Zestaw mebli skrzyniowych Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw mebli skrzyniowych, w sklad którego wchodza samodzielne segmenty: szafa jednodrzwiowa, seg- ment - barek zawierajacy, w dolnej czesci, dwudrzwiowa szafke, segment - witryna z dwoma szufladami stanowiacymi dolna czesc segmentu - witryny, szafka dwudrzwiowa i szafka narozna z pólkami, przy czym segment -barek, szafka dwudrzwiowa i szafka narozna posiadaja identyczne wysokosci, które, w przyblizeniu, wynosza 60 % wysokosci szafy jednodrzwiowej, jak równiez wysokosci segmentu - witryny. Przedmiot wzoru zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia zestaw - w widoku ogólnym, a fig.2 - zestaw - w widoku z góry. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego - Szafa jednodrzwiowa ma ksztalt wydluzonego, pionowo usytuowanego pro- stopadloscianu, przy czym stosunek wysokosci szafy jednodrzwiowej do jej szerokosci i glebokosci wynosi, w przyblizeniu, 6 : 1,4 : 1.- Dolna czesc segmentu - barku stanowi dwudrzwiowa szafka, która oddzielo- na jest od szafki - barku poziomo usytuowana, skrzyniowa wneka. - Górna czesc segmentu - witryny stanowi dwudrzwiowa szafka ze szklanymi drzwiami, których zewnetrzne boki ozdobione sa pionowo usytuowanymi listwami wybarwionymi kontrastowo w stosunku do barwy pozostalych ele- mentów mebli zestawu wedlug wzoru i posiadajacymi ksztalt zblizony do ksztaltu, usytuowanego pionowo, plaskiego dachu, przy czym taki sam ksztalt posiada poziomo usytuowana listwa stanowiaca górne zwienczenie segmentu - barku. - Fronty górnej i dolnej scianki, a takze fronty pólek naroznej szafy maja ksztalt owalu. - Segment - barek, szafka dwudrzwiowa i szafka narozna posiadaja identycz- ne wysokosci wynoszace, w przyblizeniu, 60 % wysokosci szafy jedno- drzwiowej i segmentu - witryny. - Segment - barek, segment - witryna i szafka dwudrzwiowa posiadaja identyczne szerokosci. - Szerokosc szafki naroznej wynosi 50 % szerokosci segmentu- barku, szafki dwudrzwiowej i segmentu - witryny. - Szerokosc szafy jednodrzwiowej wynosi, w przyblizeniu, 70 % szerokosci segmentu - barku, segmentu - witryny i szafki dwudrzwiowej.Fig. 1Fig. 2 PL PLSet of Cabinet Furniture. The subject of the industrial design is a set of cabinet furniture, which includes independent segments: a single-door wardrobe, a bar segment containing, in its lower section, a two-door cabinet, a display cabinet segment with two drawers constituting the lower part of the display cabinet segment, a two-door cabinet, and a corner cabinet with shelves. The bar segment, the two-door cabinet, and the corner cabinet have identical heights, which are, approximately, 60% of the height of the single-door wardrobe, as well as the height of the display cabinet segment. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the set in a general view, and Fig. 2 shows the set in a top view. Essential Features of the Industrial Design - The single-door wardrobe has the shape of an elongated, vertically oriented cuboid, with the ratio of the single-door wardrobe's height to its width and depth being, approximately, 6 : 1.4 : 1. - The lower part of the bar segment is a two-door cabinet, which is separated from the bar cabinet by a horizontally oriented chest-like recess. - The upper part of the display case segment is a two-door cabinet with glass doors, the outer sides of which are decorated with vertically oriented strips colored contrastingly to the other furniture elements of the set according to the pattern and having a shape similar to that of a vertically oriented flat roof, with the same shape as the horizontally oriented strip constituting the upper finial of the bar segment. - The fronts of the top and bottom walls, as well as the shelf fronts of the corner wardrobe, are oval-shaped. - The bar section, the two-door cabinet, and the corner cabinet have identical heights, approximately 60% of the height of the single-door cabinet and the display cabinet section. - The bar section, the display cabinet section, and the two-door cabinet have identical widths. - The width of the corner cabinet is 50% of the width of the bar section, the two-door cabinet, and the display cabinet section. - The width of the single-door cabinet is approximately 70% of the width of the bar section, the display cabinet section, and the two-door cabinet.
