Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego - Fronty wszystkich drzwi i szuflad mebli zestawu maja obrzeza w postaci list- wowych ramek, przy czym listwy stanowiace ramki wybarwione sa kontrastowo w stosunku do kolorystyki frontów pozostalych, plytowych elementów mebli zestawu.- Dwudrzwiowa szafa, jednodrzwiowa szafa i szafa-witryna posiadaja iden- tyczne wysokosci, przy czym szafa z czterema jednodrzwiowymi szafkami po- siada niemal dwukrotnie mniejsza wysokosc w porównaniu z wysokoscia tych szaf, natomiast wysokosc stolika RTV jest, w przyblizeniu, dwukrotnie mniejsza od wysokosci szafy z czterema jednodrzwiowymi szafkami. Wysokosc szafy-ko- mody jest nieco mniejsza od wysokosci szafy z czterema jednodrzwiowymi szaf- kami. - Stolik RTV podzielony jest poziomo na dwie czesci, z których dolna czesc stanowi szuflada, a górna czesc, podzielona pionowo na dwie równe czesci, sta- nowia dwie skrzyniowe wneki. - Szafa z czterema jednodrzwiowymi szafkami podzielona jest pionowo i po- ziomo na cztery identyczne gabarytowo czesci. - Górna czesc szafy-witryny zamknieta jest szklanymi drzwiami, które stanowi szyba umieszczona w listwowej ramce, przy czym szyba posiada wzorzyscie piaskowane lico. - Dwudrzwiowa szafa i stolik RTV posiadaja identyczne glebokosci, które sa nieco wieksze od glebokosci pozostalych mebli zestawu wedlug wzoru (fot.). 23 PL PLThe industrial design covers a set of cabinet furniture, including a two-door wardrobe, a TV stand, a wardrobe with four single-door cabinets, a display cabinet, a single-door wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. The design is shown in the attached photograph, which shows a general view of the set. Essential features of the industrial design: The fronts of all doors and drawers in the set have slatted frames, with the slatted frames contrasting with the fronts of the other paneled furniture elements in the set. The two-door wardrobe, the single-door wardrobe, and the display cabinet have identical heights, with the wardrobe with four single-door cabinets being almost half as tall as the cabinets themselves. The height of the TV stand is approximately half as tall as the wardrobe with four single-door cabinets. The height of the chest of drawers is slightly shorter than the height of the wardrobe with four single-door cabinets. The TV stand is divided horizontally into two parts, the lower part being a drawer, and the upper part, divided vertically into two equal parts, consisting of two box-like recesses. - The wardrobe with four single-door cabinets is divided vertically and horizontally into four identically sized sections. - The upper section of the wardrobe/display cabinet is enclosed by a glass door, which consists of glass placed in a slatted frame, with the glass having a patterned sandblasted finish. - The two-door wardrobe and TV stand have identical depths, which are slightly greater than the depths of the other furniture in the set, as shown in the pattern (photo). 23 PL PL
