Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest komplet mebli znajdujacy zastosowanie jako wyposazenie garderoby. Komplet mebli sklada sie z: szafy, szafki stojacej, szafki wiszacej, lustra, szerokiego wieszaka i waskiego wieszaka. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, barwie, zastosowaniu oryginalnego wykonczenia, które nadaja meblowi swoisty oryginalny wyglad zmierzajacy do podniesienia cech estetycznych, przez co mebel uzyskuje korzystne cechy zdobnicze i uzytkowe. Komplet mebli do garderoby wedlug wzoru przemyslowego przeznaczony jest do wielokrotnego odtwarzania w produkcji przemyslowej. Szafka stojaca przedstawiona na zalaczonym rysunku na fig. 2 i Fot. 2, sklada sie z trzech szuflad ustawionych pionowo, przy czym górna szuflada jest nizsza od dwóch pozostalych i czolo tej szuflady jest w kolorze bialym, a pozostale czesci mebla wybarwione sa na kolor debu nelsona. The furniture set consists of a wardrobe, a base cabinet, a wall cabinet, a mirror, a wide coat rack, and a narrow coat rack. The essence of an industrial design is a new form of the object, manifested in shape, color, and the use of an original finish, which gives the furniture a distinctive, original appearance aimed at enhancing its aesthetic qualities, thus providing it with beneficial decorative and functional properties. A wardrobe furniture set based on an industrial design is intended for repeated reproduction in industrial production. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached collective drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a general view of the wardrobe, Fig. 2 – a general view of the standing cabinet, Fig. 3 – a general view of the hanging cabinet, Fig. 4 – a general view of the mirror, Fig. 5 – a general view of the wide hanger, and Fig. 6 – a general view of the narrow hanger. For a better illustration of the industrial design, we are additionally attaching photographs showing a complete set of wardrobe furniture, corresponding to the same numbers from Photo 1 to Photo 7. 6. Essential Features of the Industrial Design: This wardrobe set features a unique two-tone color scheme in a contrasting shade of Nelson oak, connected by a distinctive repeating element: a white horizontal stripe across the top drawer fronts of the base and wall cabinets, a lower mirror frame, a white shelf, a white stripe across the center of the wide hanger, and a white vertical stripe on the wardrobe door. A further distinctive feature of this wardrobe set is the beveled finish of each top and bottom visible element: the drawer fronts of the base and wall cabinets, the mirror panel, the wardrobe front door, the wide hanger panel, and the narrow hanger panels. The set's originality is emphasized by the elongated horizontal drawer handles, the vertical handle on the wardrobe front door, and the horizontal railing under the shelf in a wide hanger, as shown in the attached drawing from Fig. 1 to Fig. 6 and photographs from Photo 1 to Photo 6. This design is featured in all the furniture pieces in the wardrobe, allowing for a highly individual character for the entire set. The wardrobe shown in the attached drawing in Fig. 1 and Photo 1 is a two-tone color, namely, it is stained Nelson oak, with a contrasting vertical white stripe on the right side of the door. The wardrobe doors have chamfered ends at both the top and bottom, and an elongated vertical handle is mounted on the colored section. The freestanding cabinet shown in the attached drawing in Fig. 2 and Photo 1. 2, consists of three vertically arranged drawers, with the top drawer being lower than the other two and its front panel being white, while the remaining parts of the furniture are stained Nelson oak. The fronts of each drawer have chamfered ends at both the top and bottom. The drawer fronts are equipped with elongated horizontal handles. The wall-hung cabinet shown in the attached drawing in Fig. 3 and Photo 3, consists of two vertically arranged drawers of the same height, with the top drawer front being white, and the remaining parts of the wall-hung cabinet stained Nelson oak. The drawer fronts at both the top and bottom have chamfered ends. The drawer fronts are equipped with elongated horizontal handles. The mirror shown in the attached drawing in Fig. 4 and Photo 3, 4, has a board stained in the color of Nelson oak, with a horizontal white stripe visible at the bottom. The mirror board has chamfered ends at both the top and bottom. The wide hanger, shown in the attached drawing in Fig. 5 and Photo 5, consists of a flat board stained in the color of Nelson oak, with a white stripe in the center of the board and a white shelf mounted at the top with a horizontal railing reminiscent of the furniture's elongated handles. The board has chamfered ends at the top and bottom. The hanger is equipped with several individual hooks for hanging. The two narrow hanger boards, shown in the attached drawing in Fig. 6 and Photo 6, are stained in the color of Nelson oak and have chamfered ends at both the top and bottom of the board.
