Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest komplet mebli przeznaczony do wyposazenia pomieszczen mieszkalnych, zwlaszcza salonu, sypialni i gabinetu, który sklada sie z witryny wysokiej czterodrzwiowej, witryny wysokiej waskiej, komody, komody z szufladami, komody czesciowo przeszklonej, szafy, lózka, szafki nocnej, szafki R TV i stolika kawowego. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, kolorystyce oraz zastosowaniu oryginalnego wykonczenia elementów mebli, które nadaja meblowi swoisty oryginalny wyglad zmierzajacy do podniesienia cech estetycznych, przez co mebel uzyskuje korzystne cechy zdobnicze i uzytkowe. Komplet mebli wedlug wzoru przemyslowego przeznaczony jest do wielokrotnego odtwarzania w produkcji przemyslowej. Stolik ma mocne stabilne prostokatne nogi nawiazujace do pogrubiaczy w komplecie mebli.PL 22101 5 Ilustracja wzoruPL 22101 6 Departament Wydawnictw UPRP PL PL PL PL PL PLDescription of the industrial design The subject of the industrial design is a set of furniture intended for furnishing residential premises, especially a living room, bedroom and study, which consists of a high four-door display cabinet, a high narrow display cabinet, a chest of drawers, a chest of drawers with drawers, a partially glazed chest of drawers, a wardrobe, a bed, a bedside table, a TV cabinet and a coffee table. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the object manifested in the shape, colours and the use of original finishing of furniture elements, which give the furniture a specific original appearance aimed at improving aesthetic features, thanks to which the furniture obtains beneficial decorative and functional features. The set of furniture according to the industrial design is intended for multiple reproduction in industrial production. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached collective drawing, in which fig. 1 shows a general view of a tall four-door display case, fig. 2 – a general view of a tall narrow display case, fig. 3 – a general view of a chest of drawers, fig. 4 – a general view of a chest of drawers with drawers, fig. 5 – a general view of a partially glazed chest of drawers, fig. 6 – a general view of a wardrobe, fig. 7 – a general view of a bed, fig. 8 – a general view of a bedside table, fig. 9 – a general view of an RTV cabinet and fig. 10 – a general view of a coffee table. In order to better illustrate the industrial design, we additionally attach photographs showing a set of furniture corresponding to the same numbers from photo 1 to photo 10. Essential features of the industrial design The set of furniture is characterized by the fact that the furniture has an original combination of a very light color close to white with a darker one in dark gray, whereby the entire furniture is made in a light color, and the upper elements of the furniture, such as the crown in the wardrobe and display cabinets, the tops in the chests of drawers, the bedside cabinet and tables, and the upper elements of the headboard and headboard of the bed, are in a darker color. The upper darker elements create a step around the edge and in high blocks they expand upwards, and in low blocks they expand downwards. The decorative element in the front part of the furniture at the top is a grooved strip. An individual distinguishing feature is the use of decorative elements in the form of convex quadrangular caissons and thickeners acting as frames on full doors, which have visible recesses - gaps in the horizontal parts of the frame. An important noticeable feature of the furniture are decorative handles stylized as old ones, with a rhombus-shaped base, to which round rings are attached. A characteristic feature of the furniture is also wider plinths with a decorative dach-edge undercut, i.e. chamfered at an angle of 45° to the plane of the furniture front, as shown in the drawing from fig. 1 to fig. 10 and photographs from photo 1 to photo 10. This shape occurs in all the furniture included in the set, allowing to obtain a very individual character. The tall four-door display case shown in the attached drawing in fig. 1 and photo 1 is divided horizontally into three parts. It has two glazed doors at the top, and two full doors at the bottom, while in the middle there are two drawers. The display case is made in a light colour close to white, has a double upper crown with a dark grey offset, widening upwards. In the front part at the top of the display case there is a grooved strip. On the full lower doors of the display case there are decorative elements in the form of convex cassettes in the shape of quadrangles and thickeners acting as frames, which have visible gaps in the horizontal parts of the frame. The tall display case is equipped with decorative handles stylised as old ones, having a rhombus-shaped base with round rings, which are mounted on the edges of the doors and centrally on the fronts of the drawers. The wider base of the display case has a decorative undercut with a roof-edge, i.e. a chamfer at an angle of 45° to