Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy dwupunktowy, wykonany z metalu lub z tworzywa sztucznego, stosowany jako wyposazenie drzwi, drzwiczek i szuflad meblowych. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie i usytuowaniem wzgledem siebie obu jego elementów skladowych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym oraz na rysunku fig. 1 - fig. 5, na których fig. 1 przedstawia uchwyt meblowy dwupunktowy w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku z przodu, fig. 3 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku z boku, fig. 4 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku z góry, a fig. 5 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku od tylu. Jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym materiale ilustrujacym oraz na rysunku fig. 1 - fig. 5 uchwyt meblowy dwupunktowy stanowia dwie identyczne monolityczne bryly, tworzace czesc chwytowa i stopke uchwytu usytuowane wzgledem siebie pod katem prostym. The new and original form of an industrial design is manifested in its shape and the positioning of both of its components relative to each other. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrative material and in the drawings Fig. 1 - Fig. 5, in which Fig. 1 shows a two-point furniture handle in a perspective view, Fig. 2 - the same handle in a front view, Fig. 3 - this the same handle in a side view, Fig. 4 - the same handle in a top view, and Fig. 5 - the same handle in a rear view. As shown in the attached illustrative material and in Fig. 1 - Fig. 5, the two-point furniture handle consists of two identical monolithic shapes, forming the grip part and the handle foot, located at a right angle to each other. Each of the feet of both these blocks has a cuboid profile with a rectangular base, equipped with a threaded mounting hole, and their front walls are extended with identical rectangular elements, having a longitudinal through channel located in their axes of symmetry, which constitute half of the gripping part of this handle, while so the vertical edges of both feet on the side of the grip parts are rounded. When installed in a furniture element, both gripping parts are located next to each other and separated from each other so that their front and side walls and longitudinal channels are located in one plane.
