Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw mebli. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac zestawu mebli, przejawiajaca sie w ich ksztalcie, cechach konturów i kolorystyce, które w odróznienie od dotychczas znanych posiadaja: - odmiennie uksztaltowana powierzchnie zewnetrzna drzwiczek, - odmienny uklad poszczególnych elementów zestawu, - oryginalny uklad szyb w witrynie. Przedmiot wzoru uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonej fotografii, na której fig. 1 - przedstawia szafe 2-drzwiowa, fig. 2 - 2-drzwiowa przeszklona szafke, fig. 3 - szafke z pólkami, natomiast fig. 4 - 1-drzwiowa szafe. Jak pokazano na fotografii, fig. 1 - mebel w postaci 2-drzwiowej, glebokiej szafy, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze na zewnetrznej powierzchni drzwi szafy i znajdujacych sie pod nia dwóch szuflad umieszczonych symetrycznie obok siebie pod drzwiczkami szafy - wokól krawedzi poszczególnych drzwiczek - umieszczone sa plaskie, szerokie listwy przechodzace przerzezbieniem w wezsza plaska listwe, która z kolei jest przerzezbiona. Jak pokazano na fotografii, fig. 2 - mebel w postaci 2-drzwiowej, przeszklonej szafki charakteryzuje sie tym, ze w jego najnizszej czesci umieszczona jest gleboka szafka 1-drzwiowa otwierana wokól osi, która stanowi jej dolna, pozioma krawedz. Zas nad nia, znajduja sie dwie odkryte pólki plytsze od szafki najnizszej. Nad pólkami umieszczona jest 2-drzwiowa, przeszklona szafka z charakterystycznym wzoremumieszczonym symetrycznie na srodku kazdej szyby. Wzór ten sklada sie z trzech pionowych linii rozchylajacych sie w ich górnej czesci na boki, przy czym linie zewnetrzne rozchylaja sie w ich górnej czesci na boki. Linie te polaczone sa na ich pionowym odcinku kwadratem ze srebrnym, kwadratowym elementem na srodku. Przy czym, na zewnetrznej powierzchni drzwiczek szafki i drzwi witryny - wokól ich krawedzi - umieszczone sa plaskie, szerokie listwy przechodzace przerzezbieniem w wezsza plaska listwe, która z kolei jest przerzezbiona. Jak pokazano na fotografii, fig. 3 - mebel w postaci szafki z pólkami charakteryzuje sie tym, ze w jego najnizszej czesci znajduje sie 1-drzwiowa gleboka szafka, która jest identyczna, jak najnizsza szafka mebla przedstawionego na fotografii - fig.2, zas nad nia w jednej kolumnie umieszczone sa plytsze, cztery odkryte pólki, przy czym pólka najnizsza jest wyzsza od pozostalych pólek oraz przedzielona od nich barkiem. Pólki umieszczone nad barkiem sa jednakowej wielkosci. W drugiej kolumnie umieszczona zostala 1-drzwiowa szafa. Przy czym, na zewnetrznej powierzchni drzwiczek szafy, szafki i barku - wokól ich krawedzi - umieszczone sa plaskie, szerokie listwy przechodzace przerzezbieniem w wezsza plaska listwe, która z kolei jest przerzezbiona. Jak pokazano na fotografii, fig. 4 - mebel w postaci 1-drzwiowej, glebokiej szafy, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze na zewnetrznej powierzchni drzwi szafy i znajdujacej sie pod nia szuflady, która jest identyczna jak szuflady przedstawione na fotografii, fig. 1 - wokól krawedzi drzwiczek i szuflady - umieszczone sa plaskie, szerokie listwy przechodzace przerzezbieniem w wezsza plaska listwe, która z kolei jest przerzezbiona. Kazdy z opisanych powyzej elementów tworzy zestaw mebli pod nazwa „Kevin" i poszczególne jego elementy moga byc dowolnie zestawiane. Wyka z elementów zestawu mebli: 1) fig. 1 - mebel w postaci 2-drzwiowej szafy, 2) fig. 2 - mebel w postaci 2-drzwiowej, przeszklonej szafki, 3) fig. 3 - mebel w postaci szafki z pólkami, 4) fig. 4 - mebel w postaci 1-drzwiowej szafy. The essence of the design is a new form of the set of furniture, manifested in its shape, contour features, and color scheme. These furniture sets, unlike previously known furniture, feature: - a differently shaped outer door surface; - a different arrangement of individual elements; - an original arrangement of glass panes in the display cabinet. The subject of the design is shown in the attached photograph, in which Fig. 1 shows a two-door wardrobe, Fig. 2 a two-door glass cabinet, Fig. 3 a cabinet with shelves, and Fig. 4 a single-door wardrobe. As shown in the photograph, Fig. 1, a piece of furniture in the form of a two-door, deep wardrobe is characterized by the fact that the outer surface of the wardrobe door and the two drawers underneath, placed symmetrically next to each other under the wardrobe door—around the edges of each door—are placed flat, wide strips that transition through a carving into a narrower flat strip, which is in turn carved. As shown in the photograph, Fig. 2, a piece of furniture in the form of a two-door, glass-fronted wardrobe is characterized by the fact that its lowest section contains a deep, single-door cabinet