Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw mebli skladajacy sie z kredensu niskiego, kredensu wysokiego, witryny, komody, szafki pod telewizor, i panelu TV. Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w cechach linii, konturów i ksztaltu mebli wchodzacych w sklad zestawu, w zastosowaniu oryginalnego wykonczenia i zdobnictwa. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej ilustracji, na której fig. 1 przedstawia kredens niski w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 przedstawia kredens wysoki w widoku z przodu, fig. 3 przedstawia witryne w widoku z przodu, fig. 4 przedstawia szafke pod telewizor w widoku z przodu, fig. 5 przedstawia komode w widoku z przodu, fig. 6 przedstawia panel TV w widoku z przodu. Wszystkie meble z zestawu, maja listwe przednia wienca górnego, która na przeciwleglych koncach ma lukowate wyciecie biegnace od krawedzi dolnej do krawedzi bocznej listwy, i szeroki ramiak pionowy zewnetrzny, który w czesci górnej ma lukowate wyciecie, ksztaltem odpowiadajace lukowatemu wycieciu listwy przedniej wienca górnego. Ramiak pionowy zewnetrzny jest na zewnetrznej krawedzi lukowato wyprofilowany. Ponadto, listwa przednia wienca górnego jest na koncach lukowato wyprofilowana tak jak ramiak pionowy zewnetrzny. Górna szuflada kredensu niskiego, kredensu wysokiego, witryny, szafki pod telewizor i komody, ma ryflowany front, przy górnej krawedzi którego znajduje sie podluzne prostokatne wciecie. Pozostale szuflady tych mebli, maja gladki, nieryflowany front, przy czym przy jego górnej krawedzi znajduje sie umieszczone centralnie poziome wciecie o lódkowatym ksztalcie. Kredens niski, kredens wysoki i witryna, maja na pionowym wewnetrznym ramiaku od strony przymyku drzwi, wciecie o lódkowatym ksztalcie. Natomiast, w komodzie symetryczne wciecia w górnym wewnetrznym rogu drzwiczek kazdej szafki, wraz z podluznym prostokatnym wcieciem w ryflowanej szufladzie górnej tworza, przy górnej krawedzi komody, podluzne wciecie o lódkowatym ksztalcie. Kazdy mebel z zestawu wedlug wzoru przemyslowego jest umieszczony na podstawie z listwy wienca dolnego, pod która znajduje sie listwa cokolowa przednia. Po przeciwleglych koncach listwy cokolowej przedniej znajduja sie dwie krótkie pionowe listwy o szerokosci równej szerokosci ramiaka pionowego zewnetrznego i umieszczone z nim w jednej linii tak, ze stanowia niejako jego przedluzenie. Krótkie pionowe listwy sa na koncach lukowato wyprofilowane tak jak ramiak pionowy zewnetrzny. Kredens niski z fig. 1 sklada sie z trzech czesci - umieszczonej po srodku czesci z trzema szufladami oraz wneka z pólka oraz umieszczonych symetrycznie po bokach dwóch czesci z przeszklonymi drzwiami. Kredens wysoki z fig. 2 sklada sie z czesci z przeszklonymi drzwiami i umieszczonych pod nia trzech szuflad. Witryna z fig. 3 sklada sie z wysokiej czesci z przeszklonymi drzwiami i umieszczonych pod nia trzech szuflad. Szafka pod telewizor z fig. 4 sklada sie z umieszczonej po srodku wneki z pólka i umieszczonych symetrycznie po jej bokach szuflad, po dwie z kazdej strony. Komoda z fig. 5 w czesci srodkowej ma cztery szuflady oraz umieszczone symetrycznie po bokach szafki z pelnymi drzwiami. Panel TV z fig. 6 sklada sie z wypelnionej plycina ramy, przy dolnej krawedzi której znajduje sie waska pólka. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Zestaw mebli wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: listwa przednia wienca górnego na przeciwleglych koncach ma lukowate wyciecie biegnace od krawedzi dolnej do krawedzi bocznej listwy, a ramiak pionowy zewnetrzny, w czesci górnej ma lukowate wyciecie, które ksztaltem odpowiada lukowatemu wycieciu listwy przedniej wienca górnego, ponadto front jednej z szuflad jest ryflowany i ma podluzne prostokatne wyciecie, natomiast drzwiczki oraz nieryflowane szuflady maja podluzne wciecie o lódkowatym ksztalcie, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonej ilustracji, od fig. 1 do fig. 6. The novelty and individual character of the design is manifested in the features of the lines, contours and shape of the furniture included in the set, in the use of original finishing and ornamentation. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows the low sideboard in a front view, Fig. 2 shows the tall sideboard in a front view, Fig. 3 shows the display cabinet in a front view, Fig. 4 shows the TV cabinet in a front view, Fig. 5 shows the chest of drawers in a front view, Fig. 6 shows the TV panel in a front view. All furniture from the set has a front top panel strip, which has an arc-shaped cut-out on opposite ends, running from the bottom edge to the side edge of the strip, and a wide external vertical frame, which has an arc-shaped cut-out in its upper part, the shape of which corresponds to the arc-shaped cut-out of the front top panel strip. The external vertical frame is arc-shaped on its outer edge. In addition, the front top panel strip is arc-shaped on its ends, just like the external vertical frame. The upper drawer of the low sideboard, high sideboard, display cabinet, TV stand and chest of drawers has a grooved front, at the upper edge of which there is a long rectangular cut-out. The remaining drawers of these pieces of furniture have a smooth, ungrooved front, with a centrally placed horizontal ice-shaped notch at its upper edge. The low sideboard, the tall sideboard and the display cabinet have an ice-shaped notch on the vertical internal frame from the door stop side. On the other hand, in the chest of drawers, symmetrical notches in the upper internal corner of the door of each cabinet, together with a long rectangular notch in the grooved upper drawer, create a long ice-shaped notch at the upper edge of the chest of drawers. Each piece of furniture from the set according to the industrial pattern is placed on a base made of a lower rim strip, under which there is a front plinth strip. At the opposite ends of the front baseboard there are two short vertical strips with a width equal to the width of the external vertical frame and placed in one line with it so that they constitute its extension. The short vertical strips are arcuately profiled at the ends like the external vertical frame. The low sideboard from Fig. 1 consists of three parts - a part with three drawers placed in the middle and a niche with a shelf and two parts with glazed doors placed symmetrically on the sides. The tall sideboard from Fig. 2 consists of a part with a glazed door and three drawers placed underneath it. The display cabinet from Fig. 3 consists of a tall part with a glazed door and three drawers placed underneath it. The TV cabinet from Fig. 4 consists of a recess with a shelf in the middle and drawers placed symmetrically on its sides, two on each side. The chest of drawers from Fig. 5 has four drawers in the middle and symmetrically placed on the sides of the cabinet with full doors. The TV panel from Fig. 6 consists of a frame filled with a panel, at the lower edge of which there is a narrow shelf. Essential features of the industrial design A set of furniture according to the industrial design has the following essential features: the front strip of the top panel has an arc-shaped cut-out running from the bottom edge to the side edge of the strip at the opposite ends, and the external vertical frame has an arc-shaped cut-out in its upper part, the shape of which corresponds to the arc-shaped cut-out of the front strip of the top panel, in addition, the front of one of the drawers is grooved and has a long rectangular cut-out, while the doors and non-grooved drawers have an elongated, ice-shaped cut-out, as shown in the attached illustration, from fig. 1 to fig. 6. The individual pieces of furniture from the set have the above-mentioned essential features characteristic of the set, as shown in the attached illustration, from fig. 1 to fig. 6. The low sideboard, the high sideboard, the display cabinet, the TV cabinet, the chest of drawers and the TV panel have a strip front of the top panel, which, at opposite ends, has an arcuate cut-out running from the bottom edge to the side edge of the strip, and a wide external vertical stile, which in its upper part has an arcuate cut-out, the shape of which corresponds to the arcuate cut-out of the front strip of the top panel, as shown in the attached illustration, from fig. 1 to fig. 6.PL 18552 3 The low sideboard, the tall sideboard, the display cabinet, the TV cabinet and the chest of drawers have an upper drawer with a fluted front and a longitudinal rectangular notch, as shown in the attached illustration, from fig. 1 to fig. 5. The remaining drawers of the low sideboard, the tall sideboard, the display cabinet, the TV cabinet and the chest of drawers have a smooth, unfluted front, at the upper edge of which there is a centrally placed horizontal notch in the shape of an ice-cream, as shown in in the attached illustration, from fig. 1 to fig. 5. On the vertical inner frame of the glazed door in the low sideboard, the tall sideboard and the display case on the side of the door stop there is a vertical indentation of an ice shape, as shown in the attached illustration, from fig. 1 to fig. 3. In the chest of drawers, symmetrical indentations in the upper inner corner of the door of each cabinet, together with a longitudinal rectangular indentation in the grooved upper drawer, form a longitudinal indentation of an ice shape at the upper edge of the chest of drawers, as shown in the attached illustration, fig. 5.
