Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy wykonany z metalu lub z tworzywa sztucznego, stanowiacy wyposazenie drzwi, drzwiczek i szuflad meblowych. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie, zwlaszcza w ksztalcie jego niepowtarzalnej czesci chwytowej. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym oraz na rysunku fig. 1 - fig. 5, na których fig. 1 przedstawia uchwyt meblowy w widoku perspektywicz- nym, fig. 2 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku z przodu, fig. 3 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku z boku, fig. 4 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku z góry, a fig. 5 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku od tylu. The new and original nature of the industrial design is reflected in its shape, particularly the unique gripping portion. The industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations and in Figures 1-5, where Figure 1 shows the furniture handle in a perspective view, Figure 2 shows the same handle from the front, Figure 3 shows the same handle from the side, Figure 4 shows the same handle from above, and Figure 5 shows the same handle from the back. The furniture handle according to the industrial design is a monolithic block having the shape of a non-equilateral angle when viewed from above, made of two perpendicularly situated and adjacent cuboidal blocks with identical widths and heights and rounded edges. The shorter front block, which serves as a gripping part, has a slotted channel at half of its height and along its entire length, dividing it into two identical cuboidal elements, while this channel is also extended to approximately 2/3 of the length in the longer side block, the rear rectangular base of which has two threaded mounting holes as shown in the attached illustrative material and in drawings Fig. 1 - Fig. 5.