the plane of the furniture front. The tall and narrow single-door display case shown in the attached drawing in fig. 2 and photo 2, made in a light colour close to white, has a double upper rim with a recess in dark grey, widening upwards. In the front part of the display case, a grooved strip is made at the top. The wider base of the chest of drawers has a decorative undercut with a roof-edge, i.e. a chamfer at an angle of 45° to the plane of the front of the furniture. The partially glazed chest of drawers shown in the attached drawing in fig. 5 and photo 5, made in a light colour close to white, has a double upper rim with a step in dark grey, widening towards the bottom. In the front part of the chest of drawers, a grooved strip is made at the top. The chest of drawers is divided vertically into three parts, where the two outer parts have full doors at the bottom and are glazed at the top, while the middle part is formed by three vertically arranged drawers at the bottom, and above them two smaller drawers in a horizontal arrangement. On the full side parts of the doors, decorative elements in the form of convex cassettes in the shape of quadrangles and thickeners acting as frames, which have visible gaps in the horizontal parts of the frame, were used. In addition, the chest of drawers is equipped with decorative handles stylized as old ones, with a rhombus-shaped base with round rings, which are attached to the edges of the doors and centrally to the drawer fronts. The wider base of the chest of drawers has a decorative undercut with a roof-edge, i.e. a chamfer at an angle of 45° to the plane of the furniture front. The wardrobe shown in the attached drawing in fig. 6 and photo. 6, made in a light color close to white, has a double upper rim with a step in dark gray, widening upwards. In the front part of the wardrobe, a grooved strip is made above the mirrors. The wardrobe is divided vertically into four parts, with the two outer ones having full doors, and the fronts of the two central parts are equipped with mirrors, which are divided horizontally with wide strips, while at the very bottom in this part there are two drawers. The full side doors of the wardrobe feature decorative elements in the form of convex quadrangular cassettes and thickeners acting as frames that have visible gaps in the horizontal parts of the frame. The wardrobe is equipped with decorative handles stylized as old ones, with a rhombus-shaped base with round rings that are mounted on the edges of the doors and centrally on the drawer fronts. The wider base of the wardrobe has a decorative undercut with a roof-edge, i.e. a chamfer at an angle of 45° to the plane of the furniture front. The bed shown in the attached drawing in fig. 7 and photo. 7, made in a light color close to white, has an upper decorative element in dark gray with a step, widening to the bottom, which is placed on the headboard and headboard of the bed. On the visible full surfaces of the headboard and head of the bed, decorative elements were used in the form of three convex cassettes in the shape of quadrangles and thickeners forming a frame. The bedside cabinet shown in fig. 8 and photo. 8, made in a light color close to white, has a double upper rim with a dark gray offset that widens towards the bottom. The bedside cabinet PL 22101 4 consists of two vertically positioned drawers, where the front of the lower drawer has a decorative element in the form of a convex cassette in the shape of a quadrangle and thickeners acting as a frame, which has visible gaps in the horizontal parts of the frame. The bedside cabinet is equipped with decorative handles stylized as old ones, having a rhombus-shaped base with round rings, which are attached to the fronts of the drawers. The wider base of the bedside cabinet has a decorative undercut with a roof-edge, i.e. a chamfer at an angle of 45° to the plane of the furniture front. The RTV cabinet shown in the attached drawing in fig. 9 and photo 9, is made of two drawers arranged horizontally, above which there are open compartments. The cabinet, made in a light colour close to white, has an upper double rim with a dark grey offset, widening towards the bottom. A grooved strip is made at the top of the front of the cabinet. The cabinet is equipped with decorative handles stylised as old ones, with a rhombus-shaped base with round rings, which are mounted centrally on the fronts of the drawers. The wider base of the cabinet has a decorative undercut with a roof-edge, i.e. a chamfer at an angle of 45° to the plane of the furniture front. The coffee table shown in the attached drawing in fig. 10 and photo. 10, made in a light color close to white, has a double top with a dark gray offset that widens towards the bottom. Under the top, on the longer sides of the table, there is a grooved strip, while on the shorter side there is a drawer equipped with a decorative handle stylized as an old one, with a rhombus-shaped base with a round ring, which is mounted centrally on the front of the drawer.
