Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest profil konstrukcyjny, wykonany z aluminium przezna- czony zwlaszcza do wykonywania elementów zwiazanych z wykanczaniem wnetrz obiektów budowla- nych oraz z instalacjami oswietleniowymi typu LED. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie, zwlaszcza w ksztalcie w widoku od jego czola. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym oraz na rysunku, na których fig. 1 przedstawia profil konstrukcyjny w widoku perspektywicznym, a fig. 2 - ten sam profil w widoku z boku od jego czola. The new and original form of the industrial design is evident in its shape, particularly in the shape seen from its front. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations and drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the structural profile in a perspective view, and Fig. 2 shows the same profile in a side view from its front. The construction profile according to the industrial design is a monolithic elongated strip product, hollow inside, having a shape similar to a square frame when viewed from its front with one longitudinal rectangular opening in one of its horizontal walls and two inner walls below and perpendicular to each other and to this horizontal wall and the vertical wall with its rounded front, together forming an elongated rectangular channel with a C-shaped profile, partially covered from above by the end of the vertical wall also with its rounded front. Furthermore, both the horizontal wall with its longitudinal opening and the second horizontal wall, parallel and opposite it, have offsets of varying lengths on their internal surfaces, located opposite each other and between the longitudinal channel and the second vertical wall of this profile. This elongated structural profile, 3.5 meters long, can be cut to desired lengths as needed, depending on the type of component being manufactured.