that opens around an axis, which constitutes its lower, horizontal edge. Above it, there are two exposed shelves, shallower than the lowest cabinet. Above the shelves sits a two-door, glass-fronted cabinet with a distinctive pattern placed symmetrically in the center of each pane. This pattern consists of three vertical lines that flare outward at their upper ends, with the outer lines flaring outward at their upper ends. These lines are connected along their vertical section by a square with a silver square element in the center. Furthermore, the outer surfaces of the cabinet and display case doors—around their edges—feature wide, flat strips that merge through a carving into a narrower, flat strip, which is itself carved. As shown in the photograph, Fig. 3, this piece of furniture in the form of a cabinet with shelves is characterized by its lowest section containing a single-door, deep cabinet identical to the lowest cabinet in the furniture shown in photograph 2. Above it, a single column houses four shallower, open shelves. The lowest shelf is higher than the other shelves and separated by a bar. The shelves above the bar are of equal size. The second column houses a single-door wardrobe. The outer surfaces of the wardrobe doors, cabinet, and bar are lined with wide, flat strips, carved into a narrower, flat strip, which is itself carved. As shown in the photograph, fig. 4 - a piece of furniture in the form of a 1-door, deep wardrobe, is characterized in that on the outer surface of the wardrobe door and the drawer underneath it, which is identical to the drawers shown in the photograph, fig. 1 - around the edges of the door and drawer - there are flat, wide strips that pass through a carving into a narrower flat strip, which is in turn carved. Each of the elements described above creates a furniture set called "Kevin" and its individual elements can be freely combined. List of elements of the furniture set: 1) fig. 1 - a piece of furniture in the form of a 2-door wardrobe, 2) fig. 2 - a piece of furniture in the form of a 2-door, glass-fronted cabinet, 3) fig. 3 - a piece of furniture in the form of a cabinet with shelves, 4) fig. 4 - a piece of furniture in the form of a 1-door wardrobe. An important feature of the design shown in the photograph Fig. 1 is that: - it is a piece of furniture in the form of a two-door, deep wardrobe, - on the outer surface of the wardrobe door and the two drawers underneath it, placed symmetrically next to each other under the wardrobe door - around the edges of the individual doors - there are flat, wide strips that pass through a carving into a narrower flat strip, which is in turn carved. An important feature of the design presented in the photograph Fig. 2 is that: - it is a piece of furniture in the form of a 2-door, glass cabinet, - in its lowest part there is a deep 1-door cabinet opened around an axis, which is its lower, horizontal edge, - above it there are two open shelves, shallower than the lowest cabinet, - above the shelves there is a 2-door, glass cabinet with a characteristic pattern placed symmetrically in the middle of each glass pane, consisting of three vertical lines spreading sideways in their upper part, with the outer lines spreading sideways in their upper part, and additionally these lines are connected on their vertical section by a square with a silver, square element in the middle, and - on the outer surface of the cabinet door and the display case door - around them edge - there are flat, wide strips that pass through a carving into a narrower flat strip, which in turn is carved. An important feature of the design presented in the photograph Fig. 3 is that: - it is a piece of furniture in the form of a cabinet with shelves, - in its lowest part there is a single-door deep cabinet, which is identical to the lowest cabinet of the furniture presented in the photograph Fig. 2, - above it in one column there are four shallower, open shelves, the lowest shelf being higher than the other shelves and separated from them by a bar, - the shelves placed above the bar are of the same size, - in the second column there is a single-door wardrobe, and - on the outer surface of the wardrobe doors, the cabinet and the bar - around their edges - there are flat, wide strips that turn into a narrower flat strip, which is carved. An important feature of the design presented in the photograph Fig. 4 is that: - it is a a piece of furniture in the form of a 1-door wardrobe, - on the outer surface of the wardrobe door and the drawer underneath, which is identical to the drawers shown in the photo, Fig. 1 - around the edges of the door and drawer - there are flat, wide strips that turn into a narrower flat strip, which is in turn carved.
