Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw mebli przeznaczony do wyposazenia pomiesz- czen dziennych lub salonów. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac mebli przejawiajaca sie w cechach linii kontu- rów, ksztaltów, barwie, wlasciwosciach powierzchni oraz oryginalnym ukladzie czesci otwartych i pel- nych mebli, które nadaja meblom swoisty oryginalny i indywidualny wyglad estetyczny, przez co mebel uzyskuje korzystne cechy wyrózniajace i uzytkowe. Zestaw mebli wedlug wzoru przemyslowego stanowi komoda szklana, komoda pelna, witryna wysoka, witryna niska, szafka wiszaca. Zestaw mebli wedlug wzoru przemyslowego przeznaczony jest do odtwarzania w produkcji przemyslowej. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia komode szklana w widoku ogólnym, fig. 2 – komode pelna w widoku ogólnym, fig. 3 – witryne wysoka w widoku ogólnym, fig. 4 – witryne niska w widoku ogólnym, fig. 5 – szafke wiszaca w widoku ogólnym i rysunek zbiorczy. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Zestaw mebli charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma oryginalna dwukolorowa barwe, a mianowicie wy- konany jest w kolorze bialym i kolorze debu naturalnego. We wszystkich meblach wchodzacych w sklad zestawu zastosowano charakterystyczne scianki górne, dolne wychodzace do przodu. Nastepna cecha indywidualna sa charakterystyczne drzwiczki pólek zamykanych, które skladaja sie z trzech czesci pelnej przezroczystej – szklanej i pelnej, przy czym czesc przezroczysta szklana z piaskowanymi krawedziami, otoczona jest aluminiowa ramka o szerokosci dopasowanej do grubosci czesci pelnych. Szklana komoda jest to prostopadloscian, który po bokach posiada pólki zamykane na pelne drzwiczki, a posrodku barek z trzema szufladami. Szerokosc pelnych drzwiczek pólek jest mniejsza niz szerokosc trzech szuflad z barkiem. Szuflady maja taka sama wysokosc. Wysokosc barku znajdu- jacego sie nad szufladami jest wieksza od wysokosci szuflad. Barek zamykany jest szklanymi drzwiczkami z piaskowanymi krawedziami otoczonymi aluminiowa ramka. Wnetrze barku jest w kolo- rze debu naturalnego i jest podswietlane. Pelna komoda jest to prostopadloscian, który po bokach posiada pólki zamykane na pelne drzwiczki, a posrodku piec szuflad. Szerokosc pelnych drzwiczek pólek jest mniejsza niz szerokosc pieciu szuflad. Szuflady maja taka sama wysokosc. Dwie górne szuflady sa w kolorze debu naturalnego. Witryna wysoka jest to podluzny prostopadloscian, którego wnetrze stanowi pólke zamykana drzwiczkami skladajacymi z trzech czesci: pelnej, przezroczystej – szklanej i pelnej, przy czym czesc przezroczysta szklana z piaskowanymi krawedziami, otoczona jest aluminiowa ramka o szerokosci dopasowanej do grubosci czesci pelnych. Wewnatrz pólka jest w kolorze debu naturalnego i w czesci zamykanej czescia oszklona drzwiczek, która jest dzielona trzema plytami szklanymi na cztery pólki, posiada oswietlenie. Drzwiczki na czesci szklanej posiadaja uchwyt. Witryna niska jest to podluzny prostopadloscian, którego wnetrze stanowi pólke zamykana drzwiczkami skladajacymi z trzech czesci: pelnej, przezroczystej – szklanej i pelnej, przy czym czesc przezroczysta szklana z piaskowanymi krawedziami, otoczona jest aluminiowa ramka o szerokosci dopasowanej do grubosci czesci pelnych. Wewnatrz pólka jest w kolorze debu naturalnego i w czesci zamykanej czescia oszklona drzwiczek, która jest dzielona dwoma plytami szklanymi na trzy pólki, posiada oswietlenie. The essence of an industrial design is a new form of furniture, manifested in the characteristics of lines, contours, shapes, colors, surface properties, and the original arrangement of open and solid furniture parts. These give the furniture a unique and individual aesthetic appearance, giving the furniture favorable distinctive and functional characteristics. A furniture set according to the industrial design consists of a glass chest of drawers, a solid chest of drawers, a tall display cabinet, a low display cabinet, and a wall-mounted cabinet. A furniture set according to the industrial design is intended for reproduction in industrial production. The industrial design subject is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a general view of a glass chest of drawers, Fig. 2 – a general view of a solid chest of drawers, Fig. 3 – a general view of a tall display cabinet, Fig. 4 – a general view of a low display cabinet, Fig. 5 – a general view of a wall-hung cabinet and a collective drawing. Essential features of the industrial design: The furniture set is characterized by its original two-tone color scheme: white and natural oak. All pieces of furniture in the set feature distinctive upper and lower walls that extend forward. Another distinctive feature is the distinctive doors of the closed shelves, which consist of three parts: one solid, transparent glass and one solid. The transparent glass part with sandblasted edges is surrounded by an aluminum frame whose width matches the thickness of the solid parts. The glass dresser is a cuboid with full-door shelves on the sides and a bar cabinet with three drawers in the center. The width of the full-door shelves is smaller than the width of the three drawers in the bar cabinet. The drawers are the same height. The height of the bar cabinet above the drawers is greater than the height of the drawers. The bar cabinet is closed with glass doors with sandblasted edges framed by an aluminum frame. The interior of the bar cabinet is finished in natural oak and is illuminated. The full-door dresser is a cuboid with full-door shelves on the sides and five drawers in the center. The width of the full-door shelves is smaller than the width of the five drawers. The drawers are the same height. The top two drawers are finished in natural oak. A tall display case is an elongated cuboid whose interior consists of a shelf closed by a door consisting of three parts: solid, transparent glass, and solid. The transparent glass part with sandblasted edges is surrounded by an aluminum frame whose width matches the thickness of the solid parts. The interior shelf is in natural oak color, and the closed part consists of a glazed door, which is divided into four shelves by three glass panels and has lighting. The door on the glass part has a handle. A low display case is an elongated cuboid whose interior consists of a shelf closed by a door consisting of three parts: solid, transparent glass, and solid. The transparent glass part with sandblasted edges is surrounded by an aluminum frame whose width matches the thickness of the solid parts. The interior shelf is finished in natural oak and features lighting in the closed section, which is divided into three shelves by two glass panels. The door on the glass section has a handle. The wall-hung cabinet is a cuboid, the interior of which is a shelf closed by two identical doors consisting of three sections: solid, transparent glass, and solid. The transparent glass section with sandblasted edges is surrounded by an aluminum frame, the width of which matches the thickness of the solid sections.
