Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw meblowy przeznaczony do wyposazenia mieszkan, zwlaszcza przedpokoju lub pokoju w dowolnych konfiguracjach. W sklad zestawu meblowego wedlug wzoru przemyslowego wchodza: szafa dwudrzwiowa, szafa jednodrzwiowa z lustrem i szuflada, wieszak waski, wieszaki szerokie z lustrem, szufladami i/lub drzwiczkami, komody niskie z szufladami i drzwiczkami i komody wysokie z szufladami i/lub drzwiczkami. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie oraz ukladzie linii krawedzi jego elementów. Ponadto wzdluz sciany bocznej lewej i prawej szafa posiada elementy wyprofilowane o ksztalcie lagodnego luku w górnej czesci przebiegajacego w kierunku „do szafy" a w dolnej czesci przebiegajacego w kierunku „od szafy" dajac wrazenie, ze szafa ma ksztalt „beczulkowaty". Ponadto szafa posiada na drzwiach lustro o ksztalcie elipsy odwróconej o 90°. Wieszak waski (fig. 3) posiada przedluzenie górnej czesci o element wyprofilowany w ksztalcie lagodnego luku przebiegajacego od lewej krawedzi wieszaka po prawa krawedz w kierunku ku górze. Ponadto wzdluz scian bocznych dolnej, zamknietej czesci wieszak posiada elementy wyprofilowane o ksztalcie lagodnego luku w górnej czesci przebiegajacego w kierunku „do szafki" a w dolnej czesci przebiegajacego w kierunku „od szafki" dajac wrazenie, ze szafka dolna ma ksztalt „beczulkowaty". Ponadto wzdluz scian bocznych dolnej, zamknietej czesci wieszak posiada elementy wyprofilowane o ksztalcie lagodnego luku w górnej czesci przebiegajacego w kierunku „do szafki" a w dolnej czesci przebiegajacego w kierunku „od szafki" dajac wrazenie, ze szafka dolna ma ksztalt „beczulkowaty". A furniture set based on an industrial design includes: a two-door wardrobe, a single-door wardrobe with a mirror and a drawer, a narrow coat rack, wide coat racks with a mirror, drawers and/or doors, low chests of drawers with drawers and doors, and tall chests of drawers and/or doors. The essence of an industrial design is a new form of the object, aimed at aesthetic purposes, manifested in its shape and the arrangement of the edges of its elements. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached illustrative material, in which fig. 1 shows a two-door wardrobe in a front view, fig. 2 shows a single-door wardrobe with a mirror and a drawer in a front view, fig. 3 shows a narrow hanger in a front view, fig. 4 shows a wide hanger with a mirror in a front view, fig. 5 shows a wide hanger with a mirror and a seat in a front view, fig. 6 shows a low chest of drawers with two drawers and one door in a front view, fig. 7 shows a low chest of drawers with four drawers and two doors in a front view, fig. 8 shows a low chest of drawers with two drawers and two doors in a front view, fig. 9 shows a tall chest of drawers with three drawers in a front view, fig. 10 shows a tall chest of drawers with two drawers and two doors in a front view. The two-door wardrobe (fig. 1) has a profiled upper element protruding above the top panel, shaped like a gentle arc, running from the left edge of the wardrobe to the right edge upwards. Furthermore, along the left and right side walls, the wardrobe has profiled elements in the shape of a gentle arc in the upper section, running towards the wardrobe and away from the wardrobe in the lower section, giving the impression of a barrel-shaped wardrobe. The single-door wardrobe with a mirror and a drawer (fig. 2) has a profiled upper element protruding above the top panel, shaped like a gentle arc, running from the left edge of the wardrobe to the right edge upwards. Moreover, along the left and right side walls, the wardrobe has profiled elements in the shape of a gentle arc in the upper part, running towards the wardrobe and in the lower part running away from the wardrobe, giving the impression that the wardrobe is "barrel-shaped." Furthermore, the wardrobe has a mirror in the shape of an ellipse turned by 90° on the door. The narrow hanger (fig. 3) has an extension of the upper part with an element profiled in the shape of a gentle arc running from the left edge of the hanger to the right edge upwards. Furthermore, along the side walls of the lower, closed part, the hanger has profiled elements in the shape of a gentle arc in the upper part, running towards the wardrobe and in the lower part running away from the wardrobe, giving the impression that the lower cabinet is "barrel-shaped." The wide hanger with a mirror (fig. 4) has an extension of the upper part with a profiled element in the shape of a gentle arc running from the left edge of the hanger to the right edge upwards. Furthermore, along the side walls of the lower, closed part, the hanger has profiled elements in the shape of a gentle arc in the upper part running "towards the cabinet" and in the lower part running "away from the cabinet," giving the impression that the lower cabinet is "barrel-shaped." Furthermore, the hanger has a mirror in the shape of an ellipse turned 90° on one side. The wide hanger with a mirror and seat (fig. 5) has an extension of the upper part with a profiled element in the shape of a gentle arc running from the left edge of the hanger to the right edge upwards. Moreover, along the side walls of the lower, closed part, the hanger has profiled elements in the shape of a gentle arc in the upper part running "towards the cabinet" and in the lower part running "away from the cabinet," giving the impression that the lower cabinet is "barrel-shaped." Furthermore, the hanger has a mirror in the shape of an ellipse turned 90° on one side and a seat on the opposite. The low chest of drawers with two drawers and one door (fig. 6) has a profiled upper element in the shape of a gentle arc protruding above the top, running from the left edge of the chest of drawers to the right edge upwards. Moreover, along the left and right side walls, the chest of drawers has a profiled element in the shape of a gentle arc in the upper part, running towards the chest of drawers and in the lower part running away from the chest of drawers, giving the impression that the chest of drawers is "barrel-shaped". The low chest of drawers with three drawers and two doors (fig. 7) has in the rear part a protruding upper element above the top, profiled in the shape of a gentle arc, running from the left edge of the chest of drawers to the right edge upwards. Moreover, along the left and right side walls, the chest of drawers has a profiled element in the shape of a gentle arc in the upper part, running towards the chest of drawers and in the lower part running away from the chest of drawers, giving the impression that the chest of drawers is "barrel-shaped". The low chest of drawers with two drawers and two doors (fig. 8) has a top element protruding above the top, profiled in the shape of a gentle arc, extending from the left edge of the chest of drawers to the right edge upwards. Furthermore, along the left and right side walls, the chest of drawers has a profiled element in the shape of a gentle arc in the upper part, extending towards the chest of drawers and in the lower part, extending away from the chest of drawers, giving the impression of a barrel-shaped chest of drawers. The tall chest of drawers with three drawers (fig. 9) has a profiled element along the left and right side walls, in the shape of a gentle arc in the upper part, extending towards the chest of drawers and in the lower part, extending away from the chest of drawers, giving the impression of a barrel-shaped chest of drawers. The tall chest of drawers with two drawers and two doors (fig. 10) has a profiled element along the left and right side walls in the shape of a gentle arc in the upper part running towards the chest of drawers and in the lower part running away from the chest of drawers, giving the impression that the chest of drawers is "barrel-shaped". The set may be made in a different veneer than shown in the photos. The narrow hanger, the wide hanger with a mirror, and the wide hanger with a mirror and seat have their top section extended with a profiled element shaped like a gentle arc, extending from the left edge of the hanger to the right edge upward. The wide hanger with a mirror and the wide hanger with a mirror and seat have a mirror on one side, shaped like an ellipse turned 90°.
