Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest listwa dekoracyjno-montazowa. Jest ona montowana pod glazure i sluzy do zawieszania pólek. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie, zwlaszcza w widoku od jego czola. Listwa dekoracyjna wedlug wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniona zostala na zalaczonym rysun- ku na którym fig. 1 przedstawia listwe w widoku od czola, natomiast fig. 2 – listwe w widoku perspek- tywicznym, natomiast fig. 3 – w widoku od strony mocowania. Profil listwy dekoracyjno-montazowej wedlug wzoru przemyslowego stanowi bryla, która posia- da korpus o ksztalcie prostopadloscianu, który w czesci dolnej polaczony jest z dwoma pólkami w ksztalcie prostopadloscianu ulozonymi symetrycznie po obu jego stronach. W korpusie znajduje sie kanal, który w widoku z boku posiada ksztalt prostokata z zaokraglonymi narozami. Kanal ograniczony jest od góry z jednej strony elementem dekoracyjnym wychodzacym nad jedna z pólek. It is mounted under the tile and is used to hang shelves. The new and original form of the industrial design is visible in its shape, especially in the view from its front. The decorative strip according to the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the strip in the view from the front, Fig. 2 – the strip in a perspective view, and Fig. 3 – in the view from the mounting side. The profile of the decorative and assembly strip according to the industrial design is a solid that has a body in the shape of a cuboid, which in the lower part is connected to two shelves in the shape of a cuboid arranged symmetrically on both sides of it. There is a channel in the body, which in the side view has the shape of a rectangle with rounded corners. The channel is limited from the top on one side by a decorative element extending above one of the shelves. Essential features of the industrial design The decorative and assembly strip according to the industrial design is characterized by the following features: – It has a body in the shape of a cuboid, which in the lower part is connected to two shelves in the shape of a cuboid arranged symmetrically on both of its sides, – There is a channel in the body, which in a side view has the shape of a rectangle with rounded corners, – The channel is limited from the top on one side by a decorative element extending above one of the shelves. The above features are shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2. – Along the entire length of the strip on its shelves, there are alternating holes in the shape of a circle and a rectangle.
