PL 23711 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest listwa profilowana wytlaczana z tworzywa sztucznego, znajdujaca zastosowanie jako element wykonczeniowy mebli, pelniaca jednoczesnie role uchwytu umozliwiajacego otwieranie i zamykanie drzwi albo szuflad. W przepadku wykorzystywania listwy jako uchwytu, osadza sie na meblu krótki odcinek listwy umozliwiajacy uchwycenie jej reka, zas w przy- padku pelnienia przez listwe jednoczesnie funkcji uchwytu i funkcji dekoracyjnej, mozna zamocowac listwe na calej szerokosci, albo na calej wysokosci drzwi lub szuflady mebla. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac wytworu przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, nadana mu przez cechy linii i material z którego jest wykonana. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 – przedstawia widok perspektywiczny listwy, fig. 2 – przekrój poprzeczny listwy i fig. 3 – widok fragmentu listwy od strony bocznej prawej. Listwa jest bryla o pelnym przekroju. Jest wytloczona z tworzywa sztucznego. W widocznym przekroju, ma ksztalt zblizony do haka zwezajacego sie w strone górna, zagietego w prawo, posiada- jacego w dolnej czesci ksztalt prostokata a w górnej czesci z lewej i prawej strony obrysowanego fragmentami luków kola, poza tym ma zaokraglone krawedzie górne. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Cechami istotnymi wzoru przemyslowego jest to, ze listwa profilowana ma postac bryly o pel- nym przekroju. Jest wytloczona z tworzywa sztucznego. W widocznym przekroju, ma ksztalt zblizony do haka zwezajacego sie w strone górna, zagietego w prawo, posiadajacego w dolnej czesci ksztalt prostokata a w górnej czesci z lewej i prawej strony obrysowanego fragmentami luków kola, poza tym ma zaokraglone krawedzie górne, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1, fig. 2 i fig. 3. Ilustracja wzoru Departament Wydawnictw UPRP PL PL PL PLPL 23711 2 Description of the industrial design The subject of the industrial design is a profiled strip extruded from plastic, used as a finishing element of furniture, which also acts as a handle enabling the opening and closing of doors or drawers. In the case of using the strip as a handle, a short section of the strip is mounted on the furniture, enabling it to be grasped by hand, while in the case of the strip performing both a handle and a decorative function, the strip can be mounted across the entire width or the entire height of the door or drawer of the furniture. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the product manifested in its shape, given to it by the features of the line and the material from which it is made. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, where fig. 1 – presents a perspective view of the strip, fig. 2 – a cross-section of the strip and fig. 3 – a view of a fragment of the strip from the right side. The strip is a solid with a full cross-section. It is extruded from plastic. In the visible cross-section, it has a shape similar to a hook narrowing towards the top, bent to the right, having a rectangle shape in the lower part and in the upper part outlined with fragments of circular arcs on the left and right sides, in addition it has rounded upper edges.
