PL 23710 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest listwa profilowana wytlaczana z tworzywa sztucznego, znajdujaca zastosowanie jako element wykonczeniowy mebli, pelniaca jednoczesnie role uchwytu umozliwiajacego otwieranie i zamykanie drzwi albo szuflad. W przypadku wykorzystywania listwy jako uchwytu, osadza sie na meblu krótki odcinek listwy umozliwiajacy uchwycenie jej reka, zas w przy- padku pelnienia przez listwe jednoczesnie funkcji uchwytu i funkcji dekoracyjnej, mozna zamocowac listwe na calej szerokosci, albo na calej wysokosci drzwi lub szuflady mebla. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac wytworu przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, na- dana mu przez cechy linii i material z którego jest wykonana. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 – przedstawia widok perspektywiczny listwy, fig. 2 – przekrój poprzeczny listwy i fig. 3 – widok fragmentu listwy od strony bocznej. Listwa jest bryla o pelnym przekroju. Jest wytloczona z tworzywa sztucznego. W widocznym przekroju, ma ksztalt trapezu równoramiennego, którego podstawa górna jest wieksza od podstawy dolnej, a wysokosc trapezu jest w przyblizeniu równa dwu i pól dlugosciom podstawy dolnej, poza tym ma zaokraglone krawedzie górne. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Cechami istotnymi wzoru przemyslowego jest to, ze listwa profilowana ma postac bryly o pel- nym przekroju. Jest wytloczona z tworzywa sztucznego. W widocznym przekroju, ma ksztalt trapezu równoramiennego, którego podstawa górna jest wieksza od podstawy dolnej, a wysokosc trapezu jest w przyblizeniu równa dwu i pól dlugosciom podstawy dolnej, poza tym ma zaokraglone krawedzie górne, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1, fig. 2 i fig. 3. In the case of using the strip as a handle, a short section of the strip is mounted on the furniture, enabling it to be grasped by hand, while in the case of the strip performing both a handle and a decorative function, the strip can be mounted across the entire width or the entire height of the door or drawer of the furniture. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the product manifested in its shape, given to it by the features of the line and the material from which it is made. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, where fig. 1 – presents a perspective view of the strip, fig. 2 – a cross-section of the strip and fig. 3 – a view of a fragment of the strip from the side. The strip is a solid with a full cross-section. It is extruded from plastic. In the visible cross-section, it has the shape of an isosceles trapezoid, the upper base of which is greater than the lower base, and the height of the trapezoid is approximately equal to two and a half times the length of the lower base, and in addition it has rounded upper edges.
