Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest wieszak pojedynczy na reczniki lub scierki, stanowiacy wyposazenie lazienki i/lub kuchni. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia wieszak pojedynczy na recznik w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 - ten sam wieszak w widoku z przodu, fig. 3 - ten sam wieszak w widoku z boku, fig. 4 - ten sam wieszak w widoku od spodu, a fig. 5 - ten sam wieszak w stanie zamontowanym z czesciowym przekrojem pokazujacym sposób jego montowania do odpowiedniego listwowego elementu, w widoku z przodu. Wieszak pojedynczy na recznik stanowi monolityczna profilowa bryla utworzona z dwóch pola- czonych ze soba elementów walcowych o zróznicowanych ich dlugosciach i srednicach, z zaokraglo- nymi ich krawedziami czolowymi, przy czym element walcowy krótszy i o mniejszej srednicy usytu- owany jest poziomo i jednym swym koncem przylega do skosnie usytuowanego elementu dluzszego o wiekszej srednicy posiadajacego sciety dolny koniec, w którego czole nagwintowany jest otwór mon- tazowy tak, ze osie symetrii obu tych elementów walcowych od strony tego otworu montazowego usy- tuowane sa pod katem rozwartym wzgledem siebie, jak pokazano na rysunku fig. 1 - 4. Dolny nagwin- towany koniec dluzszego skosnie usytuowanego elementu walcowego tego wieszaka mocowany jest za pomoca wkrecanej w niego sruby do odpowiedniego elementu listwowego lub plytowego stanowia- cego wyposazenie kuchni lub lazienki. The new and original form of the industrial design is reflected in its shape. The industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the single towel hanger in a perspective view, Fig. 2 - the same hanger in a front view, Fig. 3 - the same hanger in a side view, Fig. 4 - the same hanger in a bottom view, and Fig. 5 - the same hanger in an assembled state with a partial cross-section showing how it is mounted to the corresponding strip element, in a front view. A single towel rack is a monolithic profiled block made of two connected cylindrical elements of different lengths and diameters, with rounded front edges, where the shorter cylindrical element with a smaller diameter is placed horizontally and with one of its ends is adjacent to the longer, obliquely placed element with a larger diameter and a truncated lower end, in the end of which a mounting hole is threaded so that the axes of symmetry of both cylindrical elements from the side of this mounting hole are situated at an obtuse angle to each other, as shown in Fig. 1 - 4. The lower threaded end of the longer, obliquely placed cylindrical element of this rack is fastened by means of a screw screwed into it to the appropriate strip element or panel that constitutes the equipment of a kitchen or bathroom.
