Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac wytworu przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, co nadaje mu nowy oryginalny wyglad , oraz podnosi jego walory estetyczne. The essence of an industrial design is a new form of a product, which gives it a new original look and increases its aesthetic value.

Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 – przedstawia rysunek uchwytu meblowego w widoku perspektywicznym od strony górnej prawej, fig. 2 – rysunek uchwytu w widoku od strony dolnej, fig. 3 – polowe uchwytu widoczna od strony czolowej i fig 4 – poprzeczny przekrój uchwytu.
