Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest profil konstrukcyjny, przeznaczony zwlaszcza do wytwarzania uchwytów meblowych. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie oraz w ukladzie linii na obu jego bocznych powierzchniach. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia profil konstrukcyjny w widoku perspektywicznym, a fig. 2 - ten sam profil w widoku z boku w kierunku strzalki „S". The new and original form of the industrial design is evident in its shape and the arrangement of lines on both of its side surfaces. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the structural profile in a perspective view, and Fig. 2 shows the same profile in a side view in the direction of the "S" arrow. The structural profile according to the industrial design is an elongated monolithic body which, in a side view in the direction of the arrow "S", has a shape similar to an I-beam, the web of which on both side walls has two side projections of width "C" equal to the width of both of its flanges, so that these projections and both flanges of this profile form on these walls three shallow trapezoidal recesses of widths similar to the width of these projections, wherein the ratio of the width "A" of the core of this web to the height "H" of this profile is 1 : (3.0 : 3.2), and the ratio of the width of the flanges and projections of the web to the height "H" of the profile is 1 : (2.3 : 2.5).
