet with shelves; and Fig. 5 a single-door wardrobe. As shown in the photograph, Fig. 1, a piece of furniture in the form of a two-door, deep wardrobe is characterized by the fact that on the outer surface of the wardrobe door and the two-door cabinet above it—around the edges of each door—are placed flat, wide strips that transition through a carving into a narrower flat strip. As shown in the photograph, Fig. 2, a piece of furniture in the form of a cabinet with a bar is characterized by the fact that in its lowest section is a deep two-door cabinet, and above it, a slightly shallower bar, placed between two exposed shelves. Above the bar is a two-door cabinet, similar to the one shown in photograph, Fig. 1, taller than the lowest cabinet. Moreover, on the outer surface of the doors of both cabinets and the bar – around the edges of each door – are placed flat, wide strips that transition through carving into a narrower flat strip. As shown in the photograph, Fig. 3 – the two-door display cabinet is characterized by its lowest section containing two deep drawers, one above the other. Above them, a two-door glass display cabinet is visible, shallower than the drawers, with an additional drawer below it. A distinctive feature of the display cabinet is its glass – in the shape of a vertically oriented parallelogram – with rounded corners and integrated into the panel. The left display cabinet door is symmetrically arranged to mirror the right door. The outer surfaces of the drawers and doors of the display cabinet are fitted with wide, flat strips around their edges, carved into a narrower, flat strip. As shown in Fig. 4, this piece of furniture in the form of a cabinet with shelves is characterized by its lowest section containing a two-door, deep cabinet identical to the lowest cabinet in Fig. 2, while above it are three exposed shelves, shallower than the lowest cabinet. Between the second and third shelves is a drawer identical to the drawer shown in Fig. 3, located directly beneath the glass panel of the display cabinet. Above the shelves is a cabinet identical to the one shown in the photograph, Fig. 2. The outer surfaces of the drawers and doors of both cabinets are fitted with flat, wide strips around their edges, carved into a narrower flat strip. As shown in the photograph, Fig. 5, a piece of furniture in the form of a single-door, deep wardrobe, is characterized by the fact that the outer surfaces of the wardrobe door and the single-door cabinet above it are fitted with flat, wide strips around the edges of each door, carved into a narrower flat strip. Each of the elements described above creates a set of furniture called "Senator". An important feature of the design shown in Fig. 1 is that: it consists of a piece of furniture in the form of a 2-door deep wardrobe, - on the outer surface of the wardrobe door and the 2-door cabinet above it - around the edges of the individual doors - there are flat, wide strips that pass through a carving into a narrower flat strip. An important feature of the design shown in the photograph, Fig. 2, is that: it is a piece of furniture in the form of a cabinet with a bar, - in its lowest part there is a deep two-door cabinet, and above it, a slightly shallower bar, placed between two open shelves, - above the bar there is a two-door cabinet, similar to the one shown in the photograph, Fig. 1, higher than the cabinet that is placed the lowest, - on the outer surface of the doors of both cabinets and the bar - around the edges of the individual doors - there are flat, wide strips that turn into a narrower flat strip through a carving. An important feature of the design shown in Fig. 3 is that: - it is a piece of furniture in the form of a 2-door display cabinet, - in its lowest part there are two deep drawers placed one above the other, - above them there is a 2-door glass display cabinet, shallower than the drawers, with an additional drawer placed below it, - a characteristic feature of the display cabinet is that its glass - in the shape of a vertically placed parallelogram - has rounded corners and is incorporated into the panel, and the arrangement of the left door of the display cabinet is a symmetrical reflection of its right door, - on the outer surface of the drawers and the display cabinet door there are - around their edges - flat, wide strips that pass through a carving into a narrower flat strip. An important feature of the design shown in the photograph Fig. 4 is that: - it is a piece of furniture in the form of a cabinet with shelves, - in its lowest part there is a two-door, deep cabinet, which is identical to the lowest cabinet of the furniture shown in the photograph Fig. 2, - above it there are three open shelves, shallower than the lowest cabinet, - between the second and third shelves there is a drawer, which is identical to the drawer shown in the photograph Fig. 3, placed directly under the glass part of the display case, - above the shelves there is a cabinet, which is identical to the cabinet shown in the photograph Fig. 2, - on the outer surface of the drawer and doors of both cabinets - around their edges - there are flat, wide strips that turn into a narrower flat strip through a carving. An important feature of the design shown in Fig. 5 is that: - it is a piece of furniture in the form of a single-door, deep wardrobe, - on the outer surface of the wardrobe door and the single-door cabinet above it - around the edges of the individual doors - there are flat, wide strips that turn into a narrower flat strip through a carving.
