PL 23713 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest listwa profilowana wytlaczana z tworzywa sztucznego, znajdujaca zastosowanie jako element wykonczeniowy mebli, pelniaca jednoczesnie role uchwytu umozliwiajacego otwieranie i zamykanie drzwi albo szuflad. W przypadku wykorzystywania listwy jako uchwytu, osadza sie na meblu krótki odcinek listwy umozliwiajacy uchwycenie jej reka, zas w przy- padku pelnienia przez listwe jednoczesnie funkcji uchwytu i funkcji dekoracyjnej, mozna zamocowac listwe na calej szerokosci, albo na calej wysokosci drzwi lub szuflady mebla. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac wytworu przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, na- dana mu przez cechy linii i material z którego jest wykonana. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 – przedstawia widok perspektywiczny listwy, fig. 2 – przekrój poprzeczny listwy i fig. 3 – widok fragmentu listwy od strony bocznej. Listwa jest bryla o pelnym przekroju. Jest wytloczona z tworzywa sztucznego. W widocznym przekroju, ma ksztalt zblizony do nierównoramiennego katownika o nierównych grubosciach boków i kacie rozwarcia wiekszym niz 90°, przy czym widoczny w przekroju zewnetrzny poziomy obrys boku poziomego jest dluzszy od zewnetrznego obrysu boku pionowego, a ponadto widoczny w przekroju bok pionowy katownika jest grubszy od boku poziomego, posiada ksztalt pionowo usytuowanego pro- stokata rozszerzajacego sie nieco w strone górna. If the strip is used as a handle, a short section of the strip is placed on the furniture so that it can be gripped by hand, and if the strip serves as both a handle and a decorative function, the strip can be attached along the entire width or the entire height of the door or drawer of the furniture. The essence of an industrial design is a new form of the product manifested in its shape, given to it by the features of the line and the material from which it is made. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 - shows a perspective view of the strip, Fig. 2 - a cross-section of the strip and Fig. 3 - a side view of a fragment of the strip. The strip is a solid shape with a full cross-section. It is extruded from plastic. In the visible cross-section, it has a shape similar to an unequal side angle with unequal side thicknesses and an opening angle greater than 90°, and the external horizontal outline of the horizontal side visible in the cross-section is longer than the external outline of the vertical side, and moreover, the vertical side of the angle visible in the cross-section is thicker from the horizontal side, it has the shape of a vertically located rectangle, slightly expanding towards the top. Important features of the industrial design The important features of the industrial design are that the profiled strip has the form of a solid shape with a full cross-section. It is extruded from plastic. In the visible cross-section, it has a shape similar to an unequal side angle with unequal side thicknesses and an opening angle greater than 90°, and the external horizontal outline of the horizontal side visible in the cross-section is longer than the external outline of the vertical side, and, moreover, the vertical side of the angle visible in the cross-section it is thicker than the horizontal side, it has the shape of a vertically placed rectangle, slightly expanding towards the top, as shown in the attached drawing: fig. 1, fig. 2 and fig.
