Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest profil konstrukcyjny, wykonany z aluminium przezna- czony zwlaszcza do wykonywania elementów zwiazanych z wykanczaniem wnetrz obiektów budowla- nych oraz z instalacjami oswietleniowymi typu LED. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie i usytuowaniu li- nii tworzacych ten ksztalt. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym oraz na rysunku, na których fig. 1 przedstawia profil konstrukcyjny w widoku perspektywicznym, a fig. 2 - ten sam profil w widoku z boku od jego czola. The new and original form of the industrial design is manifested in its shape and the positioning of the lines creating this shape. The subject of the industrial design has been shown in the attached illustrative material and in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the structural profile in a perspective view, and Fig. 2 - the same profile in a side view from its front. The construction profile according to the industrial design is a monolithic elongated strip product, having a shape similar to an angle bar when viewed from its front, having a longer shelf with a rounded front and a shorter shelf, the inner wall of which is formed by a radially concave profile connected on one side to the inner wall of the longer shelf and on the other side to an obliquely situated obtuse wall, the upper end of which is connected radially to the outer straight side surface of the shorter shelf, which in turn has an outer rectangular offset with one of its corners truncated into an arc. Below this rectangular lateral offset, halfway up the side wall of the shorter shelf, a much longer profile offset is made, having in the view from its front a profile made of a rectangular part adjacent to the external wall, the external ends of which are connected with three trapezoidal profiles, the outermost of which has its shorter side rounded. The elongated structural profile made in this way, with a length of 3.5 m, can be cut to the required lengths, depending on the type of element made from it.
