Przedmiot wzoru zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonej fotografii, która przedstawia zestaw w widoku ogólnym. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego - Czterodrzwiowa szafa, podzielona pionowo i poziomo na cztery czesci, sklada sie z czterech jednodrzwiowych szafek o identycznych gabarytach, przy czym wzajemny stosunek szerokosci czterodrzwiowej szafy do jej glebokosci i jej wysokosci wynosi: 2 : 1 : 3.2 - Szafka-podstawa stanowiaca stolik RTV ma postac wydluzonej szafki pokrytej blatem, przy czym szerokosc stolika RTV zestawu wedlug wzoru wynosi 200% szerokosci czterodrzwiowej szafy, zas wysokosc stolika RTV wynosi 20% jego szerokosci, przy czym glebokosc stolika RTV nieznacznie przewyzsza glebokosc czterodrzwiowej szafy i glebokosc szafy-komody. - Na jednym z konców stolika RTV usytuowana jest szafka-witryna stanowiaca wraz ze stolikiem RTV szafe RTV, która - w górnej czesci - polaczona jest z szafa-komoda poziomym lacznikiem w postaci wydluzonej poziomo szafki, przy czym ponad szafka-witryna i poziomym, szafkowym lacznikiem usytuowana jest pozioma, wydluzona pólka posiadajaca szerokosc o identycznej wielkosci co sze- rokosc stolika RTV. - Zewnetrzne krawedzie szafki-witryny sa wykonczone metalowa ramka. - Szafa-komoda, stanowiaca element zestawu o zdecydowanie najwyzszej wyso- kosci, przedzielona jest pionowo na dwie nierówne czesci: waska czesc z pólkami i szeroka czesc z trzema jednodrzwiowymi szafkami: górna, srodkowa i dolna, przy czym szerokosc szafy-komody nieznacznie jest wieksza od szerokosci czte- rodrzwiowej szafy.- Szafka-witryna, stolik RTV, poziomy lacznik pólkowy i wydluzona pólka sta- nowiace elementy szafy RTV oraz srodkowa jednodrzwiowa szafka szafy-komo- dy wybarwione sa kontrastowo w stosunku do koloru frontów pozostalych mebli wchodzacych w sklad zestawu wedlug wzoru (fot.). 34 PL PLThe industrial design covers a set of cabinet furniture, including a four-door wardrobe, a TV cabinet with a display cabinet and a TV stand as a base unit, and a wardrobe/chest of drawers with shelves and single-door cabinets. The design is shown in the attached photograph, which shows a general view of the set. Essential features of the industrial design - A four-door wardrobe, divided vertically and horizontally into four parts, consists of four single-door cabinets of identical dimensions, wherein the mutual ratio of the width of the four-door wardrobe to its depth and its height is: 2 : 1 : 3.2 - The base cabinet constituting the TV stand is in the form of an elongated cabinet covered with a top, wherein the width of the TV stand of the set according to the pattern is 200% of the width of the four-door wardrobe, and the height of the TV stand is 20% of its width, wherein the depth of the TV stand slightly exceeds the depth of the four-door wardrobe and the depth of the wardrobe-chest of drawers. - At one end of the TV stand is a display cabinet, which, together with the TV stand, constitutes a TV cabinet. The cabinet is connected to the chest of drawers at the top by a horizontal connector in the form of an elongated cabinet. Above the display cabinet and the horizontal cabinet connector is an elongated horizontal shelf, the width of which is identical to that of the TV stand. - The outer edges of the display cabinet are finished with a metal frame. - The wardrobe/chest of drawers, which is the highest element of the set, is divided vertically into two unequal parts: a narrow part with shelves and a wide part with three single-door cabinets: upper, middle, and lower, with the width of the wardrobe/chest of drawers being slightly greater than the width of the four-door wardrobe. - The display cabinet, TV stand, horizontal shelf connector, and extended shelf, which are elements of the TV cabinet, and the middle single-door cabinet of the wardrobe/chest of drawers, are colored in a contrasting color to the fronts of the other furniture pieces in the set, as shown in the pattern (photo). 34 PL PL
