Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw mebli skrzyniowych. Istota wzoru przejawia sie w oryginalnym ksztalcie mebli wchodzacych w sklad zestawu, a przede wszystkim ksztalcie przedniej sciany szafy - komody, i szafy - witryny oraz ksztalcie górnych czesci widocznych tylnych scian szafy - komody i szafy z wneka na sprzet RT V. Znane sa róznorodne zestawy mebli skrzyniowych, w sklad których wchodza np. szafy dwudrzwiowe, szafy jednodrzwiowe, szafy wnekowe, szafy - witryny, szafy - barki, szafy z szufladami posiadajace, najczesciej, ksztalty prostopadlosciennych skrzyn. Np. z opisu zgloszenia wzoru uzytkowego nr 98791 znany jest zestaw segmentów meblowych, którego, srodkowy segment zakonczony jest, w górnej czesci daszkiem, przy czym, plaszczyzny daszku tworza kat rozwarty. Natomiast, z opisu wzoru zdobniczego nr 12310 znana jest zabudowa sciany, w sklad której wchodzi witryna, której cala plaszczyzna, a takze jej obie plaszczyzny czolowo - boczne oszklone przezroczystym szklem tworza wykusz, któiy w podstawie ma ksztalt trapezu, zas górne czesci plaszczyzn czolowo - bocznych sa sciete ku tylowi.Przedmiot wzoru zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia zestaw w widoku od przodu, fig. 2 - zestaw w widoku z góry i fig. 3 - zestaw w widoku z boku. Zestaw wedlug wzoru sklada sie z jednomodulowych szaf: szafy z pólkami, wneka i stolikiem na sprzet RTV i szafy dwudrzwiowej; szaf pólmodulowych: szafy - witryny i jednodrzwiowej szafy oraz szafki - komody z barkiem o % szerokosci modulowej, przy czym szafa - witryna i szafa dwudrzwiowa stanowia najwyzsze segmenty zestawu o identycznej wysokosci, natomiast, niewiele nizsza od nich jest jednodrzwiowa szafa, a od niej nieznacznie jest nizsza szafa z pólkami, wneka i stolikiem na sprzet RTV. Natomiast, najnizszym segmentem zestawu wedlug wzoru, jest szafa - komoda z barkiem, której stosunek wysokosci do wysokosci szafy - witryny i dwudrzwiowej szafy wynosi, okolo 2 : 3, a jej szerokosc stanowi okolo 0,8 szerokosci modulowej. Na szafie - komodzie z barkiem usytuowana jest pólka z niewielka wneka skrzyniowa, których szerokosc wynosi okolo Vi szerokosci szafy - komody, natomiast górna czesc tej szafy stanowi barek, pod którym znajduja sie: jednodrzwiowa szafa i trzy skrzyniowe wneki usytuowane pionowo w jednej linii jedna nad druga. Przednia czesc pólmodulowej szafy - witryny zestawu wedlug wzoru stanowia, przeszklone jednodrzwiowe drzwi o ksztalcie prostokata, przy czym tafla szklana ma ksztalt splaszczonej litery S zakonczonej z prawej strony prosta, pionowa krawedzia. Górna czesc szafy z pólkami, wneka i stolikiem na sprzet RTV stanowia skrzyniowe pólki, pod którymi znajduje sie duza wneka z usytuowanym w jej dolnej czesci stolikiem RTV z trzema poziomymi pólkami, których plyty górna i dolna w widoku od przodu, sa wyoblone i ich owale przestaja, w widoku z góry poza obrys scian czolowych sasiadujacych mebli zestawu wedlug wzoru. W górnej czesci pólmodulowej jednodrzwiowej szafy znajduje sie skrzyniowa wneka, a dolna je j czesc stanowi jednodrzwiowa szafka z usytuowanymi nad nia dwiema szufladami. Ponadto, górne pólkowe czesci szafy - komody z barkiem i szafy z pólkami, wneka i stolikiem RTV posiadaja tylne scianki zakonczone, od góiy, owalami, które przestaja poza obrys pólek. Zestaw bedzie osiagalny na rynku pod nazwa „KAMIL".Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Szafa - witryna o szerokosci pólmodulowej i szafa dwudrzwiowa o jednomodulowej szerokosci stanowia najwyzsze segmenty zestawu, natomiast niewiele nizsza od nich jest jednodrzwiowa szafa o szerokosci modulowej z usytuowana w jej górnej czesci wneka, a od niej nieznacznie jest nizsza szafa z pólkami, wneka i stolikiem na sprzet RTV o jednomodulowej szerokosci. Natomiast, najnizszym segmentem zestawu, jest szafa - komoda z barkiem, posiadajaca okolo 0,8 szerokosci modulowej, przy czym stosunek jej wysokosci do wysokosci szafy - witryny i dwudrzwiowej szafy wynosi, okolo 2:3 . Górna czesc szafy - komody stanowi barek, pod którym jest jednodrzwiowa szafka i trzy skrzyniowe wneki usytuowane pionowo, w jednej linii, jedna nad druga. The essence of the design is reflected in the unique shape of the furniture included in the set, primarily the shape of the front wall of the chest of drawers and the display cabinet, as well as the shape of the upper portions of the visible rear walls of the chest of drawers and the cabinet with a recess for electronics. Various sets of cabinet furniture are known, including