Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw mebli skladajacy sie z kredensu niskiego, kredensu wysokiego, witryny, komody, szafki pod telewizor, i panelu TV. Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w cechach linii, konturów i ksztaltu mebli wchodzacych w sklad zestawu, w zastosowaniu oryginalnego wykonczenia i zdobnictwa. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej ilustracji, na której fig. 1 przedstawia kredens niski w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 przedstawia kredens wysoki w widoku z przodu, fig. 3 przedstawia witryne w widoku z przodu, fig. 4 przedstawia szafke pod telewizor w widoku z przodu, fig. 5 przedstawia komode w widoku z przodu, fig. 6 przedstawia panel TV w widoku z przodu. Wszystkie meble z zestawu, maja listwe przednia wienca górnego, która na przeciwleglych koncach ma lukowate wyciecie biegnace od krawedzi dolnej do krawedzi bocznej listwy, i szeroki ramiak pionowy zewnetrzny, który w czesci górnej ma lukowate wyciecie, ksztaltem odpowiadajace lukowatemu wycieciu listwy przedniej wienca górnego. Ramiak pionowy zewnetrzny jest na zewnetrznej krawedzi lukowato wyprofilowany. Ponadto, listwa przednia wienca górnego jest na koncach lukowato wyprofilowana tak jak ramiak pionowy zewnetrzny. Górna szuflada kredensu niskiego, kredensu wysokiego, witryny, szafki pod telewizor i komody, ma ryflowany front, przy górnej krawedzi którego znajduje sie podluzne prostokatne wciecie. Pozostale szuflady tych mebli, maja gladki, nieryflowany front, przy czym przy jego górnej krawedzi znajduje sie umieszczone centralnie poziome wciecie o lódkowatym ksztalcie. Kredens niski, kredens wysoki i witryna, maja na pionowym wewnetrznym ramiaku od strony przymyku drzwi, wciecie o lódkowatym ksztalcie. Natomiast, w komodzie symetryczne wciecia w górnym wewnetrznym rogu drzwiczek kazdej szafki, wraz z podluznym prostokatnym wcieciem w ryflowanej szufladzie górnej tworza, przy górnej krawedzi komody, podluzne wciecie o lódkowatym ksztalcie. Kazdy mebel z zestawu wedlug wzoru przemyslowego jest umieszczony na podstawie z listwy wienca dolnego, pod która znajduje sie listwa cokolowa przednia. Po przeciwleglych koncach listwy cokolowej przedniej znajduja sie dwie krótkie pionowe listwy o szerokosci równej szerokosci ramiaka pionowego zewnetrznego i umieszczone z nim w jednej linii tak, ze stanowia niejako jego przedluzenie. Krótkie pionowe listwy sa na koncach lukowato wyprofilowane tak jak ramiak pionowy zewnetrzny. Kredens niski z fig. 1 sklada sie z trzech czesci - umieszczonej po srodku czesci z trzema szufladami oraz wneka z pólka oraz umieszczonych symetrycznie po bokach dwóch czesci z przeszklonymi drzwiami. Kredens wysoki z fig. 2 sklada sie z czesci z przeszklonymi drzwiami i umieszczonych pod nia trzech szuflad. Witryna z fig. 3 sklada sie z wysokiej czesci z przeszklonymi drzwiami i umieszczonych pod nia trzech szuflad. Szafka pod telewizor z fig. 4 sklada sie z umieszczonej po srodku wneki z pólka i umieszczonych symetrycznie po jej bokach szuflad, po dwie z kazdej strony. Komoda z fig. 5 w czesci srodkowej ma cztery szuflady oraz umieszczone symetrycznie po bokach szafki z pelnymi drzwiami. Panel TV z fig. 6 sklada sie z wypelnionej plycina ramy, przy dolnej krawedzi której znajduje sie waska pólka. The design's novelty and individual character are evident in the lines, contours, and shape of the furniture included in the set, and in the use of original finishes and ornamentation. The industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows the sideboard from the front, Fig. 2 shows the tall sideboard from the front, Fig. 3 shows the display cabinet from the front, Fig. 4 shows the TV stand from the front, Fig. 5 shows the chest of drawers from the front, and Fig. 6 shows the TV panel from the front. All furniture in the set features a front panel molding with an arcuate cutout at opposite ends, extending from the bottom edge to the side edge of the molding. A wide, external vertical rail has an arcuate cutout at the top, corresponding in shape to the arcuate cutout in the front panel molding. The external vertical rail is arcuately profiled on its outer edge. Furthermore, the front panel molding is arcuately profiled at its ends, just like the external vertical rail. The top drawer of the low sideboard, tall sideboard, display cabinet, TV stand, and chest of drawers has a grooved front, with a long rectangular cutout at its upper edge. The remaining drawers of these pieces have a smooth, ungrooved front, with a central, horizontal, ice-shaped indentation at its top edge. The low sideboard, tall sideboard, and display cabinet each have an ice-shaped indentation on the vertical inner stile facing the door. Meanwhile, in the chest of drawers, symmetrical indentations in the upper inner corner of each cabinet door, along with a long, rectangular indentation in the grooved upper drawer, create a long, ice-shaped indentation at the chest of drawers' top edge. Each piece of furniture in the industrial-style set rests on a base made of a bottom panel slat, beneath which lies a front plinth slat. At opposite ends of the front plinth are two short vertical slats, each equal in width to the outer vertical stile, placed in line with it, acting as its extension. The short vertical slats are arched at their ends, like the outer vertical stile. The low sideboard in Fig. 1 consists of three parts – a central section with three drawers and a recess with a shelf, and two symmetrically placed sections with glass doors on the sides. The tall sideboard in Fig. 2 consists of a section with a glass door and three drawers underneath. The display case in Fig. 3 consists of a tall section with a glass door and three drawers underneath. The TV stand in Fig. 4 consists of a central recess with a shelf and symmetrically placed drawers on its sides, two on each side. The chest of drawers in Fig. 5 has four drawers in its center and symmetrically placed cabinets with solid doors on the sides. The TV panel in Fig. 6 consists of a frame filled with a panel, along the lower edge of which is a narrow shelf. Essential features of the industrial design A set of furniture according to the industrial design has the following essential features: the front strip of the top panel at the opposite ends has an arched cut-out running from the bottom edge to the side edge of the strip, and the vertical outer frame in its upper part has an arched cut-out, the shape of which corresponds to the arched cut-out of the front strip of the top panel, furthermore, the front of one of the drawers is grooved and has a longitudinal rectangular cut-out, while the doors and non-grooved drawers have a longitudinal cut-out in the shape of an ice-cream, as shown in the attached illustration from Fig. 1 to Fig. 6. The individual pieces of furniture in the set have the above-mentioned essential features characteristic of the set, as shown in the attached illustration from Fig. 1 to Fig. 6. The low sideboard, the tall sideboard, the display cabinet, the TV stand, the chest of drawers and the TV panel have a strip front of the top panel, which, at opposite ends, has an arched cut-out running from the bottom edge to the edge of the side panel, and a wide external vertical stile, which in its upper part has an arched cut-out, the shape of which corresponds to the arched cut-out of the front panel of the top panel, as shown in the attached illustration from Fig. 1 to Fig. 6.PL 18552 3 The low sideboard, the tall sideboard, the display cabinet, the TV stand and the chest of drawers have an upper drawer with a fluted front and a longitudinal rectangular notch, as shown in the attached illustration from Fig. 1 to Fig. 5.
