Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw mebli skrzyniowych. Istota wzoru przejawia sie w oryginalnym ksztalcie mebli wchodzacych w sklad zestawu, jak równiez w charakterystycznym ukladzie linii utworzonym przez ozdobne listewki stanowiace element wykonczeniowy czolowych scian mebli zestawu. Znane sa rozmaite zestawy mebli skrzyniowych, w sklad których wchodza np. szafy dwudrzwiowe, szafy jednodrzwiowe, szafy wnekowe, szafy - witryny, szafy - barki, szafy z szufladami posiadajace najczesciej ksztalt prostopadloscianu. Np. z opisu wzoru zdobniczego nr 11677 znany jest zestaw skrzyniowych mebli segmentowych skladajacy sie z zestawionych obok siebie, w pionie i w poziomie, elementów zamknietych drzwiami pelnymi lub oszklonymi, a, takze, elementów posiadajacych otwarte pólki lub szuflady, zwienczonych od góry listwami maskujacymi. Przy górnych krawedziach listew mocujacych oraz w niewielkiej odleglosci od bocznych krawedzi drzwi pelnych i górnych krawedzi czól szuflad mebli znanego zestawu umieszczone sa ozdobne listwy, których dlugosc jest mniejsza od dlugosci krawedzi przy których sa umieszczone. Przedmiot wzoru zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia zestaw - w widoku ogólnym, fig.2 - zestaw - w widoku do przodu i fig.3 - zestaw - w widoku z góry.Zestaw mebli skrzyniowych wedlug wzoru ma szafe - witryne posiadajaca % szerokosci modulowej, stanowiaca centralna czesc zestawu. Szafa - witryna zawiera trzy pólki tworzace cztery skrzyniowe wneki, które sa przysloniete szklanymi drzwiami o ksztalcie pionowo usytuowanego prostokata. Szafka - witryna i przylegle do niej szafy maja szafki - podstawy, przy czym szafka - podstawa szafy - witryny posiada dwie szuflady, natomiast podstawy przyleglych szaf stanowia szafki dwudrzwiowe. Glebokosc szafy - witryny i obustronnie przyleglych do niej szaf jes t mniejsza od glebokosci ich szafek - podstaw. Skrajne elementy zestawu wedlug wzoru stanowia, z jednej strony, dwudrzwiowa szafa z szafka - podstawa dwudrzwiowa, natomiast, z drugiej strony, pólmodulowa szafa jednodrzwiowa z szafka - podstawa jednodrzwiowa, przy czym glebokosc szaf zestawu skrajnych i ich szafek - podstaw jest identyczna. Wszystkie drzwi mebli zestawu, zarówno drzwi meblowe, jak i szklane oraz szuflady szafki - podstawy szafy - witryny , w widoku od czola posiadaja ozdobne obramowania o ksztalcie prostokata wykonane z listew. Wszystkie drzwi mebli zestawu, zarówno szklane drzwi szafy - witryny, jak i drzwi meblowe oraz szuflady posiadaja ozdobne obramowania o ksztalcie prostokata wykonane z listew ( Fig. 1,2,3).Fig.1Fig.2Fig.3 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a set of cabinet furniture. The essence of the design is reflected in the original shape of the furniture pieces included in the set, as well as in the distinctive line arrangement created by decorative strips that finish the front walls of the set. Various sets of cabinet furniture are known, including double-door wardrobes, single-door wardrobes, built-in wardrobes, display cabinets, bar cabinets, and cabinets with drawers, most often in a cuboid shape. For example, the description of ornamental design no. 11677 describes a set of sectional cabinet furniture consisting of side-by-side, vertically and horizontally arranged elements enclosed by solid or glazed doors, as well as elements with open shelves or drawers, topped with decorative strips. Decorative strips are placed at the top edges of the mounting strips and a short distance from the side edges of the solid doors and the top edges of the drawer fronts of the furniture set. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the set in general view, Fig. 2 - the set in front view, and Fig. 3 - the set in top view. The set of cabinet furniture according to the design has a cabinet/display unit with a 100% modular width, constituting the central part of the set. The cabinet/display unit contains three shelves forming four cabinet-like recesses, covered by glass doors in the shape of a vertical rectangle. Adjacent to the side walls of the display cabinet are modular cabinets: on one side, a cabinet with a modular width and height cabinet with two shelves, and on the other, a cabinet with a single-door cabinet with a two-module and half-module height. Opposite the single-door and two-module cabinet, there is a single-door cabinet with a modular height and a bar cabinet below it, with rectangular, box-shaped recesses located directly above and below the bar cabinet. The display cabinet and adjacent cabinets have base cabinets, with the base cabinet of the display cabinet having two drawers, while the bases of the adjacent cabinets are double-door cabinets. The depth of the display cabinet and the cabinets adjacent to it on both sides is less than the depth of their base cabinets. The outermost elements of the set, according to the pattern, consist of, on one side, a two-door wardrobe with a cabinet – a two-door base, and, on the other side, a semi-modular single-door wardrobe with a cabinet – a single-door base. The depth of the outermost cabinets and their cabinets – bases – is identical. All doors in the set, both furniture doors and glass doors, as well as the drawers of the cabinets – the cabinet bases – and the display cabinets, have decorative rectangular frames made of slats when viewed from the front. The set according to the design will be available on the market under the name JKACPER". Essential features of the industrial design The central part of the set is a wardrobe-display cabinet, the width of which is 3 A of the modular width, and which has glass doors in the shape of a vertically arranged rectangle covering the shelves and box recesses. Adjacent to the wardrobe-display cabinet are: on one side - a wardrobe with a cabinet of modular width and height and, on the other side, a wardrobe with a single-door cabinet of two-module height and half-module width, while opposite the single-door cabinet, in the upper part there is a single-door cabinet of modular height and, below, a bar with box recesses located directly below and above it. The outermost segments of the set are: a two-door wardrobe with a two-door cabinet - base and a single-door wardrobe with a single-door cabinet - base, whereby The depth of these cabinets and the depth of their cabinet bases is identical. However, the depth of the cabinet/display unit and the cabinets adjacent to each other is smaller than the depth of their cabinet bases. All furniture doors in the set, including the glass cabinet/display unit doors, the cabinet doors, and the drawers, have decorative rectangular frames made of slats (Fig. 1, 2, 3).
