PL 24716 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw mebli oznaczony nazwa handlowa „RICO", sta- nowiacy wyposazenie pokoi, salonów, gabinetów, itp. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac zestawu mebli przejawiajaca sie w konturach, liniach, zdobieniu frontów nadajaca mu indywidualny charakter wyrózniajacy sposród innych zestawów meblowych tego rodzaju i/lub przeznaczenia. Przedmiot wedlug wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony jest na rysunku, na którym poszcze- gólne, pojedyncze meble zestawu wedlug wzoru przedstawione sa w widoku z przodu, przy czym: fot. 1 przedstawia przeszklona witryne; fot. 2 przedstawia przeszklona witryne – barek; fot. 3 przedstawia dwudrzwiowa komode; fot. 4 przedstawia trzydrzwiowa komode; fot. 5 przedstawia trzydrzwiowa szafke telewizyjna; fot. 6 przedstawia fragment witryny z zaznaczonym wycieciem na górnym i dolnym froncie drzwi; fot. 7 przedstawia fragment dwudrzwiowej komody z zaznaczonym wycieciem na froncie drzwi; fot. 8 przedstawia fragment trzydrzwiowej szafki telewizyjnej z zaznaczonym wycieciem na górnym i dolnym froncie drzwi. Dodatkowo linia wyciecia podkreslona jest charakterystycznym katowym podfrezowaniem zaczynajacym sie w punkcie zero i nastepnie stopniowo zaglebiajacym we front tworzac charaktery- styczna krawedz. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Zestaw mebli wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, stanowiacy wyposazenie pokoi, salonów, gabinetów w postaci witryn, komód, szafki telewizyjnej, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze: 1. wszystkie meble posiadaja w górnej i dolnej czesci na powierzchni frontowej drzwi cha- rakterystyczny element w postaci wyciecia tworzacego linie ze zdublowanym zagieciem w ksztalcie inspirowanym forma kija hokejowego. W dolnej czesci jednego ze skrajnych frontów ksztalt linii jest plynnie kontynuowany na nodze mebla (jak pokazano na rysunku fot. 1 – fot. 5), 2. linia wyciecia podkreslona jest charakterystycznym katowym podfrezowaniem zaczynaja- cym sie w punkcie zero i nastepnie stopniowo zaglebiajacym we front tworzac charakte- rystyczna krawedz (jak pokazano na rysunku fot. 1 – fot. 8). PL 24716 3 Ilustracja wzoru PL 24716 4 Departament Wydawnictw UPRP PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PLPL 24716 2 Description of the industrial design The subject of the industrial design is a set of furniture marked with the trade name "RICO", constituting the furnishing of rooms, living rooms, studies, etc. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the furniture set manifested in contours, lines, decoration of fronts, giving it an individual character distinguishing it from other furniture sets of this type and/or purpose. The subject according to the industrial design is presented in a drawing in which the individual, single pieces of furniture of the set according to the pattern are shown in a front view, where: photo 1 shows a glass display case; photo 2 shows a glass display case – bar; photo 3 shows a two-door chest of drawers; photo 4 shows a three-door chest of drawers; photo 5 shows a three-door TV stand; photo 6 shows a fragment of the display case with a marked cut-out on the upper and lower door front; Photo 7 shows a fragment of a two-door chest of drawers with a marked cutout on the door front; Photo 8 shows a fragment of a three-door TV stand with marked cutouts on the top and bottom door fronts. Figures 1–5 show individual pieces of furniture in a set based on the industrial design. To accurately illustrate the details, Figures 6–8 show a fragment of furniture with a marked characteristic and important feature of each piece in the set based on the design: a cutout on one or more door fronts, creating a line with a doubled bend in a shape inspired by the shape of a hockey stick. The cutout appears at the top and bottom of the door front. In the lower part of one of the outermost fronts, the line shape is smoothly continued onto the furniture leg. Additionally, the cutout line is emphasized by a characteristic angular milling starting at point zero and then gradually sinking into the front, creating a distinctive edge. Essential Features of Industrial Design: A set of furniture based on an industrial design, furnishing rooms, living rooms, and offices in the form of display cabinets, chests of drawers, and a television stand, is characterized by the following: 1. All furniture pieces feature a characteristic cutout element at the top and bottom of the door front, creating a line with a double bend in a shape inspired by a hockey stick. In the lower part of one of the outermost fronts, the line shape is smoothly continued on the furniture leg (as shown in the drawing, photo 1 - photo 5), 2. the cut-out line is emphasized by a characteristic angular milling starting at the zero point and then gradually sinking into the front, creating a characteristic edge (as shown in the drawing, photo 1 - photo 8).
