Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem zglaszanego wzoru przemyslowego jest zaprezentowany na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym „Fig." 1 oraz rysunkach „Fig." 2 zestaw mebli systemowych, skladajacy sie z opisanych ponizej elementów: A - Slupek, B - Pólszafa, C - Szafa, D - Pólwitryna, E - Nadstawka stolika RTV, F - Stolik RTV, G - komoda z drzwiczkami, H - Komoda, I - Stolik RTV (wolno stojacy). Slupek - „Fig." 1A - zostal wyposazony w dwoje drzwiczek: nieco krótsze górne oraz dolne dluzsze. W centralne czesci znajduje sie pólka, która podnosi walory wizualne tego elementu oraz jego funkcjonalnosc. Drzwiczki maja zamontowane uchwyty aluminiowe. W przypadku drzwiczek górnych uchwyt ten jest zamontowany w lewej dolnej czesci, a w przypadku drzwiczek dolnych, w lewej górnej czesci. Slupek ten posiada takze cztery stópki o przekroju kwadrata. Fronty slupka maja kolor zblizony do bialego, a wszystkie pozostale elementy oraz wnetrze mebla w kolorze ciemnym, zblizonym do czarnego. Pólszafa - „Fig." 1B - sklada sie z jednych pionowych drzwi i umieszczonym w ich polowie wysokosci uchwycie. Posiada takze cztery kwadratowe stópki. Front wykonany jest w kolorze jasnym, a wnetrze i pozostale elementy w kolorze ciemnym. Pod wzgledem szerokosci oraz pojemnosci pólszafa stanowi polowe wielkosci szafy, opisanej ponizej. Szafa - „Fig." 1C, to mebel skladajacy sie z dwóch pionowych drzwi na których zamontowane zostaly dwa podluzne uchwyty. Podobnie jak w innych meblach zestawu, elementy frontowe sa wykonane w jasnej barwie, a wnetrze oraz pozostale w kolorze ciemnym. Szafa posiada cztery kwadratowe stópki. Pólwitryna - „Fig." 1D, to jeden z najbardziej charakterystycznych mebli z calego zestawu mebli systemowych. Sklada sie ona z drzwiczek górnych z szyba oraz drzwiczek dolnych (pelnych). Front drzwiczek szklanych jest od wewnetrznej krawedzi wykonczony aluminiowa listwa ozdobna, podnoszaca walory estetyczne calosci mebla. Pólwitryna ta podobnie jak inne elementy, zostala wykonana w technice dwukolorowej, tj. jasne fronty drzwiczkowe, a reszta w ciemnym wybawieniu. Wewnatrz pólwitryny znajduja sie trzy podswietlane szklane pólki, co jest widoczne na fotografii „Fig." 1D. W pólwitrynie zamontowano dwa pionowe uchwyty po jednym dla drzwiczek pelnych oraz drzwiczek z szyba. Posiada tez cztery kwadratowe stopki. Nadstawka RTV - „Fig." 1E, jest to element, który integralnie zwiazany jest ze stolikiem RTV opisywanym ponizej. Mebel ten posiada tylko jeden front drzwiczkowy ze szklem, umieszczony w górnej czescia pod wiencem górnym nadstawki RTV. Front ten posiada jeden poziomy uchwyt i jest jedynym elementem wykonanym w jasnym wybarwieniu. Nadstawka RTV posiada dwie przegrody: lewa z trzema waskimi pólkami oraz prawa, z dwiema szerokimi pólkami - pod frontem drzwiczkowym. Pólki szerokie mozna wymontowac, dzieki czemu zyskuje sie przestrzen pod sprzet RTV. Stolik RTV - „Fig." 1F, stanowi podstawe dla nadstawki RTV. Moze byc takze uzywany jako mebel samodzielny. Sklada sie on z drzwiczek umieszczonych po lewej stronie stolika, centralnie zamieszczonej pólki oraz dwóch szuflad. Fronty drzwiczek oraz szuflad wykonane sa w kolorze jasnym. Pozostale elementy maja kolor ciemny. Stolik posiada trzy uchwyty: jeden zamontowany do frontu drzwiczkowego, a dwa do frontów szufladowych. Stolik RTV posiada tez cztery kwadratowe stópki. Komoda z drzwiczkami - „Fig." 1G. Mebel ten sklada sie z umieszczonych centralnie czterech szuflad oraz dwóch drzwiczek. Kazdy z tych elementów posiada po jednym uchwycie oraz piec stópek, w tym jedna umieszczona centralnie, w dolnym wiencu. Wszystkie elementy frontowe maja kolor jasny, a pozostale plaszczyzny kolor ciemny. Komoda szufladowa - „Fig." 1H posiada cztery identycznej wielkosci szuflady do których zamocowane