Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw mebli przeznaczony do wyposazenia pomiesz- czen dziennych lub salonów. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac mebli przejawiajaca sie w cechach linii kontu- rów, ksztaltów, barwie, wlasciwosciach powierzchni oraz oryginalnym ukladzie czesci otwartych i pel- nych mebli, które nadaja meblom swoisty oryginalny i indywidualny wyglad estetyczny, przez co mebel uzyskuje korzystne cechy wyrózniajace i uzytkowe. Zestaw mebli wedlug wzoru przemyslowego stanowi biblioteczka szeroka do kominka, biblio- teczka do kominka, obudowa z wkladem do kominka. Zestaw mebli wedlug wzoru przemyslowego przeznaczony jest do odtwarzania w produkcji przemyslowej. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 – biblioteczke szeroka do kominka w widoku ogólnym, fig. 2 – biblioteczke do kominka w widoku ogól- nym, fig. 3 – obudowe z wkladem do kominka w widoku ogólnym i rysunek zbiorczy. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Zestaw mebli charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma oryginalna dwukolorowa barwe, a mianowicie wy- konany jest w kolorze bialym i kolorze debu naturalnego. We wszystkich meblach wchodzacych w sklad zestawu zastosowano charakterystyczne scianki górne, dolne wychodzace do przodu. Biblioteczka szeroka jest to prostopadloscian stojacy na dwóch szerokich nogach. Wewnatrz nóg znajduja sie pólki podzielone pionowo na trzy czesci. Prostopadloscian jest to pólka podzielona poziomo na cztery równe czesci. Szerokosc nóg jest taka sama jak szerokosc czesci. Zas cztery rów- ne czesci podzielone sa pionowo na cztery czesci. Przy czym wysokosc trzech czesci jest taka sama, a wysokosc czwartej czesci jest mniejsza. Miedzy szerokimi nogami znajduje sie obudowa kominka w kolorze debu naturalnego z kominkiem. Biblioteczka jest to prostopadloscian stojacy na dwóch szerokich nogach. Wewnatrz nóg znaj- duja sie pólki podzielone pionowo na trzy czesci. Prostopadloscian jest to pólka podzielona poziomo na cztery czesci. Szerokosc dwóch bocznych czesci jest taka sama jak szerokosc nóg. Szerokosc nóg jest mniejsza od szerokosci srodkowych czesci pólek. Zas dwie boczne czesci i dwie srodkowe po- dzielone sa pionowo na cztery czesci. Przy czym wysokosc trzech czesci jest taka sama, a wysokosc czwartej czesci jest mniejsza. Miedzy szerokimi nogami znajduje sie obudowa kominka w kolorze debu naturalnego z kominkiem. Kominek posiada obudowe o ksztalcie prostopadloscianu. Obudowa kominka posrodku u dolu posiada wneke w której umieszczone jest palenisko kominka, a nad wneka znajduje sie szuflada i pod wneka pozioma scianka zaslaniajaca. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of furniture manifested in the features of contour lines, shapes, colour, surface properties and the original arrangement of open and solid parts of furniture, which give the furniture a specific original and individual aesthetic appearance, thanks to which the furniture obtains beneficial distinguishing and utility features. The set of furniture according to the industrial design is a wide bookcase for a fireplace, a bookcase for a fireplace, a casing with an insert for a fireplace. The set of furniture according to the industrial design is intended for reproduction in industrial production. Essential features of the industrial design The furniture set is characterized by the fact that it has an original two-color color, namely it is made in white and natural oak. In all the furniture included in the set, characteristic upper and lower walls extending forward were used. The wide bookcase is a cuboid standing on two wide legs. Inside the legs there are shelves divided vertically into three parts. The cuboid is a shelf divided horizontally into four equal parts. The width of the legs is the same as the width of the parts. And the four equal parts are divided vertically into four parts. The height of three parts is the same, while the height of the fourth part is smaller. Between the wide legs there is a fireplace casing in the color of natural oak with a fireplace. The bookcase is a cuboid standing on two wide legs. Inside the legs there are shelves divided vertically into three parts. The cuboid is a shelf divided horizontally into four parts. The width of the two side parts is the same as the width of the legs. The width of the legs is smaller than the width of the middle parts of the shelves. The two side parts and the two middle parts are divided vertically into four parts. The height of three parts is the same, while the height of the fourth part is smaller. Between the wide legs there is a fireplace casing in the color of natural oak with a fireplace. The fireplace has a casing in the shape of a cuboid. The fireplace casing has a recess in the middle at the bottom, in which the fireplace hearth is placed, and above the recess there is a drawer and below the recess a horizontal covering wall.