two-door wardrobes, single-door wardrobes, built-in wardrobes, display cabinets, bar cabinets, and cabinets with drawers, most often in the shape of rectangular boxes. For example, the description of utility model application no. 98791 describes a set of furniture segments whose central segment is topped with a roof at the top, with the roof surfaces forming an obtuse angle. However, the description of ornamental design no. 12310 describes a wall installation that includes a display case, the entire surface of which, as well as both its front and side surfaces, are glazed with clear glass, creating a bay window with a trapezoidal base, while the upper parts of the front and side surfaces are beveled towards the rear. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the set from the front, Fig. 2 - the set from the top, and Fig. 3 - the set from the side. The set according to the design consists of single-module cabinets: a cabinet with shelves, a recess and a table for RTV equipment, and a two-door cabinet; Semi-modular wardrobes: a display cabinet and a single-door wardrobe, and a chest of drawers with a bar, each 100% of the modular width. The display cabinet and the double-door wardrobe are the highest segments of the set, with the single-door wardrobe being slightly lower, followed by a slightly lower wardrobe with shelves, a recess, and a TV stand. The lowest segment of the set, according to the model, is the chest of drawers with a bar, whose height to the display cabinet and double-door wardrobe is approximately 2:3, and its width is approximately 0.8 times the modular width. The wardrobe/dresser with a bar features a shelf with a small recessed compartment, approximately 1/2 the width of the wardrobe/dresser. The upper section of the wardrobe serves as a bar, beneath which are a single-door wardrobe and three recessed compartments arranged vertically in a single line, one above the other. The front section of the semi-modular wardrobe/display cabinet set, as designed, consists of a single-door, rectangular, glazed door, with the glass pane shaped like a flattened S, terminating on the right with a straight, vertical edge. The upper part of the wardrobe with shelves, a recess, and a TV stand consists of box shelves, beneath which is a large recess with a TV stand located in its lower part with three horizontal shelves. The top and bottom panels of the recessed panels, viewed from the front, are rounded, and their ovals extend beyond the outline of the front walls of the adjacent furniture set, as shown in the pattern. The upper part of the semi-modular single-door wardrobe contains a box recess, while its lower part consists of a single-door cabinet with two drawers above it. Furthermore, the upper shelf parts of the wardrobe – the chests of drawers with a bar and the cabinets with shelves, a recess, and a TV stand – have rear walls topped with ovals that extend beyond the outline of the shelves. The set will be available on the market under the name "KAMIL". Essential features of the industrial design: A half-module wide wardrobe and a single-module wide two-door wardrobe constitute the highest segments of the set. Slightly lower than these is a single-door modular wardrobe with a recess in its upper part, and slightly lower than this is a single-module wide wardrobe with shelves, a recess, and a table for RTV equipment. The lowest segment of the set is a wardrobe/chest of drawers with a bar, having approximately 0.8 of the modular width, with a ratio of its height to the height of the wardrobe/chest of drawers and the two-door wardrobe of approximately 2:3. The upper part of the wardrobe/chest of drawers constitutes a bar, under which there is a single-door cabinet and three chest-like recesses arranged vertically, in a single line, one above the other. The wardrobe/display unit has a single-leaf rectangular glass door, with the glass pane shaped like a flattened S-shaped panel, topped with a straight vertical edge on the right side. The lower part of the wardrobe with shelves and a TV stand, comprising the TV stand, has three horizontal shelves, the upper and lower of which, viewed from the front, are curved, and their ovals extend beyond the outline of the front walls of the adjacent furniture set. Furthermore, the upper shelving parts of the wardrobe – the chests of drawers with a bar and the wardrobes with shelves, a niche, and a TV stand – have rear walls topped with ovals that extend beyond the outline of the shelves.
