Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, kolorystyce oraz na oryginalnym polaczeniu elementów mebli ze szklem, które nadaja meblowi swoisty indywidualny charakter zmierzajacy do podniesienia cech estetycznych, przez co mebel uzyskuje korzystne cechy zdobnicze i uzytkowe. Oryginalnosc szafy podkreslona jest przez zastosowanie pogrubiaczy boków i wienca górnego, które daja efekt nalozonych kasetonów. Wyrózniajacy charakter uzyskano przez zastosowanie podwieszonych i przesuwnych drzwi, wykonanych ze szkla z „widokiem miasta noca", w postaci czterech prostokatów, które w poziomie polaczone sa ze soba ozdobna metoda dach - kantem tj. stazowanie pod katem 45° wzgledem plaszczyzny frontu drzwi. Czesc frontowa szafy wyposazona jest w trzy pionowe dekoracyjne czarne listwy, dwie po bokach, a trzecia w srodku pelniaca jednoczesnie funkcje uchwytu sluzacego do otwierania i zamykania drzwi. Meble do sypialni posadowione sa na prostokatnych cokolach lub sciany boczne sa jednoczesnie nogami mebla. Uksztaltowanie to wystepuje we wszystkich meblach wchodzacych w sklad sypialni, pozwalajac uzyskac bardzo indywidualny i wyrózniajacy charakter calego zestawu. Szafa pokazana na zalaczonym rysunku na fig. 1 i fot. 1, wykonana w kolorze orzech Virginia ma dwoje pionowych podwieszanych i przesuwnych drzwi, wykonanych ze szkla z „widokiem miasta noca" w formie czterech prostokatów, przy czym prostokaty w czesci górnej sa zdecydowanie mniejsze od prostokatów w czesci dolnej. Szkla w poziomie polaczone sa ze soba ozdobna metoda dach - kantem tj. sfazowane pod katem 45° wzgledem plaszczyzny frontu drzwi. Czesc frontowa szafy wyposazona jest w trzy pionowe dekoracyjne czarne listwy, dwie po bokach, a trzecia w srodku pelniaca jednoczesnie funkcje uchwytu sluzacego do otwierania i zamykania drzwi. Na bokach i górnym wiencu szafy zastosowano pogrubiacze, które daja efekt nalozonych kasetonów. Nogami szafy sa sciany boczne. Komoda uwidoczniona na zalaczonym rysunku na fig. 2 i fot. 2 sklada sie z czterech szuflad w kolorze orzech Virginia, przy czym fronty szuflad wykonane sa z czarnego szkla. Funkcje uchwytu w szufladach uzyskano poprzez sfazowanie górnej czesci szuflad pod katem 45° wzgledem plaszczyzny tej krawedzi. Nad kazda szuflada która jest wysunieta poza pionowa plaszczyzne mebla zaslaniajac jej boki, zamocowana jest pozioma listwa w kolorze mebla tworzac dekoracyjna plytka wneke, jednoczesnie zakrywajac wnetrze szuflady. Górny blat komody wykonany jest z pogrubionej plyty i wysuniety do linii frontów szuflad. Szafka nocna pokazana na zalaczonym rysunku na fig. 4 i fot 2, ma jedna szuflade i wykonana jest w kolorze orzech Virginia, przy czym czolo szuflady wykonane jest z czarnego szkla. Funkcje uchwytu w szufladzie uzyskano poprzez sfazowanie górnej jej czesci pod katem 45° wzgledem plaszczyzny tej krawedzi. Nad szuflada, która jest wysunieta poza pionowa plaszczyzne mebla zaslaniajac jej boki, zamocowana jest pozioma listwa w kolorze mebla tworzac dekoracyjna plytka wneke, jednoczesnie zakrywajac wnetrze szuflady. Górny blat szafki nocnej wykonany jest z pogrubionej plyty i wysuniety do plaszczyzny linii frontu szuflady, a tyl przechodzi w dekoracyjna plyte wystajaca poza górny blat szafki. The furniture set consists of a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a bed, and a nightstand. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the item, manifested in the shape, color, and the original combination of furniture elements with glass, which give the furniture a unique character aimed at enhancing its aesthetic qualities, thus providing the furniture with beneficial decorative and functional characteristics. Bedroom furniture based on the industrial design is intended for repeated reproduction in industrial production. