Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy dwupunktowy, wykonany z metalu lub z tworzywa sztucznego, stosowany jako wyposazenie drzwi, drzwiczek i szuflad meblowych. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie i usytuowaniem wzgledem siebie obu jego elementów skladowych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym oraz na rysunku fig. 1 - fig. 5, na których fig. 1 przedstawia uchwyt meblowy dwupunktowy w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku z przodu, fig. 3 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku z boku, fig. 4 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku z góry, a fig. 5 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku od tylu. The new and original form of the industrial design is evident in its shape and the relative positioning of its two components. The industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations and in figures 1-5, where figure 1 shows the two-point furniture handle in a perspective view, figure 2 shows the same handle from the front, figure 3 shows the same handle from the side, figure 4 shows the same handle from above, and figure 5 shows the same handle from the back. As shown in the attached illustrative material and in Figures 1-5, the two-point furniture handle consists of two identical monolithic bodies, forming a gripping portion and a foot, positioned at right angles to each other. Each foot of both bodies has a cuboid profile with a rectangular base provided with a threaded mounting hole, and their front walls are extended by identical rectangular elements with a longitudinal through-channel located on their axes of symmetry, which constitute half of the gripping portion of the handle, with the vertical edges of both feet on the gripping portion side being rounded. When installed in the furniture element, both gripping portions are positioned side by side and separated from each other so that their front and side walls and the longitudinal channels are positioned in one plane.
