Zglaszany do ochrony wzór przemyslowy przedstawiony zostal na ilustracji fig. 1, natomiast fig. 2 i fig. 3 - przedstawiaja jego kolejne postacie, tj. odmiany wzoru przemyslowego, tworzace lacznie komplet mebli. The industrial design submitted for protection is shown in Figure 1, while Figures 2 and 3 depict its subsequent forms, i.e., variations of the industrial design, which together form a furniture set. List of varieties of the industrial design: 1) single-door wardrobe with a display cabinet - fig. 1, 2) TV cabinet - fig. 2, 3) single-door wardrobe with a left-sided display cabinet - fig. 3. An essential feature of the industrial design shown in fig. 1 - a single-door wardrobe with a display cabinet - is that: - the wardrobe is basically divided vertically in half, one part of it is a single-door wardrobe, while the other part is a glazed single-door cabinet - a display cabinet with a drawer underneath, wherein - the display cabinet is glazed in the corner, i.e. part of the front wall of the door and part of the side wall adjacent to the door are glazed; - the outer surfaces of the wardrobe doors, display cabinet, and drawer are finished in the same color as the side walls of the wardrobe; - the doors and drawers are distinguished by large, horizontal handles. An important feature of the industrial design variant shown in Fig. 2 – the TV cabinet – is that: - its width corresponds to the width of the single-door wardrobe with display cabinet described above, shown in Fig. 1, and its depth is slightly greater than the depth of the single-door wardrobe with display cabinet; - its lowest section contains a low, deep section, vertically divided in half, creating two spaces, one of which contains two open shelves, while the other contains two drawers, one above the other; - above the described element there is a shallower element closed with a back wall, the main, lower part of which is empty, and its upper part consists of two, offset, open shelves whose length is less than the width of the cabinet; - the external surfaces of the drawers, shelves and the back wall are made in the same color as the side walls of the cabinet; - the drawers are distinguished by large, horizontal handles.