sa pojedyncze uchwyty. Wszystkie fronty wykonane sa w kolorze jasnym. Pozostale elementy maja wybarwienie ciemne. Komoda osadzona jest na czterech kwadratowych stópkach. Stolik RTV - „Fig." 1I, jest to samodzielny, wolnostojacy mebel pod telewizor lub inny sprzet RTV. Posiada on jedne drzwiczki umieszczone po lewej stronie stolika oraz otwartej pólki. The column - "Fig." 1A - is equipped with two doors: a slightly shorter upper one and a longer lower one. In the central part there is a shelf that increases the visual value of this element and its functionality. The doors have aluminum handles mounted. In the case of the upper door, this handle is mounted in the lower left part, and in the case of the lower door, in the upper left part. This column also has four square feet. The column fronts are close to white, while all other elements and the interior of the furniture are dark, close to black. The half-wardrobe - "Fig." 1B - consists of one vertical door with a handle placed halfway up. It also has four square feet. The front is light, while the interior and other elements are dark. In terms of width and capacity, the half-wardrobe is half the size of the wardrobe described below. The wardrobe - "Fig." 1C, is a piece of furniture consisting of two vertical doors with two elongated handles mounted on them. As with the other pieces of furniture in the set, the front elements are light, while the interior and other elements are dark. The wardrobe has four square feet. The half-wardrobe - "Fig." 1D is one of the most distinctive pieces of furniture in the entire system furniture set. It consists of an upper glass door and a lower (solid) door. The glass door front is finished on the inner edge with a decorative aluminum strip, enhancing the aesthetic value of the entire piece. This half-display cabinet, like the other elements, was made using a two-tone technique, i.e., light door fronts, and the rest in a dark shade. Inside the half-display cabinet are three illuminated glass shelves, as shown in "Fig." 1D. The half-display cabinet features two vertical handles, one for the solid door and one for the glass door. It also has four square feet. The TV extension - "Fig." 1E, is an integral part of the TV stand described below. This piece of furniture has only one glass door front, located in the upper part under the top panel of the TV unit. This front has a single horizontal handle and is the only element finished in a light color. The TV unit has two compartments: the left one with three narrow shelves and the right one with two wide shelves - under the door front. The wide shelves can be removed, thus creating space for TV equipment. The TV unit table - "Fig." 1F, forms the base for the TV unit. It can also be used as a standalone piece. It consists of a door located on the left side of the table, a central shelf, and two drawers. The door and drawer fronts are finished in a light color. The remaining elements are dark. The table has three handles: one attached to the door front and two to the drawer fronts. The TV unit also has four square feet. Chest of drawers with doors - "Fig." 1G. This piece of furniture consists of four centrally placed drawers and two doors. Each of these elements has one handle and five feet, including one located centrally, in the lower panel. All front elements are light in color, while the remaining surfaces are dark in color. Drawer chest - "Fig." 1H has four identically sized drawers with single handles attached to them. All fronts are made in light in color. The remaining elements are dark in color. The chest of drawers rests on four square feet. TV stand - "Fig." 1I, is a standalone, free-standing piece of furniture for a TV or other RTV equipment. It has one door located on the left side of the table and an open shelf.