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached collective drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a general view of the wardrobe, Fig. 2 a general view of the chest of drawers, Fig. 3 a general view of the bed, and Fig. 4 a general view of the nightstand. To better illustrate the industrial design, we have attached two additional photographs showing: photo 1: a wardrobe, photo 2: a chest of drawers, a bed, and a nightstand. The bedroom furniture set based on the industrial design will be marketed under the trade name "BELLEVUE Bedroom." The essential features of the "BELLEVUE" industrial design are its unique two-tone color: Virginia walnut combined with black glass on the wardrobe doors. A distinctive feature is the drawer handle function, which is achieved by positioning the top of the drawers at a 45° angle to the edge. Above each drawer, whose fronts are made of black glass and extend beyond the vertical plane of the furniture, covering its sides, a horizontal Virginia walnut-colored strip is attached, creating a decorative, shallow recess and covering the drawer interior. Another distinctive feature is the thickened tops of the dresser and bedside table, which extend to the drawer fronts. The wardrobe's originality is emphasized by the use of thickened sides and top panel, which create a cassette-like effect. A distinctive character is achieved by the use of suspended sliding glass doors with a "city at night" view, in the form of four rectangles, which are horizontally connected using a decorative roof-and-edge method, i.e., placed at a 45° angle to the door front. The front of the wardrobe is equipped with three vertical decorative black strips, two on the sides and the third in the center, which also serves as a handle for opening and closing the doors. The bedroom furniture is placed on rectangular plinths, or the side walls double as the legs of the furniture. This design is present in all the bedroom furniture, allowing for a very individual and distinctive character of the entire set. The wardrobe shown in the attached drawing in Fig. 1 and Photo 1, finished in Virginia walnut, has two vertical, suspended, sliding doors made of glass with a "city at night view" in the form of four rectangles, with the rectangles in the upper section being significantly smaller than those in the lower section. The horizontal panes of glass are connected using a decorative "roof-edge" method, i.e., beveled at a 45° angle to the plane of the door front. The front of the wardrobe is equipped with three vertical, decorative black strips, two on the sides and the third in the center, which also serves as a handle for opening and closing the door. Thickeners are used on the sides and top of the wardrobe, creating the effect of superimposed caissons. The cabinet's legs are the side walls. The chest of drawers, shown in the attached drawing in Fig. 2 and Photo 2, consists of four Virginia walnut-colored drawers, with black glass fronts. The drawers' handles are achieved by chamfering the top of the drawers at a 45-degree angle to the edge. A horizontal strip in the same color as the furniture is attached above each drawer, which extends beyond the vertical plane of the cabinet and covers its sides, creating a decorative, shallow recess while also concealing the drawer interior. The chest's top is made of thickened board and extends to the line of the drawer fronts. The chest of drawers rests on a rectangular plinth. PL 19425 3 The bed shown in the attached drawing in Fig. 3 and Photo 2, finished in Virginia walnut, has a frame with a high headboard and a low top. The upper part of the frame forms a frame protruding beyond its central section, which is finished in black. The headboard frame rests on the ground, partially functioning as legs. The headboard has a Virginia walnut frame, and the entire center section is finished in black. The bed rests on a rectangular plinth in Virginia walnut. The bedside table shown in the attached drawing in Fig. 4 and Photo 2 has one drawer and is finished in Virginia walnut, with the drawer front made of black glass. The drawer's handle function is achieved by chamfering its upper part at a 45° angle to the edge. A horizontal strip in the same color as the furniture is attached above the drawer, which extends beyond the vertical plane of the furniture, covering its sides. This creates a decorative, shallow recess while simultaneously concealing the drawer's interior. The top of the nightstand is made of thickened board and extends to the level of the drawer front, while the back merges into a decorative board protruding beyond the top of the cabinet.
