Zestaw mebli skrzyniowych Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw mebli skrzyniowych, w sklad którego wchodza: szafa RTV z wiszaca szafka z dwiema wydluzonymi, wiszacymi pólkami i stolikiem RTV jako szafka-podstawa oraz szafa-komoda z witryna i dwiema jednodrzwiowymi szafkami: górna i dolna. Przedmiot wzoru zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonej fotografii, która przedstawia zestaw w widoku ogólnym. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego - Wiszaca szafka szafy RTV jest usytuowana nad jednym z konców stolika RTV i ma postac wydluzonej pionowo prostopadlosciennej szafki, której wysokosc trzykrotnie przewyzsza jej szerokosc.2 - Stolik RTV podzielony jest pionowo na trzy równe czesci, przy czym dwie zewnetrzne czesci stanowia szuflady, a czesc srodkowa - niniejsza szuflada z usytuowana nad nia wneka skrzyniowa, przy czym wysokosc stolika RTV wynosi 20% jego szerokosci, a glebokosc stolika RTV jest nieznacznie wieksza od glebokosci szafy-komody z witryna. - Pomiedzy wiszaca szafka a szafa- komoda znajduje sie lacznik w postaci wydluzonej, waskiej pólki z tylna scianka, przy suma szerokosci lacznika i sze- rokosci wiszacej szafki jest równa szerokosci stolika RTV. - Nad lacznikiem w postaci wydluzonej, waskiej pólki usytuowana jest druga pólka o wiekszej szerokosci w porównaniu z szerokoscia pólkowego lacznika, której jeden z konców przylega do wiszacej szafki a drugi jej koniec przestaje nad witryne szafy-komody, przy czym druga pólka wyposazona jest, równiez, w tylna scianke. - Szafa-komoda podzielona jest pionowo na dwie nierówne czesci. Mniejsza czesc stanowi wydluzona pionowo szafka-witryna, a wieksza jej czesc: dwie jedno- drzwiowe szafki - górna i dolna. - Drzwi szafki-witryny stanowi piaskowana, trawiona szyba umieszczona w list- wowej ramie.3 - Wysokosc szafy-komody wynosi 75% szerokosci stolika RTV, a jej szerokosc wynosi, nieznacznie, ponad 200% szerokosci wiszacej szafki. - Frontowe scianki: szuflad stolika RTV, dolnej szafki szafy-komody i tylne scianki: pólkowego lacznika i drugiej pólki wybarwione sa kontrastowo w po- równaniu do kolorystyki frontów pozostalych elementów mebli zestawu wedlug wzoru (fot.).4 PL PLSet of Cabinet Furniture. The industrial design covers a set of cabinet furniture, including: a TV cabinet with a hanging cabinet with two elongated hanging shelves and a TV stand as the base unit, and a wardrobe/chest of drawers with a display cabinet and two single-door cabinets: one upper and one lower. The design is shown in the attached photograph, which shows a general view of the set. Significant features of the industrial design - The hanging cabinet of the TV stand is situated above one end of the TV stand and takes the form of a vertically elongated cuboid cabinet, the height of which is three times its width. - The TV stand is divided vertically into three equal parts, the two outer parts being drawers, and the middle part being this drawer with a chest-like recess above it. The height of the TV stand is 20% of its width, and the depth of the TV stand is slightly greater than the depth of the wardrobe-chest of drawers with a display case. - Between the hanging cabinet and the wardrobe-chest of drawers, there is a connector in the form of an elongated, narrow shelf with a rear wall. The sum of the width of the connector and the width of the hanging cabinet is equal to the width of the TV stand. - Above the connector, in the form of an elongated, narrow shelf, is a second shelf wider than the shelf connector. One end of the shelf adjoins the wall cabinet, while the other extends above the display cabinet of the wardrobe/dresser. The second shelf also has a rear panel. - The wardrobe/dresser is divided vertically into two unequal parts. The smaller part is a vertically elongated display cabinet, and the larger part consists of two single-door cabinets – upper and lower. - The doors of the display cabinet are made of sandblasted, etched glass set in a slatted frame.3 - The height of the wardrobe/dresser is 75% of the width of the TV stand, and its width is slightly over 200% of the width of the wall cabinet. - The front walls of the TV stand drawers, the lower cabinet of the wardrobe-chest of drawers and the back walls of the shelf connector and the second shelf are colored in contrast to the colors of the fronts of the other furniture elements of the set according to the pattern (photo).4 PL PL
